Dear Sir/mam,

I have given my bike for repairing on 4th January 2017 in cheran Hero Service Center kaimanom, trivandrum kerala.
It has been completed 2 months and they are giving dates again and again for deliver my bike. I am facing inconvenience due to this type of activity.
Today i called them and again they said there is a shortage of spare parts.

Please resolve my problem.

Dear Sir/mam,

I have given my hunk bike (KL 20 J 1735) for repairing on 4th January 2017 in cheran Hero Service Center kaimanom, trivandrum kerala.
It has been completed 2 months and they are giving dates again and again for deliver my bike. I am facing inconvenience due to this type of activity.

i had make complaint on this sit few days ago.Recently i got telephone call from this mob no .[protected].the boy tell me my complaint will be solved immidiately and i have topay 20 rs online.then he has asked me debit card details.i tellhim that i will inform this no to police then he disconnect the ph.pl beware of fraud.this site is total fraud .they are making fool to us.

    I have pathetic experience with OM BIKES in No.53, Opp. BHEL, Mysore Road, Bengaluru-560039, Karnataka
    22.02.2017 I have visited the above workshop for service, then they people took the all complaints related to the vehicle.
    They are not done the work, which is received by me.
    I have paid 2000+ rupees for service, in that they have charged INR 900 for labor charges. In that parts also mentioned other & others they put some amount.

    They delivered the vehicle without satisfaction & I have informed the Brach manager Sam sundar also..

    I had visited 3 time for make it proper condition to ride the bike.

    But they are not making normal condition.

    I lost my money, my time (3 times visited) & my bike condition too.

    Before giving the service, my bike was in good condition.

    When they delivered the bike to me in the worst condition.

    The pickup of speed of the bike very very poor.

    The proprietor of the hero franchise OM Bikes called to me and resolved the problem of the bike. Forth Visit they resolved the my bike problem. I had visited from 22.02.2017 to 6.03.2017 4 times. Eventually 6.03.2017 they resolved the problem. Now bike is in normal condition.

    I have booked my bike in express service but i saw my bike bike after 2 hours
    My bike stand in waiting what the hell is that
    Then i cancel my service
    Employees are careless
    If i have to service my bike then i have to give 3 to 4 hour in service centre only wasting of time
    What can I do

      Hii i purchased hero maestro edge.7 month ago from kamal automobile ; narengi ; guwahati assam
      Reg. No as 01bz 7053.
      Today morning when i tried to start my maestro it's not started '; kick start and self-start both are not working... Then i visit a hero authorized service center at forest gate ; guwahati assam and explain my issue then they replied you must carried your scooter to hii seed hero (Maligaon; assam) then we replace the battery other wise it's not possible to help you.
      Now my question is from my location to hii speed hero distance is almost 20km it's not possible to carry my scooter. How can i carry my scooter. So i request you kindly note my complain and resolved it. Other wise i will go for legal action against the show room and service centre

        On last Jul 2016 I bought a hero Maestro edge from KAMAL automobiles under Highspeed Hero of Guwahati, Assam. but unfotunaltely after 7-8 months my battery was dead. and when I went to KAMAL Automobile for the replacement of my battery they inform me that they left their dealership and they did not mention any battery no to my Battery warranty card and and now they refused to accept it but they use their seal and signature.Without the battery no HIGH SPEED also ignore this issue. I want a replacement of my battery or any other solution.
        And please take an action on KAMAL AUTOMOBILES's owner. I am going to case a file about this issue.

          Dear Team,
          I have purchased a new bike maestro edge on January 2016 .
          From the last 2 months, a noise is coming from engine. When I have visited Hero Bhayander service centre, I was advised that the sound is coming from crankshaft.
          Due to some personal issues I was not in town for a long time in the last year and hence missed a couple of servicing .
          The person from your service centre asked me to visit Andheri office and speak to them. Once they get a go ahead from their office, they will change the crank (without any charges) to avoid further damage to the engine.
          I have visited your Marol, Andheri office on 02nd Feb and met Mr Vaibhav. He said he has asked the concerned person and I will get a call and the same will be sorted within a couple of days. Its almost 2 weeks now and the issue is still not resolved.
          I feel that Hero Motors should maintain a post sales relation too with the customer.
          Expecting an early revert on this.

And i repair it but same issue repeated from 2 months ..then i go to the service centre of hero they tell me your 1 servicing is missed so now we cant help for warranty.. Till. Now i frustrated for my scooter.. For this problem all parts are wasted and already 15000 rupees spent.. 😑 plz help... How can we recover this problem..

            I purchased 29 days back the above in Shimoga. They tell me it has to be serviced in 30 days
            They also ask us to pay for oil

            When threee services are free why should we pay for OIL

            Why should we change oil in 30 days when the scooter has hardly crosses 110 KMs
            Is it not an envirnmental waster to change oil in the above condition

              Yesterday I had kept my moped(pleasure..MH 29 P 5891) at your service center parvati automobile yavatmal maharashtra dated on 27 feb 2017 for servicing.During this process my moped left crankcase get damage while changing bush by the mechanic it cost 2400rs so I talk with the manager name Mr.digade (ph.no [protected]) regarding this and I didn't get satisfactory reply from him.His exact word is "we are not responsible for this and this is not our mistake" further he told you have to buy the require part of vehicle by your own money.This is not bearable amount for me.
              Why should I pay rupees 2400 without any mistake from my side.I also register my complaint online(complain no[protected] so kindly do favor to me and solve my problem as early as possible.

                My first hero purchased a month before passion pro with i3S technology...
                Purchased from a sub dealer as the resale of old bike wasn't satisfactory with dealers who gave blunt prices...
                Result of which on recipt of bike the headlamps were not working and sub dealer revealed the dealers address to get it rectified...
                From then it's the first service today - Main dealer had done the service, i3S is not working, the wind visor seems to be misaligned - They are asking me to ride for 02 more days to see if it works after the water dry out as i3S is new design and can't identify fault immidetly.And for visor they are asking me to check with all other bikes to prove that the fitting of visor and key module is always a misfit in their model...
                I was denied good life card as I purchased thru sub dealer - now the choice is to pay and take a card and its out of stock now.
                Pls call back to understand and suggest necessary steps...

                      With due respect i am girish chandra biswal and i am purchased a hero hunk on behalf of my uncle name Mr Kanhu charana Biswal. on dated 11.10.16 from Baishnabi Motors Kendrapara. after that my vehicle 1st, 2nd, 3rd and presently 4th service complite at Hero authorized dealers SUNNY MOTORS at Cuttack, Odisha.

                      But Hear i am very very sad to inform you that after my vehicle 1st service engine oil leakage from engine head.. and then after informing so many time at Hero authorised dealers sunny motors no one taking important about this matter.. and also at every service time i am mention on my job card that oil leakage from engine head but still my problem is a problem.
                      One more thing... about this matter finally i am inform through mail to company by under given mail i.d but still no one responding

                          We took a new vehicle(Maestro Edge) from VENAD AUTOMOBILES, Kollam, Kerala on 23/09/2016, model : Maestro Edge VX Deep Blue Grey KL 02 AY 9998. On January 28, 2017 the vehicle met with an accident making a crack on the right side body of the vehicle above silencer guard and the right side mirror was fully broken.We had given the vehicle for service on 30th of January on an accident claim. It is nearly one month now we haven't received any update on the repair status till today. When ever we tried contacting their office they will keep on saying lame excuses that they didn't receive that particular part of the vehicle from the head office.Its the responsibility of the service center to provide the status of the vehicle given for service because we had opt the company and the vehicle giving full trust.We were fully interdependent on that vehicle and this issue is making us frustrated and loosing our trust for hero .Kindly take this into consideration and do the need full.

                          I have a CD deluxe bike I frequently face head light problem when my bike is in running condition head light automatically dim.when I push horn headlight automatically dim and full when I complain in ronk automobile naroda 3 to 4 time but not get proper service please look in to this matter
                          I smart 110 इंजन को स्टार्ट करने के बाद उसमें से अजीब सी आवाज आती है जै से पिस्टन खराबी हो गया है!

                            First and Last bad experience with hero
                            I purchased Hero HUNK ( on 26/8/2016) after this purchase i could say this was my first and last purchase with Hero. My feedback is very bad regarding your product.From the first week the front disk making some verid sound I complained to the service center PRIYANKA MOTORS ADOOR PATHANAMTHITTA DISTRICT KERALA. They check and told me that it is cleared on the way back to home the sound beings to start From the front disc.i again complaint to service center they can't clear it now the 3rd service has been done.Still the sound coming.now the clutch cable has been broken while Iam riding BY THE GRACE OF GOD I saved .ALso i can say my worst purchase ever. Never buy a hero product. Please help me in this case.those person over their in service center they couldn't able to help

I was Paid Rs- 61646/- on 19/11/2016 as per dealer instructions. after give me byke delivery. as per Invoice (1) Byke price Rs- 54330/- With VAT. (2) RTO Tax RS- 3095/-(3) AMC Tax RS- 1205/- (4) Insurance Fee RS- 2038/- (5) High Security Registration Plate Fee Rs-140/-. Total Rs 60808/- . I was many times Request To the Company manager, but refund excess Rs[protected]= 838/- up to date. Please Further Necessary Legal action for refund amount Rs- 838/- Immediately. Thanking You Sir.                                 Have purchased pleasure (Candy blazing red) from anand motors, vishrantwadi, a dealer of nhf wheels on 11/11/2016. Since the date of purchase of am following up with anand motors, viashrantwadi for the service book and a duplicate key, a card etc... Documents... They didnt gave me the same.in the month of feb -17, we got to know the showroom has been closed and we need to contact nh4, wakdewadi for the remaining papers. But nh 4 is also not in a position to provide us the same.
                                Have just received a bil invoice for the same, no other documents etc... Has been received yet.
                                If within 8 days hero is failed to give me the remaining documents alongwith a duplicate key & service book, i'll take a hero group to consumer court and file a complaint against anand motors and hero group. Also wont pay the premium amount for the same.
                                Need your strong intervention on the same on priority within 8 days.

                                  On 24.02.2017 I gone to your service center with my vehicle "Hero Honda Pleasure" by 11 P.M. and your service center took my vehicle and promise me at 5P.M the vehicle will be handed over to me after solving all the problems which was given by me.the problems are as follows:
                                  1. Indicator lights were not getting ON.
                                  2. Foot stand is loose.
                                  At about 5 P.M. of that day I go there to receive my vehicle. I payed all the serving charges and they handed over my vehicle to me. Then I saw that the main problem was given by me was not at all seen by the mechanic i.e Indicator light was not getting ON. Immediately I take the to Service manager of that shop and he replied this is a human error. After that they took me to the spare shop and After standing in the long line I got chance to get the component and completed the job.
                                  So, after paying money I Got "HARASSMENT" free.
                                  on 25.04.2013 also same thing was happened. That day I purchased this vehicle. At 1:30 PM on that day I Payed all the money in CASH but I received the vehicle at 9:30 PM with INDICATOR LIGHTS SERVICEABLE and that time except one mechanic and one security person no one was present.
                                  So, my humble request that take necessary action for all the customer.

                                    I purchased hero dute 11 months ago.my bike got damaged in accident so I went to showroom n register fr claim.nearly 1month passed bt they had not repaired bike.whenever I asked them they told me that spaireparts are not available that's why they failed to repaire.Its a request pls ensure of the spaireparts unavaibilty n cooprate us...Mrs.Usha B.VADODE ap.haregaon talk.shrirampur dist.ahmadnagar state.maharshtra

                                      I have bought hero duet from hero dealer, auto palace, bongaon, north 24pgs, west bengal on 19.9.16.still i have not got any documents like blue book, number plate documents.they always says come to our showroom. When i go then they tell me that sorry it is still under process.it happened 100times.i am fed up.please help me.The worst service i have ever seen.still no number plate token given to me.please help me

                                        I purchased hero xtrme on 27th jan 2017 my issue is this bike is giving 38 km/ltr avg. I want to know
                                        In which speed i can change gear to burn proper petrol. I changed my gear in speed 5, 10, 20, 30, 35 km/h respectively from 1th to 5th. Suggest me standard speed of shifting gears.
                                        Also tell me some shifting gear rules. So i can make my bike helthy.
                                        And please tell me that in which speeds i can shift gears to make engine helthy.
                                        One of the mechanic said that only shift 5th gear in speed 60 km/h or more is it true?
