I was taken Hero DLX motorbike from Sehgal autoriders pvt ltd chinchwad on 17jan 2017. Now on 81 km bike giving starting problem. On only 81 km bike giving problem then it might be dangerous & it seems company gave me defective piece so on this complaint i want to take action and in future that type of any complaints or problem will appear that time i want replacement. Its become faith problem of hero companies product.

Dear Concern,
With reference to above subject I want to apply for a duplicate Owner's Manual / Service Booklet. My name is Priyal Vyas(Owner) and I purchased my hero scooter on 18Th August 2016 from Sapna Sangeeta Automobiles, Indore.
I has only made my 1st free service during October 2016( before Diwali do not remember the date) and since then it is missing/stolen/lost.
Here are the details-

I have sent a copy of this complaint to Sapna Sangeeta Automobiles as well. Kindly oblige and provide me with service booklet so that I use my free services.
I have no complain / issues regarding the services to my scooter which the company offers.

I had purchas hero honda shine from oberoy honda Shrirampur distt ahmednagar mharastra on 22 sep 2015. My vehicle had run till date 15080 km. Tyers issued with vehicle is of tube less tvs company. Frount tyer now getting air bubles mean due to manufacturing defect. I will also submitted complaint with tvs company but no response by them till date. Who can replace my tyre. Presently i located in nasik, maharatra

It's quite ridiculous that before selling the two wheeler company exaggerate about product and services but after buying I got to know that company have worst services in two wheeler segment. This is my fifth visit for servicing of my bike but every time have to spend whole day for service at Brijmohan Hero, Guwahati.
I shattered due to worst services.

I purchased a super splendor i3s bike before 3 month . It's purchasing date is 30.10.2016. there is some problem in its handle and it's back shokers are leaked. I had gone to the jasoda auto gurgaon . They says that you will go there from where you purchased this . If jasoda auto attend my complaint then there want money. But it's your company falut . This is Sabir Shaikh . I have Splender + bike since 10 month .I had purchase from sehgal motors chinchwad pune.
I am facing problem of engine noise in bike from almost 4 to 5 months but not solves it yet.
On 12th Feb 2017 I had putten my bike MH 14 FN 7863 for 7 servicing in sehgal motors (chinchwad pune )that was paid service .on 14 feb today they had called for bike delivery and they communicate that your bike had services proper and problem solved ..they had taken 350rs as a labour charge for servicing. After paying a bill of 718 I found dust and and huge oil wastage inside a chain cover after removing it ..I had complaint about it but they are ignoring me and not co operating with me ..and also not solved engine noise till date..I had also request for it but they are saying that its functional noise. I am sending you proof of servicing not done properly and poor service .
So.please look into this matter and to the needful as soon as possible.

i took hero hf delux 3 month ago the left and right side striker o was damaged.when i was go to the service center they gave nagative answer like i cant give u the striker because company has not giving us striker . then i tell him u have to change my panel then he was also refused me to change the panel.soo what can i do? Shem on you

I will purchase a maestro last 3 year before from that day I will problem in my scooter handling I will go to the company but They do not solve my problem before some days I will be accident for my scooter by handling issue then I will be repair my scooter in company service center buy insurance but till now the issue will not solve plz solve my problem imminently last bill copy I will be uploded

I, R.K.baweja visited your karnal dealer M/s Nirmal Motors for purchase of one bike Hero Deluxe Self start. i was quoted as: Bike Ex Showroom Rs 46400/-, Temporary Number Plate Rs 400/-, Insurance Rs 1750/- and accesories extra. I requested your dealer representative, that the Insurance will be purchased by me From New India assurance co karnal office and will present the same before delivery of vehicle and which was costing me Rs 1300/-.
The representative arbitrarly said that the vehicle will be sold with insurance by us only, we will not accept insurance got by me as requested,
I may ask you whether these are the instructions by your company or being forced us to purchase from the dealer.

I have fulfilled all needs as per the agreement, every documents have been submitted but still some complicated issues regarding vehicle emi.. .
As per company norms i have submitted every documents along with blank checks but still having problems in online payment of emi...
They are saying they are unable to link my account and hence they are asking for cash money as emi is to be paid online but they are not accepting

I had send vehicle Maestro Edge on 30/01/16 invice No.[protected]RINV[protected]/[protected] at Bajrang Automobiles Pvt Ltd, Haldwani for replacing spares against insurance claim.i have paid labour charges & insurance company also paid for spares but till date the spares are not available.
I am touch with dealer but their response is not satisfactory.
Kindly look into the matter.

Dear sir

I have procured motorcycle through ms Raj motors distric kaushambi part of allahabad on dated 15.01.2017.

After running of approximate 300 km suddenly its break paddle holding pipe broken any how save to accident

Now I am thinking that the company is not doing FMEA for their process and design and invite the customers accident

There fore you are requested to send your representatives to resolve our problem at earliest.

I Devendra Rathod had bought Splendor plus from Hari om motors(Vadodara) on 30th may(2016), which is under warrenty(5 years).
Rust deposited on some parts of the bike like on frontside jumper assembly, engine side, and backside carrier. I also had complaint on 16/10/2016 and also get response from him too late and thereafter he called me after uttrayan. I had put my bike for solving this issue in service center but they just polished on that piece/block of jumpers and didnt replace it. Still there is a rust on it. I have again talked with the service centre agent but didnt get positive response and told me to not to worry cause warrenty is still valid for 5 years. I didnt get good response and still issue is not resolved; It is also not my fault as Material used in bike is such of a low quality that it get rusted in only few times.
Please help me to fix this issue as soon as possible.

From last 3 months i had given all parts order at asian motors (fort point automotive) bhayandar, the person mr prashant (store-keeper) is giving me assurity in every week that next friday u will definatly get all parts. I got some parts but yet i won't get the head-light of my vehicles. Yesterday(10/02/2017) he said that i will arrage till tommorow but today (11/02/2017) he was not giving any response and misbehaving, talking with wrong laguage.
So i think u should take some action againt that store-keeperas early as possible. I dont recoomand the hero vehicle to any of my friends the bad experience i got.

Sir/madam I want to register a complaint about hero's way of dealing with the customers. U don't have any ethic how to treat the customers, u don't have the availability of the spare parts o[censored]r renowed products, u don't have the proper management o[censored]r all the branches or listed showrooms o[censored]rs, we as a customer were having full faith in hero's name but I think after disecting u from Honda u have become that handicape part which can't bhi operated on its own. I am from Indore Madhya Pradesh I am having hero maestro product o[censored]rs and these r my real and truth opinions about ur brand after owning this product o[censored]rs

Hi i am Rahul negi and i purchase the hero extrem sports bike last year and last 8 month back my bike footrest is broken right side front and i ask the every service station and evey person saying i dont have. so i[censored] dont have part so why r u launch the bike. i[censored] r not shortout my problem than i will fiel the case against hero motocorp.

I have purchased Hero splendor ismart 110 cc bike from bellad & company hubli karnatka, and Speedometer cable failed within in 1000 Km of running.
Now I am regularly asking for the replacement of the same at the Bellad & company service center.
The service person very much negligent and he is regularly telling that we do not have stock.
If you don ot maintatin the stock why you people give thte dealership to such company And why you release the product on the road.

मैंने पिछले साल 31 अक्टूबर 2016 को हीरो पैशन प्रो बाइक गुप्ता डीलर फर्रुखाबाद से ली थी। उन्होंने बाइक के एमाउण्ट के साथ बाइक रजिस्ट्रेशन के पैसे भी लिये थे और कहा था कि रजिस्ट्रेशन भी वही करवा कर देंगे। लेकिन अभी तक मुझे गाड़ी का रजिस्ट्रेशन नहीं मिला है और मैं पिछले कई दिनों से उनके ऑफिस के चक्कर लगा रहा हूँ। वो मुझे आज-कल, आज-कल कह कर परेशान कर रहे हैं। ये अच्छी बात नहीं है। आपकी कम्पनी इतनी रैप्युटिड है अगर इस तरह से लोगों को परेशान करके और उन्हें बेबकूफ बना कर के आपने ये साख बनाई है। तो सैल्यूट है आपको। इलैक्शन का टाइम है। आचार संहिता चल रही है, अगर मैं गाड़ी चलाता हूँ और कुछ भी घटना मेरे साथ होती है तो मैं सीधा कोर्ट में जाकर ये कहूँगा कि आप लोग सिर्फ लोगों को परेशान करते हैं और कुछ नहीं। और मेरी गाड़ी की किश्त भी आप लोग टाइम से काट लेते हैं। मैं इसका कोर्ट से स्टे ऑर्डर लाउँगा। फिर आप किश्त लीजिएगा। बहुत बहुत धन्यवाद । परेशना करने के लिये । आपकी कम्पनी की इमेज और अच्छी हो।

my quiry is how much take time to delivery by Hero Motocorp.from the date of booking.
