I m purchase hero duet scooty "dl 3s cx 9857" in date of 11th april 2016. I realize that scooty had some vibration problem then i go to service center "singla agencies, a-41, mohan co-oprative indl. Area, new delhi-110044"

After 3 service scooty has same problem.. I am fully frustrated. I don't want to drive hero scooty i never suggest anyone to buy hero scooty and bad experience from service.
Please find this problem and do something about it.. And please solve my problem.. Please refund or replace my scooty..

    Hi,
    I bought your hero Duet on 24 November 2015 and it's not even year it's giving me lot of problems so many times I have given it for service but every time they say it's a battery issue as its not able self start or kick start . Twice the battery has been changed even then the problem the persists . I really fed up after purchasing this vehicle. I purchased it from Bangalore, hero motors bannerghata sai ram showroom near gopalan. It seems to be a faulty piece and I told them to replace but they are not doing that. How many times I will give it for service they are not able to find the exact cause and evertime saying it as battery issue .
    Please do something as its new vehicle my money got wasted and I should not have trusted hero instead should have bought Activa. I did a big mistake by buying hero vehicle.

      I have purchased maestro edge 3-4 months before. And from day one i am getting the mileage issue. So many times i have told about this problem to the showroom, from where i purchased the scooter but everytime they said that after servicing average will be increased, and till now i am getting the average of maestro edge max to max 30-35 kmpl and the company said that the average of maestro edge is around 60-64 kmpl. Now what i have to do... Now I totally disappointed by the service of hero showroom and the average of this scooter. Please help me if you can...

        Hi,

        I bought a Splendor iSmart 110cc bike on 19th July from Rishi Hero showroom in Bangalore (Whitefield, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560066) and paid for accessories on the same date. I was told accessories would come in a week. It has been 10 weeks since I am waiting for accessories and still counting. Whenever I ask for accessories, I keep getting the same response "Accessories will come next week". Most of the time, they don't pick up the phone nor do a call back.

        even I ask for a refund of the accessories, they don't respond properly.

        Very very poor service from a vehicle dealer espicially when there are other Hero showrooms around.

        I got the showroom owner Rishi Kiran number @[protected] and tried to contact him few times. I keep getting a busy tone but never got connected or got a call back.

        Can you try to resolve this issue by getting me the accessories or get a refund. Other hero shorooms do have accessories for Speldor ismart 110 css. If I can get the refund, atleast I can go to other showrooms around for the accessories.

          With humbly say to complain against the service and maintenance about my two wheeler bile passion pro to Bina motors Gandhi chowk, Brajajnagar, jharsuguda odisha. I hv brought just 2 to 3 month back from hero show room, but it's show alway.problem in this vehicle and the servicing not free they say about the money when I service and maintenance my vehicle.

            I have a complaint against Bright Motors Near Daliganj crossing Lucknow.I purchased a Duet VX approx 4 months back which met with an accident last month, went to the dealer noted the same and coordinated with Insurance team.We were promised to arrange parts & will take approx 20 days. Today after a month when I went there they are informing that by mistake we have arranged spare parts for LX and the same will not be fitted in this model.
            It is really surprising what kind of professionals are sitting there who doesn't know there models also.
            I request dealer as well the company to provide spare parts at earliest for customer satisfaction.

                I hv taken a new duet from autoneeds gurgaon 1 month ago.we are not able to start it for its 1st service. shall we take it to workshop by rikshaw.given a request to autoneeds but no use.kindly solve it.my wife is already a user of honda activa and she is laughing at me now.

                  i bought a hero motocrop bike of model number hero cbz extreme on 21/07/2015 but it came with some engine fault but even after infroming to my seller Unique Mottors which is situated at Sitarampur, dist- Burdwan (W.B ) they did not respond to me and indeed buy time from me saying they gonna fix it.
                  but then after they said they wont it as its a company fault. so sir kindaly tell me what to do or how to do.

                    I have purchased splendor i smart. On 7 July 2016. I service completed. But mileage is not good. Present time mileage max 40kmpl. But compney told me in starting 60kmpl after service 80kmpl above. Company claimed 102kmpl.
                    I told to service Centre but he told me after 3000 km your mileage will be 55kmpl.

Only 25-27 kmpl milage on first day after i complained service center they said to me that choke was on inside. After that i tested my problem was not resolved. I complained many times but still issue not resolved. Now milage is 20kmpl

                          I am owner of hf delux mh 13 cd 7887. That bike was sleep by mi in last month. Then i was go to the hero dealar at (Parshwa hero, barshi, solapur, maharastra) showroom and reqvest to do my accident claim for some parts. But the officer said that you come after i am calling when the survaier of insurence company come in our showroom. But after then i was go to showroom oftenly, but officer was responding mi. Sir i reqwest kindly that my policy expire on 21 sep 2017 so do somthing very soon

                            I have purchase a bike on 08.11.215 model passion pro colour-fbk
                            Registration no-dl9sbd8816 from singla automobiles, mahavir enclave
                            New delhi-110045. Today go to service center at mayapuri, new delhi-64
                            Check the bike and said clauch plate change and cost near about rs-850/-. I want to know what is garantee of bike. Why i paid under garenty.
                            The supervisor said no garanty of spair parts.

                              I am very very sorry to say that hero company response in part availability as i have bike xtrem digital 2013 no. Up78 cy 0511 in an accident my handel of lift side is broken when i have reached in company they told that we don't have the part it may take 20 days if you order then i have ordered in star spares parts in kanpur he was unable to give in 30 days then i have ordered in r b s motor in kanpur on part no. 53150kve860
                              Order no. 11615#03#cnco#0816#357 on 25.08.2016 he is saying it will take another 45 days.
                              It is very poor that after paying such a huge amount in purchasing bike i was facing huge problem bike accident was on 11.07.2016
                              Please see to the matter to resolve my problem.

                                Im owner of cd deluxe rj14 qs 1473... My complaints is against jagdev motors opposite bhari tent house, gandhipath, jaipur. It is very painfull to take motorcycle service from jagdev motors jaipur.. Staff are very unprofessional and service quality is very poor... I visited two times and took service here but every time service quality and staff behaviour was very bad. I managed service here yesterday not but nobody was responded properly even they charge battery either.

                                  My name is macharla prudvi, sir i had purchased hero passion pro at karimnagar bharathwaj showroom salenagar 3 months ago. bike registration number ts02en5528 i had given services time to time but in this 3 months i got engine problem the oil lekage and bore sound. they repaired the bike and again the same problem repeating, no one careing about my problem. so please take the issue as serious and please give me justice.

                                      I have purchased bike from chinchwad service station pune in 2011 my model is CBZ Xtreme

                                      From last 1 year I m servicing the bike at u r registered service station every time I have serviced my vechile the same problem arouses in next servicing

                                      Yet I have submitted my bike for servicing at u r office I m really fed of but brand makes different at service station no one care of our bike there should be system to satisfy customer at some extent I have spent approx 25 k in which I can purchase new bike

                                      U can check this records on your system u will get to know the details if customer is not telling u it dosent mean customer didn't understand this but he hopes the brand wil make the difference and will add value to our bikes so we come bank to you for servicing if this continues u will loose a customer

                                        Sir/Madam

                                        I have purchased Hero Meastro EDGE six months ago from vijay automobiles, mandideep, raisen (m.p)Within 6 months of period we have faced following problems.
                                        1. Poor pick up on initiation
                                        2.Speedometer light, bulbs and switches were stopped working.
                                        4. Scooter getting vibration noise from front body, poor milage & mobile oil is leaking regularly near the rear wheel break and I don't know from where the oil is leaking.when I have told those problems they corrected them except oil leaking but right now speedometer lights and mileage and pickup problem I am regularly facing. They never want to repair that scooty in warranty they have told me that only engines come in warranty and electronic parts never comes in warranty they said to me that I have to pay for the electronic failure and defections in the scooty so, kindly take needful action regarding this issue.
                                        The one more thing I want to tell you that is I have carried that scooty in uttar Pradesh from m.p because I live here so if here the service center will say same things then I will make a complaints again to your corporate office regarding these problems .
                                        We have complaints all problems during two service period but still not resolved.
                                        Finally I complaint you for solutions.
