Dear sir,
My name is macharla prudvi, sir i had purchased hero passion pro at karimnagar bharathwaj showroom salenagar 3 months ago. bike registration number ts02en5528 i had given services time to time but in this 3 months i got engine problem the oil lekage and bore sound. they repaired the bike and again the same problem repeating, no one careing about my problem. so please take the issue as serious and please give me justice.

      I have purchased bike from chinchwad service station pune in 2011 my model is CBZ Xtreme

      From last 1 year I m servicing the bike at u r registered service station every time I have serviced my vechile the same problem arouses in next servicing

      Yet I have submitted my bike for servicing at u r office I m really fed of but brand makes different at service station no one care of our bike there should be system to satisfy customer at some extent I have spent approx 25 k in which I can purchase new bike

      U can check this records on your system u will get to know the details if customer is not telling u it dosent mean customer didn't understand this but he hopes the brand wil make the difference and will add value to our bikes so we come bank to you for servicing if this continues u will loose a customer

        Dear,

        Sir/Madam

        I have purchased Hero Meastro EDGE six months ago from vijay automobiles, mandideep, raisen (m.p)Within 6 months of period we have faced following problems.
        1. Poor pick up on initiation
        2.Speedometer light, bulbs and switches were stopped working.
        4. Scooter getting vibration noise from front body, poor milage & mobile oil is leaking regularly near the rear wheel break and I don't know from where the oil is leaking.when I have told those problems they corrected them except oil leaking but right now speedometer lights and mileage and pickup problem I am regularly facing. They never want to repair that scooty in warranty they have told me that only engines come in warranty and electronic parts never comes in warranty they said to me that I have to pay for the electronic failure and defections in the scooty so, kindly take needful action regarding this issue.
        The one more thing I want to tell you that is I have carried that scooty in uttar Pradesh from m.p because I live here so if here the service center will say same things then I will make a complaints again to your corporate office regarding these problems .
        We have complaints all problems during two service period but still not resolved.
        Finally I complaint you for solutions.

          as a top and trusted automobile company in India, you should keep your customers happy otherwise you will get a very downwards in near future.

          in scooter segment I have some other availability but I chosen your brand but now I am feeling that I have taken wrong decision.

            Dear Sir/ Madam,
            I was brought Hero I Smart bike from Globe Agency Meerut road Ghaziabad on dated 29/07/2015 with registration no. UP14 CQ 3822.
            I have completed 5th service of bike at Mileage of 8506 KM. approx. on dated 21/08/2016 at Globe Agency.

            But I regret to say that my bike is giving very very poor milage as 40KMPL aprox against ARAI claimed mileage of 102KMPL which was requested to resolve the mileage issue at Globe Agency at each service & interim visits & he committed again & again for resolution but no resolution found yet & It has increased my running fuel expenses as I was replaced my old CD Deluxe bike with New I Smart to reduce my running fuel expenses, but after investing approx. Rs. 62000/- I did not found satisfactory mileage yet.
            Please arrange to resolve the issue to save my running fuel expenses.

              Sir, My Bike has stopped working. and the same problem is for 3 times from the purchasing till today. Firstly after 5 to 6 days from the date of purchasing, Secondly one month after the first servicing of my scooter but each time the authorised Company and servicing Center failed to solve my scooter's fault permanantly and Lastly on dt. 01/09/2016 it again fail to start.
              So You are kindly requested to give the proper advice to replace the faulty part of my scooter and sovle the fault permenantly to the concerning Company i.e. Kusumgar & Company, Untkhana, Nagpur or you must replace my vehicle with the new faultless scooter.
              Do Needful as early as possible.

                  I have Hero maestro which make is 2012 I'm give my Maestro for servicing in Nidhi Motors which is located in Goregaon (West) Mumbai the Dealer is not providing proper service the Nidhi Motors are not giving satisfactory salutation for my vehicle problem they are continually have me other reason the made me change Both shockupser. Clutch shoe bearing pully and many other Parts of my vehicle even after spending huge amount of money there is no solution of my problem the owner of Nidhi Motors Mr.Aloka and his service advisor Mr.Tiwari assured me that they will call some Technician from hero Motors to get my problem short out but there after there is no reward from there side so kindly help me out with my problem

                      I was told by the dealer that the scooter was having tubeless tires and i found out after 4 months that it is not.
                      It got punctured and on the 1st tym puncture only it was punched with big holes and the mechanic told it need replacement.How bad the quality is.

                        I am Mihir Oza and I bought Maestro Edge in January 2016 from a dealer in Dahisar. It is one of the pathetic scooter that I have ever seen. No Power, No Pick up, in mid of journey it automatically stops, i faced many issues while travelling long run. Even after 3 service it has the same problem. I feel cycle is better option then buying Hero Maestro Edge.

                            I have passion expro bike ka 53 el-2546. Which have purchased on seo-2015. Chassis no-mblja12acfgh07601, engine no.-ja12bfgh10989.
                            From 1st service i complained that sound is coming from head, soung=d from back breack, engine sound changing if i ride for 10 km. Service centre milanium moter is not able to rectify these issues. Every time they are telling it will be become normal. Now its 5th service and issues are the same.
                            Can some one let me know what i need to do are i have to go consumer forum.

                              i have my 2 Wheeler which has got accident. my insurence was running. there was a time to expired. but om hero ramchandra pur bihar sharif nalanda bihar -803101. om hero malik telling you will not get claim . first you have to renew your vechile. i told still time is there why should i have to renew. i dont have money. then he told then i will not take for claim. then i have renew my spender.
                              after that malik has told me pl deposit Rs. 1000 then parts will come. then i deposited same. after that he told after 1 month you come then you claim your insurance. i was not agree because its not ethical. he abused me and telling that, s the procedure. regarding deposit i do have photo copy of receipt. after 1 month he has taken complain which is accident has shown in different date.
                              more over light was good but he has replaced light and so many parts no need to replace but he has replaced. i asked let me bill details he is not ready to explain. and again he has abused me. at om hero there is no respect for customer behavior is very rude.its not tolerable.he has taken more money. again i will complain to icici lombard.

                                My name is bhavesh visariya. I am residing in thane (Mumbai).
                                Six months back i had brought a brand new hero maestro edge vx from company showroom (Ranjeet motors) in thane. I had serviced it twice regularly before during the warranty period.
                                My vehicle has been turning off mid journey a lot times even after i take extra care for the maintainence.
                                I was told by the service team that my vehicle had a compressor problem and it has been replaced. Service tesm gave me my vahicle in same condition after 2 days without serviced.
                                It has been repeating the same problem all over again immediately after the service session.

                                Yesterday (30 aug 2016) i have again given my vehicle for servicing to the service centre. Job card no is-11218. Please see to it that my vehicle's compressor is replaced and i dont face such kind of situation henceforth.
                                I am extremely fed up of this trouble.
                                If i face such an issue again i will conduct a drive on social networks against buying hero vehicles. I mean it.
                                We being indians prefer to buy indian products but at this point they are not proving worth.

                                  Hero is provided a continue mode on 'ON' head light for byke iSmart 3is, for what???
                                  Why not is given provision for on/off??
                                  I want a solution for this.because I hire a new byke before 3 days, all the people whoes looking on my side and telling us for head light is on.I feel very uncomfortable, unsatisfied .so try to solve it. Why hero moto is not provided the provision for the byke.

                                    Res. Company. I have recently purchase hero duet..3monts ago. But its having problm in enging..in showroom enginer says its crankshaft oroblm... He replace it with new one. But next day its same problm..in crank shaft.. Iys happn 3time.. Now i wnt replace my byk plz help me out... Ither i mgoing in consumer forum.. Last one month scootr on shoroom but didnt got solution plz help me out... I m comon man i dont have any type of backup

                                        Given my bike for repair. Issues are no pickup, front mask replacement, break lever and pads, front shock absorb, vibration while driving, general service. So they provided the estimation of 2400 rs. I asked him again, is it the estimation of whole thing? He replied yes, but we will give you a call when we open the engine. He opened the engine, called me and saying that bore, crank shaft is gone. It would cost around 15000rs. I said please don't do anything, just fit and give my bike back. When i go to the showroom to take my bike, they charged me 2283 for fitting the engine. I asked him why is that, he replied in rude way if we open the engine, should change the gaskets and oil. Ok but why you charged this much, parts come around 600+ and general servicing, labor charges. I told him when he called me that i don't need general service but also he billed it and answer is we can't give the bike without doing it. Finally billing done and i checked my bike, it's very noisy, some thing stops the bike when moving. I questioned him, is this your service? He took back the bike and said come tomorrow. Next day the same noise and not at all starting. Here they are saying the noise is very common because of bearing damage while fitting the engine. Is this meaningful? When i give my bike the noise was not there and now they are forcing me to do the total engine work with bearings. I don't want anything that costs me around 15000rs, i left the bike there and said i just need my bike without the noise. So that i can use as it's. They are saying it's not possible without repair, take your bike and leave. Answering to customer is rude, meaningless reasons, spoiled my bike totally and not ready to give the solution. What should i do now?
