Purchased my hero bike i. E., splendor pro on 29th march 2016. And now it, s chainset got loose and making awkward sound. Is this is the condition of new bikes? I, ve driven many bikes before but this bike make me regret my decision for puchasing a hero bike. Now all i want want is a new model or money back.
