First of all smoke was blue on exsaust? is it on start up /warm up quite a bit? after warm up smoke has gone?if this is thats fine..when the bike running smoke was not there? and when engine is cold engine sound is good and when heat sound like kit kit kit...if this is your bike is fine. i have faced this problem earlier. my hero bike had all the issuie. i also complained in hero they changer my cylinder and priston and priston rings. therefore also the problem remains. after all these i decided to change my engine oil to 20w40 and change my sparck plug.i suggest you to change these.the spark plug has a seal that seal engine oil not geeting into priston.my factory spark plug was not straight and not in shape.and also check the engine oil level because in hero service center mechanics pour 900ml of engine oil into oil chamber wherever my bike required 750ml.so excess of engine oil create extra presure that causes engine power down.after all these i have solved my issuies and hero mechanics could not do anything and also they said earlier in new bikes some smoke can happened..its normal.i was stunned after hear that. hero engine oil is third class.it could not go after 1200km.although hero claims their oil can go 3000km..what a joke.

I request all the 2 wheeler buye, please never purchased any hero bike they provide very poor service after sellin. I received a manufacturing defect in Maestro edge.

Its very bad sales service & spares experience given by krishna automobile darbhanga bihar. Hero motocorp ko darbhanga mai dusre dealership ko open karna chahiye taki purane aur naye customers ko koi dikkat na ho.

I have not received any communication regarding my complaint.

I have purchased Hero passion Pro 5 month ago. From that time on wards i have been complaining about mileage shortage at Shraddha motors, Ahmadabad i have not responded to my complaint properly. bike give me only 40 mileage They have always shown negligence regarding my compliant. Solve problem

same problem here. not sure when it will start and not. I am afraid to take it for ride. I brought it in FEB. so many times complained to show room. but they are advising to use kick start and ride. very bad.

I have purchased Hero Duet on 13th April 2016 from Mehrauli road Sector - 14 showroom. After 1st service, there is some issue with its coil because of that its not getting start.
Now its been more than a week, the Service man has not resolved the problem. Every time when I call them, they said part is not available.

I purchased hero duet on feb-2016 from vasai showroom.
During driving time scooty was stuck up in mud and right mirror was broken .
Requirement of the same has been registered in service center at vasai, now it has been more than one month, but till date they are not provided the right mirror reason saying that mirror is not available in service center.

I purchased HERO DUET in September, 2016 but within a year the bike is giving starting problem. The showroom is far away. Already twice I went to the showroom for the problem. They are saying come again. This is something ridiculous.

showroom for rectification they wont provide proper solution.As problem is still continued. They are saying come

again. This is something ridiculous.As plenty of times I asked service dept they said accelerator cable has to

replace and carburetor need to be replaced. (if I asked do the needful, then they said spares are not available with us)

i have complaint against this scooty about starting problem and average.I am afraid to take it for ride

I purchased Hero Duet from SMC motor Medavakkam on 10th oct 2017 having Chassis no as MBLJFN028HGE08947 and Engine No as JF33ACHGE07984, I saw so many cosmetic issues next day of purchased date.
1) Starting problem is there
2) Initially scratches on the Body of the scooter.
3) They fit Body Guards in the scooter after that if i am rotating my Handle right, the Main Head light was hitting the Rod attached to the body.
4) Backside light is not yet fit properly to the body.
5) After fitting the body guards i saw so many Scratches on the body.
6) The next day of purchase i saw few screws are about to come out of the Holes.If it is a new scooter how cum screws will come out within one day of purchase.
7) When i complained abot this to SMC motor Medavakkam their office people told me that not to complaint to the company we will shut out everything. Day by Day i am facing one one new issues.I already raised one complaint against the Hero Motor cop but still i did not get any reply.
I think they have not given me the new peice of scooter they may give me the replaced one to me. so i decided to file one consumer complaint against this.
8) They have not given warranty for the Battery also.
