I have pruchase new maestro edge on[protected] by bill no. 1836 of gupta auto dealers, 786/2, barhpur, farrukhabad but i feel subject vehicle having manufacturing defects in 5 months dealer has repair my engine in 4 times and 3 times of lighting bizer but my engine having sound in starting and running and lighting bizer is fixed through pieces of foams.

I complaint again and again to the dealer and he replied a senior engineer will come and see your problem.

Kindly recall my vehicle and repair it upto standard or change my vehicle. Scan copy of original bill is inclosed herewith for your kind perusal.

    I have a Pleasure and the service station broke my vehicle
    This service Station is one of the worst stations all over Lucknow, the staff here is irresponsible and don’t know the basics of serving customers, the manager is incapable of guiding the staff, the service station does substandard work.
    I had given my vehicle PLEASURE for change of damaged parts, first of all I was told that the parts would be received in fifteen days, the parts did not come from the company for almost a month, the staff kept me waiting for a month and when they received the parts, I gave them my vehicle for the change of parts, the vehicle was due for a service too, which I had planned to give after the change of parts, the parts came in, the staff opened up my vehicle and kept it for 4 days and then told me that the parts they received were damaged, they said that they will change the parts when new parts are received, the new parts did not come for 8 days, somehow I managed to get my vehicle back, I cleared all the dues and the very next day, I gave the vehicle for service and the during the process of servicing the newly installed upper was not fitted well which caused distortion in the accessories and they also broke my meter cable and now refuse to change it. Now the staff says that my son broke the cable and he went to the service station and they kept him waiting for half an hour and did not respond to him. He left the service center in rage, threatening the staff to file a complaint in consumer court to which the uncivilized staff responded, “Ja jo kar paaye kar le.”
    The staff mishandled my vehicle and has no respect for the customers, this was the last time I had my vehicle serviced here. The staff needs to learn how to respect customers, the weakness of our customers is that this is the only service station in a radius of 7 kms and they are benefitted from the restraints of the customers. I won’t recommend this service station to anyone.
    Bright Motors screwed my vehicle.

      My name is jitendra, i have bike zmr, on 11-6-16 i leave that bike for service in service center, because i need go on sunday for one day picnic, i thought at evening i got bike in ready condition, when go for collect the bike that time center head mr. Sawant was told me they don't have part (Part is not avaliable) but in the morning say yes we have that part, they told my you can go any other service center for service by tomorrow, and when i told him to why you not give me any call for part is not available they told me in hero service center we not told any one for part is not available,
      O my complaint is if you not have part so they need inform me because in that time i take my bike other service center and thay told me it is not our responsibility to inform to customer.
      Where is the customer satisfaction and consumer awareness this think happen with me 3rd time every time says only sorry.

          Dear sir, i have purchased the hero duet vehicle in jan 2016. I have a problem regarding this vehicle servicing station to clear the problem. The problem was clutch sound and compressor down. Service manager not giving the proper response. Already i was given the complaint, but the problem was not clear and the service manager not giving the proper response.

              Worst service from shakti motors - kalol never purchase bike from their i purchased hero splendor+ from first day i have problem in my bikes front wheel everyday i visit their showroom & ask my problem but they ask me after few days use it solved don't worry than they ask me it's tyre problem so they give me letter to tvs tyres jupiter tyre near parimal garden, ahmedabad so i go there & give him letter so they ask me right now we not have stock of your bike tyre give us contact no so we will call you but they not called me after 5 days i take followup so they called your tyre arrived kindly come & replace it so i go at there second time & changed tyre they take rs.40 for changing tyre after changing tyre my problem still not solved so i again went to shakti motors show room their person give me so many excuse like why you not check it when you go for change, they not fix tyre properly, you fill to much air in your bike tyre.                 Dear sir/madam,
                I had taken the maestro last 8 months my vehicle number is gj 06 jl 5595 on my father name pandurang ganpat shinde. When i taken a maestro after 2 months i had problem of leakage oil from from bottom. I complained in hero showroom, showroom name kumar auto mobile at akshar chowk baroda. They said put your maestro for service i put my maestro they said your problem is solved. After some days again oil leakage is started they again said put your maestro. They taking time for whole 1 day after that i got my maestro next day. Again my problem is same. What can i do? Still my problem is not solve. If my problem is not solve permanently then i will go to consumer forum.

                  I was purchased hero hunk 2016 from phoenix hero from habsiguda hyderabad the service manager his name is srinivas who is appointed by hero service he demanded to do the full service with out of mandatory parts wich is not mentionedin service manual.I request hin to do as per your mandatory service manual but he refused to do service and through out my vehicle from service centre.
                  Plz respond to this mail and try to improve your service and develop the company.

                    I am purchased hero bike glamour 2(Two) months back. So bike as manufacturing problem (Heavy smoke in silencer and beating sound is completely different, low millage). That"s why i am checking secunderabad hero service raniganj branch.But not solved my bike problem service is also not good.Totally bike is manufacture failure.That"s why i want to new bike.If you have also not solving my bike problem.

                    First of all smoke was blue on exsaust? is it on start up /warm up quite a bit? after warm up smoke has gone?if this is thats fine..when the bike running smoke was not there? and when engine is cold engine sound is good and when heat sound like kit kit kit...if this is your bike is fine. i have faced this problem earlier. my hero bike had all the issuie. i also complained in hero they changer my cylinder and priston and priston rings. therefore also the problem remains. after all these i decided to change my engine oil to 20w40 and change my sparck plug.i suggest you to change these.the spark plug has a seal that seal engine oil not geeting into priston.my factory spark plug was not straight and not in shape.and also check the engine oil level because in hero service center mechanics pour 900ml of engine oil into oil chamber wherever my bike required 750ml.so excess of engine oil create extra presure that causes engine power down.after all these i have solved my issuies and hero mechanics could not do anything and also they said earlier in new bikes some smoke can happened..its normal.i was stunned after hear that. hero engine oil is third class.it could not go after 1200km.although hero claims their oil can go 3000km..what a joke.

                      I purchased a new hero Maestro edge on 1st January 2016 and on 2nd day I noticed steering pulling in Maestro and I registered a complaint, hero services my scooter but problem is not solved.after that I registered a complaint again and again ( more than 10 complain) but problem is still not solved. Hero changed a one by one part every time but starting pulling problem is not solved. I think there was a manufacturing defect in chassis. I want a replacement. And I already used one Maestro since last 2 year but It's steering operation is so much smoother than the new one.

                          I have cash purchased one bike at 05th june from krishna motors darbhanga & take home after 6 hour hr wastage of time. But when runing around 6th km the the vehicle stop & not starting properly. When complaian around 7 pm in workshop &sales divission in krishna hero no body will take any action.
                          Actualy I have booked the vehicle yesterday but they will given delivery today after 6 hrs under wrong behavior. The vecle is keeping at my home about 1 km away from the srrvice centre & showroom. I have purchased by the name of mohd Abuzafar from krishna motors darbhanga bihar. The vehicle had run only 5 km.

                              I had my vehicle serviced at your authorized service centre "west coat motors", kankanady, mangalore-575002, karnataka about fifteen days ago, but after one week i found that there was an oil leak. When taken back to the service centre they said the oil seal has to be replaced and that checking of oil seal is not covered in the service package. But how can this be ignored when they had changed the oil during the service. I have the bill which states the oil change during service.
                              Again after 5 days of changing the oil seal, the vehicle started making noise while running. On checking i realised that the speedo cable has gone bad and speedo meter has stopped working due to water seeping inside over a period of time. How come the service centres are not checking these things during service. Washing of vehicles can be done at home and i need not get it serviced for that reason. Customers expect a full check of their vehicle for technical issues as this. I am highly disappointed as i have to revisit the centre a 3rd time due to this.

                                Hi There - Unfortunately I bought a maestro edge from a showroom (Melody Motor Corp) near to my home at Irimpanam, Tripunithura, Ernakulam Kochi - 682309. From the day first itself the scooter started showing starting trouble and missing while riding, I have reported the same to the mechanic in the first service at 500 Kms, but it was not resolved. When it become a hurdle for me, I again given the scooter for checkup yesterday on June 1st and instructed the mechanic to clean the carburetor. But today morning the scooter went dead and not at all starting. I have called the mechanic but no action is taken yet to resolve the same. I will wait for one more day and if no action until then, will go ahead with the legal formalities.

                                Hope there will be a justice from the company to rectify the same.

Please aap log kuch kariye meri problem ko service center ke aage badhaiye kyuki service center walo ke bus ki bat nahi hai milage or handle prblem solve kar pana, mai bahut paresan ho gaya hu aapki bike purchase kar ke jab se lia hu rula rahi hai milage or handle k karan bahut jyada problem hai.Please confirm

                                  Rear break condition is very bad. Every moment its get a noisy sound. Within 8000km it also get the noisy sound every time.. Your authorized service point can't solve the problem in fourth free service. And other side the mileage is very unexpected low.. Please see the problem urgently within free service period. The purchased date of bike 12/07/2015.

                                  humari problem per koi action nai lia gaya hai abhi tak kripya kar ke us per action le.Kyuki vehicle 12 july 2015 ko purchase kia gaya hai, aap koi action lijiye, uski handle me problem hai uska milage bhi sahi nahi hai.Service centre se upar koi solution point per hamari problem ko dene ki kripa kare.

Jayadev motors, Indrali Udupi Karnataka 576104 have not responded to my complaint properly. They have always shown negligence regarding my compliant.                                         I have given my Bike for regular services to Om Bikes, Mysore Road, Bangalore. They charged the hefty amount as services. i.e. service charges are more than the spares. For every small services they charged hefty amount. It shows that Regular Service means only washing of vehicle.
