Servicing of the bike not satisfactory. My hero glamour bike brought to karan enterprise servicing centre jamnagar gujarat for routine servicing. Staff dealing was like that they are not getting any payment for their job or we came to them for begging something. And after that servicing was not done as per the list. They denied to do that all check he has to carry as per list given by the company. My servicing work card no is 3976. I have two other bike of tvs and bajaj their servicing and dealing is best in compare to ur. And even washing is not done as per ur company instruction. Please it is requested to take necessary action so that other your customer not come for the same problem. Muffeler cap for washing even not used which is used by the street repair used. Thanks for ur service whatever i got till last 09 month. I am lodging this complain after every time this behaviour.

      I have given my bike to fix the disc break and the sound/vibration in the handle with my hunk bike on saturday. Sunday morning i got a call that the handle need to fixed and it will cost me around 1, 100 and i said go ahead. On monday i got my bike with a new disc break which is not smooth at all and handle as it was before the servicing. Am not able to understand what kind service expertise the millennium motors have. My dad and me almost used all the models of hero bike but it seems its time to switch the company... Really unhappy with the kind of service am getting with the authorized hero servicing centers.

        My name is murlidhar maruti gawade. I have buy hunk bike from mokha hero motocorp, pune-nagar, pune. My bike chasis is broken. As you known there are two pipe below driving seat of chasis. And one of them has broken. And i saw another two bikes near to my area. I saw, they have crack at same place as on bike chasis. Showroom didn't respond to my problem. I think it is mistake done by chasis designing engineers. This i am saying because i am also an engineer. If you will not respond me then i will go to consumer court and complain again hero motocorp company

          I bought maestro edge on 17 jan 2016 and The mileage is not good it is 35 after services 40 but again 35 and the hero service center didn't behaved well with me they missbehaive and and also not serviced my scooty well all the part of my scooty makes sound the used foul words when I complained to us agarwal hero showroom Varanasi

So its already many days passed but my part is not ordered by service center.In accident right side body is damage and they r not providing satisfactory resoltuion service center name is metro motors rithala.                       Engine no. jf 16ecdgb08389. chasis no. mbljf16efdgb08931. date of purchase february 2013. - i had properly made service in authorised dealer of ganesh motores. i had met 2 to 3 times accident due to service not properly done by m/s. ganesh motors, near : green circle, vellore-632 001. i repeatedly compliant made to works manager. due to this i had suffered lot. i had lost my good opinion against hero motor corp.
                      Kindly do the need full (or) send your service engineer.
                      My vehicle at workshop i. e. ganesh motores ltd, vellore-632 001.
                      1) back break should be checkup. (recently cable, break shoes are changed).
                      2) kick starter not worked even after running many kms.
                      3) self-motor should be checkedup.,

                        I have purchased a pleasure sm vribrant-engine no. jf16eeggf05202 (chasis-mbljf16emggf03483) from avik motors (authorised dealer), asansol, w. b. pin-713303 on[protected]vide cheque no-846411 dt.[protected]. but it is sorry to say that the two wheeler is not getting start from that very day. so i have informed the dealer (by phone) on[protected] about the problem and they had confirmed to solve the problem positively by next day. but they did not come in spite of re-contact.
                        Again today[protected] when i telephoned them, they confirmed me that they would solve the problem today without fail at 6.00pm. but nobody has come.
                        Sir, i never expect such type of service from a company like yours. i am totally dissapointed at this type of service. it's a horrible experience. three days have already gone but i could not ride the vehicle.
                        So, it is my earnest request to you to take the vehicle positively by tomorrow and refund rs56730/- and give me relief.

                            I have already raised a issue before after that i got call from sunil motors by dr triapathi a general manager. i met with an accident my scooty was fully damaged i always go to sunil motors only you can check the history always i face such problems but didnt raised the issue as that all was minor. i gave my scooty on 1/07/2016 i have been charged rs 2670/- all the services mentioned in the bill was not at all done, as soon i rcvd the scooty i gave a call to the center but i was told that come on monday as our mechanics are on leave on sunday i wont be charged henceforth will repair your scooty and will give a call. still i sent the guy to the center to show the scooty, some1 from the center checked and said dnt worry wll reapir and wont charge again. that service was done by some other mechanic. now on monday when i sent my scooty they again told... parts needs to be changed and 2500 something is you bill i said no issues money is not a prt but see you please repair my scooty. now in the evening when i got my scooty mechanic irfan also came with the scooty i checked noe again when the bill was raised my scooty was not washed though the mechanic said he washed but was not done he accepted later on, breaks wrere not being repaired most important my handle and front part was damaged for what i forced the mechanic to repair again he didn't he said ma'am send again tomorrow its a matter of 5-10min will repair again, then i refused to make a payment. irfan made me to talk with the supervisor he was soo ill mannnered that he said "agar aap pay, ent nhi bhejwaegi to bura ho jaega aoke liye", secondly he said " hum log utni hi service karte jitni bati hai apne nhi btai to kaice karte' now if i am handing the service to the company service center and for which i dnt have much knowldge plus was a accidental vehicle it is a duty of supervisor to diagnose a problem and rectify it. was disppointed. front office team is sooo rude a girl arti mis behaved wih me. now again i sent my scooty today ie 12/7/2016. general manager insipte of solving problem said mam apko pichla payment to karwa dena chye tha. i made them very clear that i will not make the payment at all and i want my scooty to be repaired. i will be taking this issue to the higher level.

                                      I have purchased Here Ignitor on 27 th Feb 2015.

                                      Last month I got issue with battery, hence, I have gone to Exide company for to resolve issue, But they refused to replace / repair the same.As per Exide they are claiming that battery is out of warranty period.

                                      pls note that in your warranty card it is clearly indicating that battery warranty is 18 months from the date of sale. but still M/s.Exide is claiming that battery is not covered under the warranty.

                                      Kindly help me out to resolve the issue as I am not able to use my bike without battery.

                                        I am highly disappointed with the service that your company has provided me in the last 2 years. i bought "hero maestro" in september 2012 from "v. n motors, indore". since the first service, i am having some or other issue in the vehicle every month and many times it reaches to twice or thrice a month that i have to take my vehicle to the service centre. yesterday only i had given my vehicle at the service centre as it stopped unexpectedly in middle of the road and did everything the service centre suggested. but today again it stopped in the middle of the road and a new issue came that the boot was not opening with the key. vehicle getting stopped or unable to get it start is a problem that i have faced every now and then in these 2.5 years. i have spent around 30-40% of the vehicle cost in servicing and maintenance itself. for your reference i would also like you to know that i have never serviced my vehicle outside the company authorised service center. i bought my vehicle from "vn motors, indore" and the vehicle is always serviced at their service centre only. today when we reached to the vn motors showroom for complaining about the issue, i asked for some water but instead of serving me the water their staff member "mr. govind mishra" showed me the way where water is kept. i can never imagine such a service from this good of a brand. he said we don't serve water. i have always been patient and maintained my trust over your company but this time it has reached over my patience and i had no option but to write to you in person. i hope you understand my problem and take appropriate actions.
