[protected]. i purchase a new bike from t. m. motors bharatpur (raj.) in august 2015. bike model is hero hf deluxe rj 05 su 2851 in self start. its run away only 13960 kilometer. i regularly service in t. m. service center but from last service i told him that the bike's oil checking but he said he is not response for its. and tomorrow i went for next service but i said him about old service. from that side reply is not given for me. so plz help us.

      I have purchased Here Ignitor on 27 th Feb 2015.

      Last month I got issue with battery, hence, I have gone to Exide company for to resolve issue, But they refused to replace / repair the same.As per Exide they are claiming that battery is out of warranty period.

      pls note that in your warranty card it is clearly indicating that battery warranty is 18 months from the date of sale. but still M/s.Exide is claiming that battery is not covered under the warranty.

      Kindly help me out to resolve the issue as I am not able to use my bike without battery.

        Hello sir,
        I am highly disappointed with the service that your company has provided me in the last 2 years. i bought "hero maestro" in september 2012 from "v. n motors, indore". since the first service, i am having some or other issue in the vehicle every month and many times it reaches to twice or thrice a month that i have to take my vehicle to the service centre. yesterday only i had given my vehicle at the service centre as it stopped unexpectedly in middle of the road and did everything the service centre suggested. but today again it stopped in the middle of the road and a new issue came that the boot was not opening with the key. vehicle getting stopped or unable to get it start is a problem that i have faced every now and then in these 2.5 years. i have spent around 30-40% of the vehicle cost in servicing and maintenance itself. for your reference i would also like you to know that i have never serviced my vehicle outside the company authorised service center. i bought my vehicle from "vn motors, indore" and the vehicle is always serviced at their service centre only. today when we reached to the vn motors showroom for complaining about the issue, i asked for some water but instead of serving me the water their staff member "mr. govind mishra" showed me the way where water is kept. i can never imagine such a service from this good of a brand. he said we don't serve water. i have always been patient and maintained my trust over your company but this time it has reached over my patience and i had no option but to write to you in person. i hope you understand my problem and take appropriate actions.

        The vehicle engine off automattically while driving and this problem arises from day when the motor bike is taken from showroom and 10 times i have complain while service but the probem is not solved so i request u to plse solve my problem

            Hi team,
            I have given my vehicle for paid service today at variety motors. Perhaps before service my vehicle used to operate normally and it was functional. However after giving for service, my vehicle became unfunctional and worse. It doesn't even start and no proper checks done. No proper brake adjustment. No road test done
            Also the supervisor and workshop manager was ignorant and recklessly answered the queries. No explanation of the work done.
            To conclude it was a hopeless service and my vehicle died.
            So would like to file a legal suot

                  I have purchase hero passion xpro 28-june-2016 in pune from lakshya hero in swargate. I am feed up with service they are providing and not satisfied with hero service also.                   I suggest to others don't purchaser hero biker. I have purchase it for its name but now not happy with service and quality. Better to purchase honda bikes.

                    Humbing sound from engine of new hero passion x pro bike. many times contacted to showroom from where that was purchased but no positive response received. it was bought in cash down payment, i think that's why no response received from company. highly dissatisfied with hero company performance. these type of ignorance leads to consumers dissatisfaction. now its a request to attend this complaint on priority.

                          I am a proud owner of Karizma ZMR. My bike is 2013 model and being a vehicle enthusiast I have always loved it and taken good care of it. I use my bike for touring mostly while I commute in my car and I have clocked 20218 kms till date today[protected] I went to do my 8th service(paid) in the local Hero showroom THE R.P.MOTORS (No. 110/36, Palakkad Road, Pollachi, Coimbatore, 642001, Tamil Nadu, India. TIN No:[protected], CST No.662616/ 15.03.2000). One of the mechanics came there and inspected the bike and there was no sign of black or even grey smoke it wasn't even visible and he said The head has to be cleaned because it has carbon deposit an it will cost around 1000 INR he kept throttling the bike to the red line past 8.2k rmp where the rev limiter is set and said the bike seems sluggish and the rev is cutting off so the timing chain(cam chain) has to replaced it will cost around 1500INR I explained to him that there is rev limiter and bike wont rev past red line and revved it till 8k rpm and showed him that the bike is revving smoothly and constantly without any kind of lag but he throttled the bike again to the fullest and said the bike is not revving properly and that the timing chain has to be replaced, General service and Oil change 800INR. I told him that there is no black smoke and the bike's throttle is fine and no need to change them, he responded by saying If you dont clean the head and change the timing chain problems in the cam will occur in the next few months

                          I have owned an Apach RTR FI for and I never had to replace timing chain in it or clean the head for carbon deposits at all Isn't the timing chain supposed to last longer? I took the bike out and showed it to my father's friend who has a two wheeler finance shop and his people inspected the bike and said the bike is fine and said that the local showrooms folks just replace stuff before those components actually get old or non usable and hike up the bills and labour charges. I had been leaving my bike in the showroom for the past 3 years and I was confused whether to trust the showroom service people or these people I went to my old mechanic to whom I used to leave my Apache for service I just gave the key to him and asked him to drive it and say if there is any issues he drove it for like 5 mins and returned back I asked him is there any problem he said there is little vibration you have to change your engine oil, I asked him is that all? is there any other problem? he replied no I asked him don't you feel the throttle sluggish? he replied no. I asked him whether I should clean my ride's head he laughed at me and replied no, I asked again and he throttled the bike stared at the silencer and said no sir. Then I explained the whole thing after I said what happened in the showroom he said that this showroom people just change stuff long before those parts become non usable just to sum up the labour charge and that some times they don't actually replace the parts and just say that they did and get money for that. is this how the reputation of a well established brand should be like ? Even if the timing chain is faulty or something won't my year warranty cover it? or is that just name sake? even in the user manual it says Inspect clean Adjust and lubricate for the drive chain. I have lost my trust in hero now.

                              Technician are not able to rectify complaint
                              yesterday i brought my maestro edge from oswal hero service center, where my vehicle is stand since sunday, for self sound after starting it.
                              this is 4th time i took my vehicle at service center in one month after servicing of it, which i provided to them in start of this month .after brought from there, now it's giving a new problem, it's not getting start .Technicians of there is not able to rectify the problem . now my anger is beyond of every level .I will do complaint in consumer court otherwise give me a new maestro edge or give me a one more year warranty for this .i am not happy at all with the service of OSWAL HERO SERVICE CENTER (Two Wheeler) .
                              Please take a action strictly . i want solution by today or till evening

                                    Hi, this is arun from thanjavur, tamilnadu i bought splendor i smart bike on 3rd of march it's amost four month but i do not receive my registration book they provide bike number three months ago it's almost four month am drive my bike without rc book when i reach showroom they not properly answer whenever i try their landline number they never pick up they provide some private number they also not answer properly its make me unsatisfied about hero show up room am very concern about this disrespect from leading company showroom.                                       This is to express my concern about the exorbitant labour charge imposed while my son visited the dealer about some problem arise related to his two wheeler. Regarding cost of parts i have nothing to say but the labour charge imposed is totally arbitrary if you go through details and which is aggrieve me so there must be some explanation for this. Such labour details i vehemently opposed as no one is living in fool of paradise. I am not one to remain silent and continue to speak what is right. I have carefully gone through it and noted the area of my dissatisfaction and also sincerly apologize for the inconvenience caused to you. I am forever look for the better but such incident definately tarnish your company image. So i request you to come out beyound obsession as healthy competition is essential to judge own potential.

                                        Again i went to hero moto corp ltd say to there mechnic bike is not running good condition after i found taffit noise is coming.

                                        But still bike is not ruining good condition, still several issue is occurring like taffit noise is coming also bike is not ruining smoothly, i want to recharge this bike.

                                        How i can survive with this bike if within 20 days several problem will come

                                        No proper step has taken by Company . they called me every time to resolve problem (Rahul Automobiles contact 0651-2547137, , JOB CARD 11761-03-RJC-0616-1492) but every 3- 7 days i went there for our different issue . currently i am getting huge smoke while first time taking starting bike . i want to say that i have purchase new bike not went every time for service department . if new bike gives problem or occurring issue within 15 - 25 days. how i can be trust with this bike hero (Galamour DRS cast techno blue black) 2-3 years . i have loose my trust for current situation which i am facing daily basis .                                         Kindly Note HERO MOTO CORP is not properly supported . Still i am facing smoke issue . every time i am getting new issue. kindly help and resolve this issue.
