This was my third service of i smart at sehore hariom moters. Every time i faced 1 problem after service bike wash was not done saying come for wash 2 or 3 days later when i go 3 days later again the same thing happens. May b possible service center thinking we the customer are always free. Its ok i will do this at home.
I m happy that they are doing service atleast.😀

    I was went 10 times in saideep workshop. But my bike problem is not solved till date.

      I am recently buy hero duet vx (Grace gray) with engine no jf33aaffd24726, and chassis mbljf16esggd21104, on 08/05/2016, i have complaint against this scooty about starting problem and average. Which is company claimed 63.8kmpl and i get 20 kmpl, second day i complainted to showroom for not starting after serveral times they ask for pull chowk and start every time. I face so many problem during driving scooty didnt start at once and average problem is tooo bad for me. I also take 1 st service as the showroom asked to do. But the problem same consist.

      same problem here. not sure when it will start and not. I am afraid to take it for ride. I brought it in FEB. so many times complained to show room. but they are advising to use kick start and ride. very bad.
      I have purchased Hero Duet on 13th April 2016 from Mehrauli road Sector - 14 showroom. After 1st service, there is some issue with its coil because of that its not getting start.
      Now its been more than a week, the Service man has not resolved the problem. Every time when I call them, they said part is not available.
      I purchased hero duet on feb-2016 from vasai showroom.
      During driving time scooty was stuck up in mud and right mirror was broken .
      Requirement of the same has been registered in service center at vasai, now it has been more than one month, but till date they are not provided the right mirror reason saying that mirror is not available in service center.

      I purchased HERO DUET in September, 2016 but within a year the bike is giving starting problem. The showroom is far away. Already twice I went to the showroom for the problem. They are saying come again. This is something ridiculous.

      again. This is something ridiculous.As plenty of times I asked service dept they said accelerator cable has to

      replace and carburetor need to be replaced. (if I asked do the needful, then they said spares are not available with us)

      I purchased Hero Duet from SMC motor Medavakkam on 10th oct 2017 having Chassis no as MBLJFN028HGE08947 and Engine No as JF33ACHGE07984, I saw so many cosmetic issues next day of purchased date.
      1) Starting problem is there
      2) Initially scratches on the Body of the scooter.
      3) They fit Body Guards in the scooter after that if i am rotating my Handle right, the Main Head light was hitting the Rod attached to the body.
      4) Backside light is not yet fit properly to the body.
      5) After fitting the body guards i saw so many Scratches on the body.
      6) The next day of purchase i saw few screws are about to come out of the Holes.If it is a new scooter how cum screws will come out within one day of purchase.
      7) When i complained abot this to SMC motor Medavakkam their office people told me that not to complaint to the company we will shut out everything. Day by Day i am facing one one new issues.I already raised one complaint against the Hero Motor cop but still i did not get any reply.
      I think they have not given me the new peice of scooter they may give me the replaced one to me. so i decided to file one consumer complaint against this.
      8) They have not given warranty for the Battery also.

        Sir/madam, i have purchased a hero passion pro self, drum, alloy variant on 11th may, 2016 from mahindra motors, jodhpur. I don't even got a properly clean bike when i got delivery. I have found some defects in the bike first day that are: 1. The handle of bike is loose fitted and bike is dancing on the speed of 30-50 km/hr. Side view mirrors are loose fitted and they got some scratches on it. The rear brake light isn't working with rear brake panel. Reset button of trip meter isn't working and fuel gauge is also not working properly, some time it shows single line and some time double. I mean 2 lines. I have taken this bike next day to dealer's showroom back for resolving these problems but there mechanic makes me wait for long time and after that he didn't solved any problem. So please provide me proper resolution or provide me a replacement. Vehicle registration no. Ba 5759

          I recently visited your showroom shanti automobile at munger bihar. I purchased a scooter from here. When i purchased it is said that the maestro scooter was of rs. 56 thousand however bill was given only of rs49 thousand assesseries charges and other charges made bill was not given. Even number plate was also charged 280 rs moreover the behaviour of delar and staff is very bad. Even spair parts and other things are also costly. No technical services provider there. You r requested to look into the matter it is good for hero image in munger bihar

            I have purchased hero maestro edge on 06/04/2016 vide invoice no.[protected]sinv-0416-33 from sri venkatesh horo motors, yadgiri (Karnataka), from the day of purchase i requested fro issue of good life card but they dealyed saying we will issue at the time of 1st service. On the day of 1st service my whole day wasted but no card was issued, giving one by one excuse.
            I am a business man if i waste my whole day like this how could i manage i family, for such a simple matter.
            No proper response from the dealer.

                I purchased a hero pleasure from vadodara at m/s century bikes near shastri bridge. It has purchase date[protected]. My vehicle has the starting problem. It takes too much time to get start even after using the choke. Many times i have visited service center of hero but they are not providing me the proper solution and they are saying that it usually takes time. But at the time of purchasing the vehicle they said that it has good vehicle.

                  Completely am not satisfied with hero service and vehicle performance.
                  I have check with my vehicle more than 5 service centers in chennai
                  I am facing lot of problems with my vehicle.
                  Below mentioned complaints are am facing :
                  I wont trust hero authorized service centers its completely useless..
                  1. Engine noise from the date of purchase
                  2. Vehicle blocked & cut offf while driving
                  3. Vehicle heavy vibration if we reach 50 speed
                  4. Engine, clutch case, silencer fully rusted
                  5. Vehicle not smooth while driving 60kms
                  6. Low pick up
                  This is product quality of hero???
                  Am not satisfied with this vehicle and hero moto corp.
                  If am not getting any revert for this complaint
                  I will go by next step of complaint to court

                      I have purchased new bike iSmart from noida and they provide me a very bad helmet. This helmet is too cheap. If you are including helmet cost in customer invoice so why not provide good helmet as per the government law. They just provide me a helmet "Ruf & Tuff" company and helmet is break if i drop helmet from 10 feet.

                      So, please never use all those helmet which you get from the Hero. They are just cheat the peoples only.

                          My name is bivek kumar saw, i have purchased hero hf deluxe on 27/01/2015. I am facing oil leakage problem from engine from starting. I have complained many more time during servicing at dua motors, rourkela, sundargarh-769001 odisha state but technician said to me that the oil is coming from drive chain. They did not checked it properly. Now i visited the service center on 4/5/2016 with the same problem then the technician checked the bike and change the oil seal and gasket l crank and said to me that the problem will not repeat again but after 3 days the problem comes again then i again visit the service center on 10/5/2016 and request ed that you have called your service engineer to check out the problem but they did not call them and said to me that give one more chance to repair the problem. Now i am facing the same problem. So i want kindly provide me your service engineer to check my bike engine properly and find out the defect correctly. Otherwise i requested to you please replace my motorcycle or engine which is possible at your end. I have also complained in your customer care. My request id is[protected]. I am very upset with your response till date.
                          So i request to you take necessary action to solve this problem.

                            Thanks for your support. I have received the call from service center for sharing an issue on this and they have also taking the issue on this complain but still issue is not resolve just because of fault of service.
                            RL Motors has been completed the service on 12th May 2016 and as per previous report handover the bike to me, as I have already explain the previous problem (there is nothing is mention about the sound related issue because I have not lesion any sound of timing chain, chain sprocket or crank ) and I have also received the call from service center for discuss the issue, now the second day when I was going to my office after approx 15 KMS bolt of oil tank was removed from engine oil tank and engine oil tank was empty with in few seconds just because of bolt was not fixing properly at the time of service now bike is stop due to this issue, when I have checked, m seen that oil is not available into engine oil tank. I have running my bike manually to another service center and add the engine oil into oil tank and also call to service center (RL Motors) for the concern. The representative said, no issue sir please come into office we will check and resolve your issue.
                            Now again I was visited to RL Motors and they are asking again the amount for:
                            1. Solve the problem of smoke because of they wants to change valve of carburetor, approx. amount is INR 370/- because of these guys are not process my request on first day
                            2. Now also these guys are required INR 5000/- more for resolve the next issue just because of issue into crank of bike, now issue is appeared after service and due to careless on service and nut was removed just because of mistake of service center.
                            I have made the payment for changing of valve but not agree for the process of payment for crank repair just because of not is my fault on this.
                            Would request to you please, look into this and resolve the issue on urgent basis.

                              I am sorry to say you that i have complained regarding bike servicing in hero service center oswal motors pvt ltd.
                              A-81 gt karnal road, opposite hans cinema, delhi-33
                              Authorized dealer: hero motorsport ltd.

                              Sir, regularly went to above service center for servicing of bike due to near by hero service center but service personal were not responding properly. Last time i went for servicing on[protected]. They did not solved all my issues call me to visit another service day. I also went for the same on sunday but they did not keep his word again call me to on another day then i went on tuesday but they did not solve my problems although i also meet with service in charge but he were also not responding properly. I am working man in pvt sector where i compromise to visit there three time for the same problem.

                              So, sir you are herewith requested to take a strict action against the responsible person.
                              Looking forward to hear a justice for me and like me other people.

                                Hi,
                                As on today in afternoon i have visited into rl motors for service and maintenance of my two wheeler registration no. Rj18sc0839 and discussed with service engineer. He checked the bike condition and provide the estimate amount of inr 3000/- (Approx) for service and repairing of bike. I have done for it and handover my bike to the authorized service center and i have received the return back time of 6:30 and when i visited on correct time, i have seen service of bike is not completed yet, when i discussed with cash counter, the person says, now no one is available for complete the polish and finishing the work and he says now all work is completed and i am allow to someone for final touch...
                                When i checked my vehicle, i found that :
                                1. Still bike is not running properly
                                2. Still bike is providing smoke thorough silence
                                3. Billed for different part and same has been not add into bike
                                4. Cashier is also refused for signature on invoice.

                                Please look into this concern. Hope for your positive response.

                                  Since from four years am doing service of my bike (Hero x pro) in an authorised hero dealer bhanu motors pvt ltd, erragada, hyderabad.

                                  I had seen several times they charges for several purposes without giving invoice. Simply every time they are convincing me that will mail you.

                                  But few days back i did servicing and they charged some extra amount but didn't gave invoice on which i started asking them the valid invoice.

                                  Numerous mail and numerous telephonic communication had with the personnels but no one responding.

                                  I personally happy with hero bikes but always this people harasses us.

                                  I humble requesting you please and please consider my complaint and take necessary steps towards that cheaters.

                                  With respect to this i having complete proof such as payment made by my credit card and several mails.

                                    Hi,

                                    We have given for general service, my hero pleasure at City Works, which is hero authorized service station. I had issues with handle or fork alignment and performance, they repaired the fork, but after few days still I am facing the issue. I approached them again complaining about the issue and i had left arm pain while riding it.

                                    Still issue not resolved. It's really a serious concern. Please take appropriate action on service station.

                                    I approached several times but they are not responsive at all and care less.

                                      Hello team,
                                      We have been trusting hero services and products from ages and with same hope we bought a hero karizma bike in dec 2015. My bike no. (Karishzma zmr white gj03dk/6626) your dealer at gujarat rajkot at

                                      Problem in my bike is that it was failing my disk break in 3 time and all time dealer said it's not a part of warranty with all past good service experiences we had, we went back to service centre with all original documents hoping that would be covered under warranty. But that didn't happen. We were asked to contact different centres and almost after 4 or 5 visits they just turned their back on us and we have to look for alternatives.
                                      This is common things that we have purchasing a bike your service center and also changing part of your service center again and again for paying money still warranty. I have to buy the new one but the service center guys refused to give warranty of the product for even 1 sec so how can i trust genuine products. Tell me then why should we buy your genuine product now it's your responsibility to see this matter and if any one uses different product rather than hero genuine you people avoid warranty then what's these genuine product are for if they can't work for even a second.

                                      You have been a leaders in this industry and gained millions of customers who trust you and are very pleased with your goods and services, but guys may be that reputation is at stake now. You seriously will have to consider these real small things which frustrates us. Signal lites problem, mirror bolts problems etc. For high cc bikes speed of 80 is common and with such speed when you loose your signal lites or mirror position its very dangerous and of course frustrating.

                                      Hope you guys understand what i mean to say. I' would like to get these issues resolved and if you can provide me with durable accessories i'm very much happy to but them at my own cost. This kind of your service dealer will not helpful you to take no.1 rank in india. The service also be harmful to my daily routing work and also my income.

                                        My bike is standing at sehgal automobiles in mathura road, faridabad from 19.04.2016 due to not available of battery charger. It is very shocking that hero motocorp part is not available. Pls take my matter and solve my problem as i have only one bike.
