The service center of quality showroom bengali square indore is not providing a good service.
My bike hero maestro was serviced second time on 2nd fab.2016. After that i faced many problems including low mileage majorly.
When i went for 3rd service on 5th of may then on the mileage issue the service provider says that they could not do for that.
In addition to this they ripped off the next service page saying that my 3rd service date has been over.
Should i file a complaint to consumer forum...?
Please give your reaction to this.

    I have hero passion xpro, i am visted to regarding my bike service 3 times, but sttil there is no time value for customer, they are take 5hr for 1 bike service & service center manager is very bad behavior, also bike servicing is very bad, personally i don't like this service centre (Singla automobiles). I show three time but every time manager behavior is very bad, or no co-oprative.
    When my bike 1st time service done average is 60kmpl then after 2nd service in 6 leters fule i get 189km, 31.5 kmpl. I am very disappointed. And when i came for my 3rd service they person take 5hr for normal service in weekdays (Monday). There is no sttaf for working. Such a very bad experience in this service center (Singla automobiles).
    When i say complain service manager then manager say, you do.. I have no problem.
    Finally i am very disappointed from this service center (Singla automobiles).

      My Glamour vehicle is SKID regularly, when there is a small sand particles on road or Wet road, even if i am driving at a speed of 30-40 KMH.

        I gave my bike Heero pleasure for service too Sri Harsha Motors (Vizag) and paid Rs 1000.

        After doing the service my bike has become worse I m not able to drive it.

        When I complained them they took my bike and they have raised another bill of Rs800.

        After service the vehicle should become good or bad.

        Please help me.

          My name is israr danish & i have purchased a motor bike hero ignitor from chouhan automotives, durg, chattisgarh. I have taken hero goodlife from the chouhan automotives & my goodlife card no is [protected]. Now i have above fourty thousand (40000) points in goodlife card but when i told them to redeem my gifts they are giving me new slab gifts & they are not giving me the old gifts for which i am qualifing. I have requested to redeem my gifts but they are not responding me. Thus its a request to u provide me the gifts for which i am qualifying.

            Hi sir, i am dhananjaya thota from visakhapatnam. I bought xtreme bike.

            One month back i went to servicing of my xtreme bike to siva shankar show room in gajuwaka, visakhapatnam.

            The then complaints were to change chain sprocket s and tappet setting and servicing.

            1. They called me and said the rear brake shoes are also came to end and soon u need to replace... Like that they said... Then i asked them to change it. I paid for the same.


            Before servicing the brakes were working very fine and no sound while applying brake.

            But after servicing and 15 days later... It is poor brakes and heavy sound is coming from rear brake while applying brake.

            Complaint: servicing people charged for new brake shoes but fitted the old shoe pad.

            2. After tappet setting they charged me for top gasket also.

            After every operation new gaskets commonly will be provided.

            But ur people charged for new gasket and provided old gasket only...

            Complaint2: due to old gasket... Enigine oil is getting leaked. I am running my bike since then refilling the engine oil after every 5 days.. I am only refiiling...

            As i can't spare a day to come to ur show room... Even if i come it will take one day leave...

            Note: if you see my bike history.. I roamed around your show room for about six months for engine oil leaking.
            Everytime they are were saying this time oil will not be leaked, but it was leaking.. They are simply escaping from identifing the problem.

            When i told they the exact crack on the engine cover they try to cover it with the m-seal and gave it to me... When i enquired tem they finally agreed and not to whisper anyone like that try said.. Finally after 6 months they changed it...

            3.. This commonly happens to most people who come for servicing... I.E ... They will charge for new engine oil but they fill the old engine, which they for in good contion in some other bikes..

            Complaint 3: charging for new engine oil but they are filling old eninge oil.


            Conclusion:
            1. Charging for new spares and engine oils but fitting old spares and oil.
            2. Confidence on hero corp shoe room is decreasing.
            3. Which in turn reduces ur sales output.
            4. Don't give license to such show rooms which brings bad name to ur company.
            5. Much time is takimg for problem solving finally the problem still exists like that only

            6. Strict action recommended against culprits..

            Sir cable cost 224 said. But charge 224+97extra.
            & seat lock not available from 40 days.
            Till now spare part not received.
            What is servicing sir. We are customers in hero from 6 years.
            But now not satisfied.

                CI have purchased Hero xtreme with engine immobiliser. Now the bike key gives starting problem daily. The engine does not start for many hours. I contacted the nearest service center. They reinstalled the software, but still the starting problem is there. while riding in city, if i even switch off the bikpe, then also it does not start. It is unpredictable and so in many cases I had to push bike long distances. this is disgusting. So, Please help to solve my problem immediately. and I think Hero Moto Corp should replace the locking system with a better version of locking system.

                  Service no done. Given to sun hero today, but when i come to recived it i check it and come to know not washed . How i come to know my boke up32gs 5090 is serviced proper .                       Hi,

                      I left my bike hero karizma bike before 2 months at nagappa motors in perambur for service. But, still it is in service center. Break cam has got some problem while driving one net(Bold) related to break cam has come out. Fortunately, i escaped from that inicdent. Due to that things which are related to break sytem gets failed.

                      I got all the spares except break cam. Due to this single spare my bike is standing nearly more than 50 days. This is the worst experience i ever met in my life.

                      So, i request you to give the spare as soon as possible.

                      Kindly do the needful to get the break cam spare and i have attached few images for your reference.

                        I had purchase hero zmr in 2015 last year and i had drived only 2250 and the vehicle started giving problem. When i went to service center they started looting the customer, by telling the foolish things. Please don't buy the hero and bike's. When try to contact there people no one is responding properly . I had very disappointed with the service and the performance .

                          I have given my bike for servicing which is paid service. I have told them about issues however they have not rectified any issues and not even changed the engine oil but they have charged it for oil. They have take 250 rupees for service and they have not done anything. Totally they have charged 1000. Again I have taken that to another service center and get that done. I have that bill also. Please suggest how to proceed for this.

                            I drove my glamour bike for 8800 kms and from the first service itself I'm complaining about the chain problem, engine problem and some noise in body parts. But they are not working on that. Due to this bike giving mileage less than 40.. I don't know what the that hero company MD is doing. I could not find the VP mail IDs or contact number to reach them other wise I should have screwed them with the worst service awards.

                            Today I received a call from the hero moto Corp person, as I raised some complaint for this.. And he started shouting on me for raising complaint. He used some abusive words also. I recorded everything in call. So one look into this please.

                                  In the first month of my purchase engine got ceased due oil pump problem.

                                  Even after three services still the engine is not good. Getting stopped during running, putting burst sound always and mileage not more than 30 km in city.

                                  All the time the dealer convinces me by saying that the problem has been fixed and due to the words of the dealer I take the bike from service.

                                  But the product is a wrong one. It is a recurring one means it will surely empty my purse and waste my time.

                                  I want to return the bike.

                                  Kindly advice me what to do.

                                    Sir/Madam, I bought Hero Ignitor in november 2014 in Hyderabad from Sairam Motors, Tarnaka, Secunderabad and from april 2015 to september 2015 I have not used my bike because suddenly i had to go out from Hyderabad for my job reasons.Again I came back to hyderabad in septembr 2015 and start using by bike.I have given my bike for servicing in Laxmi Hero at samajiguda Hyderabad .After 3 more servicing there are issues of over raising, Jerking problem, Body vibration, and poor pickup.I told all the problems to the person attended me in service center but till now the issues are coming.Even though I have visited to service center for Minor Servicing twice.Please suggest me what to do?

                                      I replaced wiring of the bike after 1 month there was another fault in cdi due to faulty wiring.. New cdi costs around 9k. I replaced the wiring then the fuel pump had issues they told me to replace the fuel pump which i had already replaced three times earlier.. I was going to attend my university exams and bike broke down in the way. I was unable to attend my exam! Who is responsible for that. People working in hero service they not responding properly. Now they are telling me to put another 15k for cdi wiring. Why should i pay another 15k due their carelessness. I fed up of this bike. Even ive started advicing my friends not to buy a hero bike! I want justice!

                                        Job card no[protected]RJC[protected] I took my hero maestro for full repairing to the service center. i gave on or before[protected] they took 20 days approx they said parts are not available i took delivery on[protected] still i not got all parts still my scooty is giving problem . i dont know why the make bikes but no parts, very worst service they made a bill amount 7500 which i had paid and i m very unsatisfied with this company.
