Dear sir,
I am keshav thawre i got ignitor bike in 23/10/2014 .My bike givin problem about ..Piston ..It gives very low pick up, low mileage about 38-40 kmpl, over rising, vibrations after 40 kmph, very bad firing of engine .I told all these problems in shoroom at pune in subanya motors at least 4 to 5 times and every time when i go to service of bike .....

In the first month of my purchase engine got ceased due oil pump problem.

Even after three services still the engine is not good. Getting stopped during running, putting burst sound always and mileage not more than 30 km in city.

All the time the dealer convinces me by saying that the problem has been fixed and due to the words of the dealer I take the bike from service.

But the product is a wrong...

Sir/Madam, I bought Hero Ignitor in november 2014 in Hyderabad from Sairam Motors, Tarnaka, Secunderabad and from april 2015 to september 2015 I have not used my bike because suddenly i had to go out from Hyderabad for my job reasons.Again I came back to hyderabad in septembr 2015 and start using by bike.I have given my bike for servicing in Laxmi Hero at samajiguda Hyderabad .After 3 more servicing there are issues of over raising, Jerking...

I replaced wiring of the bike after 1 month there was another fault in cdi due to faulty wiring.. New cdi costs around 9k. I replaced the wiring then the fuel pump had issues they told me to replace the fuel pump which i had already replaced three times earlier.. I was going to attend my university exams and bike broke down in the way. I was unable to attend my exam! Who is responsible for that. People working in hero service they not responding...

Job card no[protected]RJC[protected] I took my hero maestro for full repairing to the service center. i gave on or before[protected] they took 20 days approx they said parts are not available i took delivery on[protected] still i not got all parts still my scooty is giving problem . i dont know why the make bikes but no parts, very worst service they made a bill amount 7500 which i had paid and i m very unsatisfied with this company....

I have buying a hero splendor i smart bike last 8 months ago . It's engine smoke level is very highly. Engine noises nd average of bike is not properly. I contact with showroom many times it was not give me properly solution about this issue. My bike is already goes to allready 3 months in maintenance time .please give me a proper solution for this or to give change my bike.
To take immediately action on showroom .and give me change...

Very very hampering and suffering for purchase maestro edge on date of purchase. Do not purchase maestro, i[censored] purchase and get free hampering & suffering. On date of purchase this bike very very problem do not solve showroom several time i visit showroom what not solved the problem. I am mentally hazaar from park is this byck, give action against my complain.

I bought my Hero ' Maestro edge' on 19th December 2015 from Ahmadabad. Its been 4 months and 2 services and Its been 2200 km but still I am not getting the average I am supposed to get When I bought the vehicle the dealer told me that company claims 68 kmpl so you might get at least 55-60 kmpl but even after this much use I am getting hardly 40 kmpl which is very low for me.I asked for check up in last service but they could not resolve the...

actually which parts i want they dont have these parts in service station around one month ago i went to station and registerd my order and tell me back u'll get your product with in a week to ten day.and yesterday i went there aftr one month still they told me like sir we don't have even in indore or all over mp we did'nt get your product really sorry, tell me sir what shud i do?

Tube brust
Hello sir..
I was purchased hero glamour fi bIke on dated 23/10/2015. Reg no. UP44AH2284 from mahabir automobiles 166 lakshmanpur sultanpur.
Now before 3 days my tube got brust in standing mode. I went to agency and meet service manager but they told me this is not our company responsibility, contact to tyre tube company.
Their are not any name print or display on tube.
How i know about company?br...

I have purchased a new bike from Hero Motors and taken it to the service center for the first time on 23/04/2016. Servicing has done for free of cost as they already mentioned in the manual first 6 services for free, but the servicing center cost me Rs 268/- for changing the bike oil. Where as one my friend informed me that for first three services oil cost also borne by them itself.

Please let me know...

I have purchased Hero(Honda) Passion Pro motor cycles (Reg No.CG 10 EH3185) from Satya Servicees, Sarkanda Bilaspur on 21.11.2009 and after that I have been availing Motor cycle Servicing from 2010, but not a single time The motor Cycle has been serviced properly at Satya Services.It is better to say it is not at all serviced. For every complain I had to go the road side mechanic to attend the problem faced at that moment....

I bought a hero duet on 8th April 2016 from a Pune dealer. I was asked but submit all documents one day prior to the delivery date so that they will be able to keep the vehicle "ready". However on the day of delivery we were kept waiting for about hour and a half mentioning the reason of rush. Yesterday we brought hero splendor+ and drove for not even 10 kms, the Engine started to heat like hell..! Can't place the foot on the foot step..!!! Really disappointed and felt really bad..!! You shouldn't disappointed your customer like this...!! Please make the necessary actions and help us to get rid of it..!

It would be great if you replace this bike with new one..!
