I have buying a hero splendor i smart bike last 8 months ago . It's engine smoke level is very highly. Engine noises nd average of bike is not properly. I contact with showroom many times it was not give me properly solution about this issue. My bike is already goes to allready 3 months in maintenance time .please give me a proper solution for this or to give change my bike.
To take immediately action on showroom .and give me change my bike.

Please give me any response such as very early.
First of all smoke was blue on exsaust? is it on start up /warm up quite a bit? after warm up smoke has gone?if this is thats fine..when the bike running smoke was not there? and when engine is cold engine sound is good and when heat sound like kit kit kit...if this is your bike is fine. i have faced this problem earlier. my hero bike had all the issuie. i also complained in hero they changer my cylinder and priston and priston rings. therefore also the problem remains. after all these i decided to change my engine oil to 20w40 and change my sparck plug.i suggest you to change these.the spark plug has a seal that seal engine oil not geeting into priston.my factory spark plug was not straight and not in shape.and also check the engine oil level because in hero service center mechanics pour 900ml of engine oil into oil chamber wherever my bike required 750ml.so excess of engine oil create extra presure that causes engine power down.after all these i have solved my issuies and hero mechanics could not do anything and also they said earlier in new bikes some smoke can happened..its normal.i was stunned after hear that. hero engine oil is third class.it could not go after 1200km.although hero claims their oil can go 3000km..what a joke.

    Very very hampering and suffering for purchase maestro edge on date of purchase. Do not purchase maestro, i[censored] purchase and get free hampering & suffering. On date of purchase this bike very very problem do not solve showroom several time i visit showroom what not solved the problem.       I bought my Hero ' Maestro edge' on 19th December 2015 from Ahmadabad. Its been 4 months and 2 services and Its been 2200 km but still I am not getting the average I am supposed to get When I bought the vehicle the dealer told me that company claims 68 kmpl so you might get at least 55-60 kmpl but even after this much use I am getting hardly 40 kmpl which is very low for me.I asked for check up in last service but they could not resolve the problem. Please correct my problem or else GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK.

          Tube brust
          Hello sir..
          I was purchased hero glamour fi bIke on dated 23/10/2015. Reg no. UP44AH2284 from mahabir automobiles 166 lakshmanpur sultanpur.
          Now before 3 days my tube got brust in standing mode. I went to agency and meet service manager but they told me this is not our company responsibility, contact to tyre tube company.
          Their are not any name print or display on tube.
          How i know about company?
          Is hero Motocorp use local tube in customers bike?
          Who is responsible if someone injured due to accident?

          Please sir solved my problem, i am waiting for your response.

            Hi All,

            I have purchased a new bike from Hero Motors and taken it to the service center for the first time on 23/04/2016. Servicing has done for free of cost as they already mentioned in the manual first 6 services for free, but the servicing center cost me Rs 268/- for changing the bike oil. Where as one my friend informed me that for first three services oil cost also borne by them itself.

            Please let me know it true.

              I have purchased Hero(Honda) Passion Pro motor cycles (Reg No.CG 10 EH3185) from Satya Servicees, Sarkanda Bilaspur on 21.11.2009 and after that I have been availing Motor cycle Servicing from 2010, but not a single time The motor Cycle has been serviced properly at Satya Services.It is better to say it is not at all serviced. For every complain I had to go the road side mechanic to attend the problem faced at that moment. Same are the fates of other motor cycles owners too.
              This time on 21.04.16 I left the Motor cycle at Satya Services center for paid servicing. But in the evening I had to take the motor cycle for daily routine works by depositing Rs.500 out of Rs.550 billed- against servicing and oil replacement.Nest day(22.04.16) I complained that motor cycle is nor serviced and I doubt if at all oil is replaced or not. The workshop in charge told me to come on Sunday (24.04.16) but he was not present on Sunday. Other supervisors told me that they were told servicing has been done only tuning pending. One person tuned it with a motor cycle with a screw driver and insisted for signature. But on checking oil it was found doubtfully dark but service supervisor claimed it is replaced oil. On request he removed the spark plug it was found not cleaned. But on request he refused to show or clean the air filter, clean carburetor, oil filter.
              In this situation I have to go to road side mechanic after spending Rs.292 for oil etc and Rs.275 for servicing. I replaced the Battery from outside only when Satya Services refused to listen to me.
              M/s Satya services is a cheat and thief and is cheating people of Bilaspur for so many years and he is instrumental behind the bad image of Hero Motocorp and increase of other brand of Two Whealers.
              You are requested to take suitable action so that we customer get proper services against our hard earned money. I shall also request you to cancel his dealership immediately.

                I purchased a brand new scooter “maestro edge” from one of authorized dealers ‘ oswal motors pvt ltd. (A-20, gt karnal road new delhi - 10033) of “hero motocorp. Pvt ltd” on 2nd apr’16

                I am facing horrendous experience since i have purchased the product. While driving i experienced that scooter is not performing well. It has some cranky noise in the engine. To my surprise at the speed of even 20-25 it’s not taking the pickup. When i try to accelerate, engine starts making loud noise. I also noticed that the scooter is giving very bad mileage of around 25km per liter. I feel this is something which is not usual is a new piece. This is some manufacturing fault.
                On 20th apr’16, i visited their service centre and informed them the whole issue. Their mechanic took the ride and accepted the fact that pick up is low and engine sound is bit on higher side. He asked me to drive the scooter for 500 kms and then bring for service. Before that nothing can be done about this problem. I am an experienced rider and have driven scooters of other companies as well. I never got this excuse from them.
                Then i visited the dealer on the same day and explained them the same thing. To my utter disappointment they straightway asked me to complain on hero motorcorp website. They surrendered that they cannot do anything as they have sold the product and now it’s between the service center and user. Then i asked him about the surrender procedure for which he replied that there is no such process. He asked me that you have to sell this scooter for which they will deduct rs 13000/- – rs 14000. That’s absolute decisiveness to the consumer once he is trapped by buying the product.
                I anticipate that there is serious fault in the scooter which no one is addressing. Its only bringing bad name to the company. I am not at all satisfied with the product and service.
                I had purchased the product brand new and paid for its full price value, thinking and trusting on the warranties of the company that the product supplied is free of any material and workman defect, it is obligatory on the part of the company / the dealer to recall / withdraw the product sold to me and replace it with another new one — either the same product or similar product of matching value.
                Therefore, i request the hero motocorp. Pvt. Ltd. To immediately take note of my grievance and provide resolution. I hope i could hear in next 48 hrs and am not forced to take further action which would only press panic button for you.
                Please find attached the related documents i received at the time of purchase to relate with it.

                After repeated mails and phone calls, the problem is still resolved. The manager of Oswal motors, Azadpur has now turned rude . It is really ironical that after purchasing the new product I have to chase them again and again . I have asked them to surrender the product with whatever deductions as per the policy. They are not ready to initiate the return process. The person Sunil from the Hero North zone office is looking after the case but no resolution yet.He agrees to whatever I say to him, but never turns up with any solution. I am really frustrated by this attitude . The product is worst and there service is even worst.
                So after this hassle am not left with any choices but to file a police complaint against the dealer and legal case against the company.

                  I purchased a brand new scooter “maestro edge” from one of authorised dealers of “hero motocorp. Pvt ltd” from ghaziabad on 7th march 2016. It started giving problems soon after.
                  Initially its engine used to stop abruptly on slowing down and starting problems. I told this problem to the dealer over phone and he assured to rectify this at the time of first service. But much before first service when the meter reading was just 165kms the scooter broke down permanently while i was driving back from my kids school on 30th march 2016. I had to tow it to the dealer’s workshop. The mechanic found that the spark plug had burnt down and replaced it with a new one and did some fuel adjustment and assured that it would not repeat and the scooter was now fine.
                  But to my utter dismay it started giving problems again a few days after. And finally it stopped abruptly and did not start. I called the mechanic from the deale’rs workshop to my place. He found that the spark plug again had burnt down, again changed the spark plug and charged me rs.60/- for it and did not give me.
                  I also noticed that during this one month the scooter was giving very bad mileage around 25km per litre. When finally it again broke down fourth time, i called up the dealer manager and asked him strongly to get it checked properly and fix the defect permanently. Their mechanic took the scooter to their workshop. I followed him after some time.
                  My worst apprehension had come true when i found in the workshop that the mechanic had bare opened the engine of the scooter as he had found out the defect evidently inside it. When i asked what the problem was? He said that the piston was not working properly and had to change it.
                  Now it has become evident that there is some material and workmanship defect in the product. Since i had purchased the product brand new and paid for its full price value, thinking and trusting on the warranties of the company that the product supplied is free of any material and workman defect, it is obligatory on the part of the company / the dealer to recall / withdraw the product sold to me and replace it with another new one -- either the same product or similar product of matching value.
                  Therefore, i request the hero motocorp. Pvt. Ltd. To immediately take notice of my grievance and provide me with another new scooter of same value in replacement of it as warrantied by them.
                  *i shall be very grateful to them if this issue is taken up expeditiously.
                  **pl find attached the related documents and a few relevant photographs showing the engine being repaired by the mechanic of the authorised workshop.
                  *** i have not picked up the scooter from the workshop so it is still with them.

                  Thanks for the above information.. I withdrew my idea of buying 10 maestro edge scooters for company purpose. Will go with honda activas.

                  Soon company will go down like kinetic and Lml. The early success of the company was the engine and technology fron honda collaboration.

                  Already 220cc, 150cc, 135cc segment sinked for hero. hero duet was a disaster

                  Their new modal design sucks..

                  only relying on splendor plus and glamour non FI

                  tough time ahead.. i wish they sink down soon and honda will raise

                    I bought a hero duet on 8th April 2016 from a Pune dealer. I was asked but submit all documents one day prior to the delivery date so that they will be able to keep the vehicle "ready". However on the day of delivery we were kept waiting for about hour and a half mentioning the reason of rush. We were not offered even a glass of water or a place to sit.Finally when we got the vehicle in hand...few accessories were missing due to lack of stock. We were asked to get them after 2 days.
                    Two days later we got a call that our documents were misplaced due to which the same were not submitted to the authorities for insurance and registration purpose. In case if the documents are misused I am definitely going to Sue the delear. Now it's been over a week that I am still following up with the dealer for the accessories and documents. Upon calling the office I am told that they will call back after some time and they never call. I was told that the accessories will be attached only prior to 7 pm I asked for a pick up of vehicle which was rejected.

                    I am loosing my patience and might think of taking up strict actions if I am not provided proper services. I think I made a wrong decision by going for a hero make vehicle who employ such dealers who do not care about their customers and who do not even handle the documentation process properly. Give me a good reason Why shall I not Sue the dealer or hero please explain

                      Hi..I bought my bike on 27 aug 2015, since then this bike have lots of issues consistently, i have spent much more on my bikes wear and tear which dont know how problems can occur simultaneously like this.

                      Im totally dissatisfied as im complaining about the bike mileage from the begining which is around 45-50 even driven at a speed of 50-60

                      Secondly almost most of the parts have got changed by now, though it be the air filter, the timer chain, relay compstart, roller comp, roller came chain tensioner, chain cam, arm comp cam chain tensioner, push rod comp tensioner, head tens push rod, spring tensioner, stator comp, . Etc

                      Even after replacing so many parts nor my bikes mileage have changed nor my major issue that is it doesn't do proper combustion, bike halts when drove at constant speed or increase the speed which is not yet resolved even after 3 consistent services

                      I hope i get replacement of my bike or hero should give me engine replacement

                              Dear pashupati motor person

                              I have purchased hero duet registration number dl3s df9556 in the name of pallavi kumari (Wife) from pashupati motors on 06.03.2016 and till yesterday (10.04.2016) it runs approx 290 kms only.

                              I am facing petrol leakage problem (Overflow) since 09.04.2016 evening and i visited on 10.04.16 at pashupati motors service centre for check up at 1600 hrs and requested to check my scooty and service centre person told me that you have to come by line and i requested mr. Arun (Supervisor) and he also refused to check and talked very rudely.

                              Even many request, job card has made for my scooty at 16.30 and expected time given by 1800 hrs but my scooty taken at 18.15 for check and took more than 1hrs but not done properly. (Total time taken approx 3 hrs)


                              I am totally fed up with this kind of behaviors of staff and supervisor.

                              Even i am unable to understand why my new scooty is having this kind of problem?? This is wastage of petrol and risky for life also.

                              Still my scooty having same problem and in this case how should i go to service centre because they are unable to resolve my problem and even behaviors are so rude.


                              Kindly guide your staff, how to talk with customers.


                              Kindly go through my problem and let us know what to do????

                                महोदय,
                                मैने 15 अप्रैल 2015 को ई स्मार्ट बाइक खरीदी थी । 1 साल बाद भी उसकी माइलेज की समस्या हल नही हुई । सर्विस सेंटर में 70 रूपये लेकर 100 ml पेट्रोल अलग बोतल में डालकर एवरेज चेक किया । एवरेज 70 का आया । लेकिन जब पेट्रोल टंकी में पेट्रोल पड़ा होता हैं । तब एवरेज 50-55 का आता हैं। इस दौरान मैने एक समस्या ये देखी की 1 महीने के लिए मैने बाइक नही चलाई, उस दौरान उसमे जो पेट्रोल पड़ा था तो उससे माइलेज 40 के करीब निकला । मुझे शक हैं की पेट्रोल टंकी से फ्यूल लीकेज की समस्या तो नही । इस तरह कि कोई समस्या तो इस प्रकार की बाइक में नही आती हैं अगर आती हैं तो कृपया सर्विस सेंटर को निर्देश देकर बाइक का माइलेज ठीक किया जाय अन्यथा बाइक का रिप्लेसमेंट दे। मैने ये बाइक अपनी पल्सर बेच कर ली । अगर 45-50 का एवरेज चाहिए था मुझे तो मेरी पल्सर बेस्ट थी ।आप कृपया तुरंत इसमें कोई निर्णय लें । साल भर से इस बाइक से काफी परेशान हूँ । मेरी बाइक का नंबर UP 32 GE 1765 हैं । मैने ये बाइक ब्राइट टू व्हीलेर्स डलिंगंज लखनऊ से खरीदी हैं । आप से अंतिम विनम्र निवेदन हैं की मेरे इस सन्देश का जवाब आज भेज दिया जाएँ । और कृपया कुछ ऐसा उपचार करिये इस बाइक के साथ की ई स्मार्ट बाइक 102 की एवरेज की जगह 65 का ही एवरेज दे दे । अन्यथा बजाज पल्सर से में 45-48 का एवरेज निकाल रहा था । कृपया मैने जिस कारण के लिए ये बाइक लिया हैं उस कारण को आप सार्थक सिद्ध करिये अर्थात माइलेज ठीक करवा दीजिए या बाइक बदलवा दीजिए । अभी बाइक वारंटी पीरियड में हैं ।

                                  I am writting this with all the hope lose and mainly last thought of yours, i purchased a hero karizma in oct 2015 from then to till know i am facing starting problem with self many and many times i complained to service people but till know no one is responding once when i ask them seriously they said some coil problem but i dont know wat to do.Till know my vehicle got serviced for 4 times every time facing with a new problem and the especially service people i was end up with thier irregular answers.kindly take some action or give me a solution...requesting...

                                    मैने 14/06/2016 को सोमनाथ ओटोमोबाइल घोरमारा से सुपर स्पलेंडर बाइक खरीदी । जो सब समय शुरू 100 किमी चलने के बाद starting मे धुंआ छोड़ता है । complain करने पर शो रुम मे बोलता है धुंआ अपने बंद हो जाएगा। मेरा बाइक का इंजन नम्बर JA05ECG9D42150 फ्रेम नम्बर MBLJA05EMG9041540 है।

                                      i have purchased hero splendor+ from sehgal automobiles faridabad in month of february. two months gone they have not given original papers for that vehicle(R.C.).
                                      i have purchased on cash payment and there is no payment pending from my side but after requesting many times during two months period still they are not answering satisfactory.

                                        I have given my pleasure for fork changing in C.P Reddy automobiles, opp syamala theatre branch on[protected], they have given delivery commitment on[protected] but still i don't get phone call from service station, they don't give any feed back.Today[protected] i went to service station to know about my pleasure status, then supervisor told me part will come today we will give delivery on[protected].So CP.Reddy technicians want 4 days need to replace fork assy.
