I have given my pleasure for fork changing in C.P Reddy automobiles, opp syamala theatre branch on[protected], they have given delivery commitment on[protected] but still i don't get phone call from service station, they don't give any feed back.Today[protected] i went to service station to know about my pleasure status, then supervisor told me part will come today we will give delivery on[protected].So CP.Reddy technicians want 4 days need to replace fork assy.

While purchasing a Hero I Smart motor cycle from Sunny Motors, Chandi Chhack,
Cuttack I testdrived & the following defects were observed.
1)A peculiar sound is coming The Manager while applying clause.
2)Abstruction takes place while changing the gear from 2nd to 3rd.
3)Pick up is very poor.
4)Back push occurs while riding.
5)A peculiar sound produces while runs at 60 K.M.speed.It is felt that a next gear requires beyond 4th gear.
6)It does not run smoothly.
I put forth above defects before the Manager-in-charge of maintenance, Servicing & Workshop of Sunny Motors.The Manager gave me assurance that all the above
defects will be rectified at the time of 1st servicing.The 1st servicing was done at 750 K.M.But no defects were rectified.The motor cycle was washed, changed
the engine oil only.No other operation was done as mentioned on the reverse side of 1st servicing card.He obtained the customer signature before the servicing.After 1st servicing the mileage is not satisfactory.I purchased the Hero I Smart as per the attractive performance of the advertisement of Hero Company & assurance of the Manager of Sunny Motors.But it is baseless
assurance.
Now I am waiting for the advertisement norms of the Company. The defects may kindly be rectified within a fortnight, otherwise I will take the shelter of Consumer Forum.I feel very sorry for the misbehavior of the Work shop of the workshop staff of Sunny Motors except Manager.I am waiting for Company"s
perfect rectifications.

my hero mastero scooty is accident since 3 month so i have very problem for shift duty working since 3 month i asking for spare parts but dealer not give any answer

I got a call from a lady telling her name shilpi prasad the hr of hero moto corp gurgaon. I got the joining letter as well as training letter. She was asking for some amount to be deposited in the their bank account number what she sent on my mobile number in message. Then she was asking for bond amount to be deposited in their account which was a very huge amount.
Guys please stay away from these types of frauds.
The numbers i got the call from are[protected] and[protected].
Please stay away from these types of frauds and dont waste your parents hard earned money.

I would like to express my disappointment from your satisfactory level of service. I have expected much more on a prestigious and reputed company of your. Unfortunately, l can't help but submit this letter of complaint hoping your a fast and adequate resolution

As told by the promise of 5year warranty on hero maestro vechile(Model: maestro;eng#:jf32aaegd27313;vin:mbljf32abegd27585;d.O.S:11/06/2014dlr name:volker motors ;vehicle reg no:kl:13:ac 3260) brought 2 year back on 24/03/2016.The vehicle was stucked with a problem of pinnion assy starter and was given as per the service date to the showroom(Arjun associates, kannur, kerala) ;repaired with a payment of 1635( invoice no:7327, job no:[protected] which is illegal as warranty period are concerned. So the message is forwarded to refund my money.I hope you agree with me that this is acceptable under any circumstances. I trust that you will deal with this issue in a top urgent fashion. Also trust that you will take the necessary precautions as to refund my amount or l should move legally to court

Hello
I have service my hero cbz extreme OR14U 3681 on 23 March.
After that I came to know that there is engine oil leakage
When I go to service center they said
One person said you have to again service it another person said it require 100 rupees
I said that I have service here some days before that and have find problem they said came after 2 or 3 days after .
This type of thing happen in service in JAJPUR service center odisha (SOUMIK AUTOMOBILES )
At the time of service also I resistered online but then said online facilities are not applied for paid service
Shocked this type of irresponsible thing should be take care by hero.
I have service several places before but here in SOUMIK AUTOMOBILES in JAJAPUR ODISHA very poor rules n regulations.
Kindly help me out.

See it and give me suggestion soo what will have I do now .

My shelf rajesh gondaliya (Mob no. [protected])
I am from ahmadabad

I have purchase splendor i smart (Chassis no. Mblha12acfhe13033) (Engine no. Ha12emfhe13180) in june 2015.
Since i purchase, bike is giving mileage of 50 km/liter constantly. Company is claiming 102 km/liter.

Even after 5000 kilometer it is not increased.
Servicing also performed regularly at shradha motors (Ambavadi, ahmadabad) dealer code 10950.
Till now three services completed, for 4th service i will go to the same place on 04/02/16.

I have bought hero pleasure on 25-oct-2015 with no. DL 9S BD 6567 from Shingla motors, Jeevan Park. I would like to draw your attention towards my problem that I got a helmet that does fits me while driving as it is very risky. The helmet is so lose that I cannot look forward. The dealer told me that hero do not provide helmets for girls or they are not ISI approved so I want an answer from hero if you are making scooties for girls then you should provide helmets that fits to girls as they differ in size from males. So it's a dealers fault or company. If no action is being taken I will proceed to consumers court for further enquiry.

I've purchased Glamour vehicle in 2014, from then on I'm getting regularly serviced from APEX motors in Balapur, Hyderabad, Telangana. 500058.

Even I've been giving the vehicle for paid services in the same show room after completing all the free services. From the paid services on wards there is a significant drop in mileage.

I request you to consider the issue and direct me for necessary action

This is to bring to your kind notice that, with lot of expectations we purchased duet from prakash motors - bangalore, in first service problems are not effectively rectified in spite of telling & repeating the same, following problems are still remains unsolved.

1 engine will cut off when we reduce the accelerator
2 there is some problem in electric start which doesn't attended.
3 mileage issue is not solved after ist service still getting only 40 pl
4 rear suspension is not so effective

Hope you are look in to this problem & find some solution on this at the earliest.

Dear Sir this is raju from hyderabad my mobile number [protected] i perchase hero splendor plus vehcle in malakpet shoe room and getting problem when i take from the date first frount drum problem and 2nd enggine oil leacking problem and 3rd silencer fireing problem and 4th frount shok abser proble and 5th handle lock problem created show room and 6th problem battery changed i escalated all compaints true facebook hero corp and showroom but they are not resolveing my problem yesterday i inform to my HDFC bank also i requested to hero corp to please resove my problem or get cash back this vehcle is very poor iafter i take this vehcle lot of medical probems in my body i show to proof in show room this is not my battery because i seal open my true my hands sticker is one serial number and batter is one serial number and i get problem prasent this vehcle milege and fire problem still now 100 rupees petrol what is the milege you now its shame for hero 46km per 100 rupees petrol and i get this after last serviceing so please i requested resolve my this problem as on as possible and its first inpresion is bad for me with hero corp

before its milege is perfect but how to down after service ing sadon 65kmpl to 100rupees petrol 46km its not a jock one of she is called me after one month serviceing i told that she she give one of responsible person i contacted that person but my problem is not resolved and its to much firing problem after 2nd service i mentioned after 2nd service to clear i get firing problem in my vehcle

Hi this is jayanth i brought my glamoor bike last oct from the day of my prchase my bike is not getting mileage not more than 42 or 44 i have been complaninng to the showroom where i have been purchased they are not showing any response to my complaints and not even doing serviceing propely the show is banushowroom near y-junction kukatpally i hope u will slove my problem fastly

Very poor behaviour shown by him from this esteem executive level.

I have ordered for spare parts on 1st march 2016, but still now i am not getting any feedback, i have got the poorest of the the services that can be provided, i had purchased the bike on 20th January 2016 and the engine is already full of noises, this is the worst experience I am having, I have already done my second service, but still the problem persists, please help me with this problem as I am not being entertained at the service centre and the parts have warranty for 5 years but i am being asked to pay for the parts.

This is to inform you that, I had purchased the bike HF DELUX on 20th July 2016 from Balaji Motor, Thakurpukur, Joka, I have done 1st service on 25.09.2016 at Balaji Motors Joka Industrial Palza, PS.- Thakurpukur, PO. -Joka, Kolkata-700104. I have got the poorest of the the services form your service Center and all the staff also not helpful. The Service Supervisor not done work properly . I am inform to him for Bike handle is not ok, need to adjust, and this is the worst experience i am not getting any feedback against Handle, after the complete of service not job done for the same problem, and still the problem persists. I am asking to him for this problem, and he asking money for that job, I am sorry to say nobody help for this matter. Requesting you to please check my bike handle because it is manufacturing defect and need to change. Break showl-01-rs 110
Cluctch cable- rs 79
Acc cable rs 71
Servicing rs 286
Labour chargesrs 180 ( rs 60/- each against 3 new parts fitting)
Since we are paying service charges, labour charges against fitting of new parts appears to be illegal....

I purchase hero xtreme from j s four wheel alwar, I live at bansur, so I take my bike service from hero motocorp agencie bansur, I take three free service from this agencie, but when u go for next(forth) service, they told me that time is expire for your free service, you can availe your service with full payment, then I told the dealer that my bike run only 9000 km, but he refuse to me, and say we can, t do nothing for it, so I want to resolve this issue soon,
