I am Vikash Kumar poddar from Bhagalpur Bihar. I have purchage a Bike Glamour Xtec (Mihir Trades Bhagalpur) by interesting review. i found the problem during fitting 2nd horn outside of showroom. After fitting horn i going to hero service center . After Checking by service center machenic its not company fault. he said that problem created by from side. this is pathetic behabour by machenic manager (Mihir Trades.
Do the needful as soon as possible

    Very unprofessional behaviour from hero staff, they just make a fake promises and ghosted me just after i paid entire amount they asked for.
    Never buy a premium motorcycle from virar hero motocorp.

    Still trying to chase them but no response from sales staff.

        I have bought hero xpulse 200R just 5months and facing fuel.pump issue from one month.At present i was stuck in middle of highway .Eventough i am maintaining above 2 litres of petrol in my tank as suggested by dealer facing this trouble.Now i am almost full tank capacity.The service people also had 2nd service for this bike and not yet resolved and simply gave return .The very next while questioned related to this problem they were not in position to answer at all and simply blamed unavailability of new fuel pump.Even tough main dealer from panjagutta responded they wanted my bike to be presence now iam stuck in between of journey.I am dissatisfied with the bike performance and service with hero staff.

            I buy bike in dec end from Arc Motors Pvt Ltd - Hero MotoCorp which is located in s-9 okhla phase -2 new delhi 110020 my sales executive name is Md Imran [protected] My bike registration date is 3rd January. Executive say me your number plate of bike comes in 2 week or rc will be come in month. I call him in 3 week later he say me i see the matter & then i call you same thing he repeated me always but no call come back i complaint at showroom no response come i complaint everywhere customer executives to all no response visit showroom they saying wait but no response.
            Traffic police officer stops me daily & say that no plate comes in 15 days temporary number expire in 15 days now what i do ?

                    I had taken out the bike from South Delhi Deoli Pashupati Motor, it got leaked after two-three days with great difficulty, they fixed it and when they went to service them at the service station, the behavior of those working there was so wrong. It happens that the mind does not do the work of getting it done with great difficultyAfter that his meter wire break broke after getting the meter wire inserted after paying money, it didn't work for a day then it broke after fighting with them with great difficulty and got it inserted, so please pay attention to this customer is also giving money and He is also wasting his time and is also fighting with him, please on thisPlease pay attention

                      Hello Hero MotoCorp,
                      Myself Arpit Mishra, Own's Hero Passion pro bs-6 purchased on 09th March 2021, I had purchased this bike for My daily commute, Ride approx. 20-30km per day.

                      On 09 March 2022 Wednesday, exactly after an year i bought this bike. in afternoon, I was on My way to Sultanpur to Musafirkhana & suddenly near Aliganj My bike stopped. I tried to make it Self start / Kick start, But was not able to start it. i stopped there for few minutes and after sometime bike started, but after few kms it again stopped, again I stopped there for few more minutes, after few minutes bike again started and I reached to Musafirkhana since nearest hero service center Tandon auto sales, was in Musafirkhana. So I took it to them, since I have purchased this bike from sagar automobiles, Jagdishpur, because of that they dont even touched the bike also they were very unprofessional that they do not know how to talk to the customer, their work manager Ranjeet Dubey, said to me

                      "Bike jahan se kharidi hai wahi leke jaao ise, hamne theka nahi lia hai ise sahi karne ka... aur hum is bike ko chuege bhi nahi, jo karna ho kar lo."

                      First of all, is it the manner how to talk to customers. someone who has invested his/her tear-blood in earning approx. 85000 Rs and buying this bike which is now a piece of scrap. and they were talking like that.
                      I don't know what is the issue with bike. bike is not starting, and they are making excuses that they don't have laptop or the laptop is not updated and so many like that.

                      I know that this part comes under waranty.

                      Now what they did is, they added a request on the hero portal from their behalf that work is under progress. first of all who gave them authority to register a complain. i dont know if my bike is with me then how can they register a request showing that bike is in service center and work is under progress.
                      i tried calling to Hero's customer care number [protected], they told me that there is already a request with the ownername is registered
                      and i got a message from hero motocorp
                      "Dear Customer your request id is[protected]. Concerned Person would be in touch with you in 48 Hrs. We assure you of our best services."

                      its been 72 hours already where is your representative.

                      so the conclusion, i need my bike to be okay asap.

                        I bought a Hero Xpulse 200 4V last month, After the first services my bike was having a heating issue so i have again contacted the showroom they took 4 days to check and resolve the issue, After service done again i am facing a heating issue and oil leakage, So i have done 3rd visit again they taken another 4 days, After delivey again same issue

                        Overall data of purchace: One month
                        Bike in service center: 15 days

                        Vehicle VIN: MBLLDL066MGM0188

                        Still bike in service centre
                        Also raised a complaint with hero they are taking few days time and again same issue, Also dropped mail to Hero Official still no response,

                            But by looking the staffs behaviour specially the manager and his son..other customers were also complaining that the service is bot good...so i went from there...but i request you to look after this...otherwise you will loose huge amount of customers..from...birmitrapur area..

                                  One year old Hero Optima HX... 5 days before the Rear view mirror was
                                  supporting rod plate broken while driving on the road.. automatically ...and I broght the same to your service center ( Aaro Motors, Nagercoil ) They are not respond well .. and they charged Rs.200 ? for repair and Welding. for the same..
                                  Sir I want to know that One year old vehicle. ... Its not my fault ..its purely due to bad materiel quality of the plate...but why I am paying the for the service cost? If it's my fault I am ready to pay if its Rs.2000/ or more...but what for the above said manufacturing material quality issues?

                                  So you please consider the same complaint as for your future quality improvement, better customer care relationship and for your marketing climbs...other vice today me tomorrow many and going bad for your survival...in market.. I am not photo or videographed it...If it follows I do Phot and Videograph of the same and Post it in Socialmedia without hesitation..

                                        Hello Hero service head India,

                                        I have come here to get my bike issue resolved. which is not happening from the service center i would like to reach higher official (India Head) from hero who could take my bike issue seriously and resolve it i will be thankful to you because i am not getting pleasure to ride xpulse 200 due to this

                                        I am Dilipkumar Nomula from Hyderabad bought my bike (Sri Lakshmi Motors somajiguda)i have bought xpulse on 02 Dec 2019 from that time i am facing issues with my bike engine performance issue now it got bigger and i am not getting interested to ride my bike at all

                                        i have informed Sri Lakshmi hero service center somajiguda where i bought eh bike at the service time but i don't know whether they have took my bike problem seriously it was same performance issue even after the service done i used to complaint this way every time of the service time but the problem did not resolve after many time complaint to service manager they done something related to engine (may be Bore Cylinder Kit replacement) but the problem slightly looks better at the starting but going forward the problem did not resolved i have complaint again after that they did not resolve the issue and after that i have gone to other service center (Phoenix Hero Service Centre hitech city) mechanic checked and told to replace the Clutch plates but it didn't work.

                                        I am currently in a state where the hero service center team is not at all able to find the problem and I do not understand whom to reach or should I sell my bike at a very cheap price. Which is not at all serving my purpose to ride the bike even in city which we cannot go beyond 50 KM due to traffic and other thing i am not getting confidence on the bike to go longer than 50KM i don't know where the bike will stop and get me into the trouble

                                        Problem:
                                        when i ride for at least 20 KM performance of the bike is getting degraded after engine gets heated (i know engine will generate the heat and gets cooled) after heating if i am near a speed breaker speed at 10 to 15 KM i cannot use the 2nd gear (at that time my bike makes different engine sound like knocking i can explain it better when i get a chance to meet someone from hero team)to cross the speed breaker i should go to 1st gear due to bike is not able to get out from there even same case when trying to get on to very slightly uphill bike makes different sound i should go to 1st gear even if we are in any gear

                                        I have good TRUST on Hero moto corp they are making good 2 Wheeler but sometimes it might happen some bike have issues but finding the problem in my bike made me irritate from hero service center

                                        I have used passion pro before this bike that bike passion pro 97CC (ride nearly 1 Lakh KM) and Xpulse 200CC even though passion pro is performing much much better than Xpulse 200
                                        The purpose & need of purchasing bike is not solved.I put bike for service. More time is spent putting the bike in the service center. I feel very hard. I need justice.

                                        I am waiting for your response and i would like to have a call with higher official from hero corporate office who take the service center all over india

                                        i will be available at anytime to get my bike issue resolved under warranty

                                        My issue didnt resolve it is becoming worsen going forward.
                                        hero service centres think that i am complaining without an issue. i have given my bike to other xpluse bs4 owners (my bike is also bs4) told its look like an issue but hero is not willing to resolve it permanently
                                        what to do now???? any one can help here
