For the last 5 or more services, Bimal Motors, Byatarayanapura, Bengaluru has been charging me 70/- for wax polishing without my permission. Today when I asked them, they said that they do it as per policy. What policy? I want a refund for all the excess charges. I have no interest in getting my vehicle waxed.

They also said that they do it to all vehicles! So have they been scamming everyone?...

I have purchased hero passion pro Due to COVID 19 my bike service schedule changed.
Now today my last service is pending and there is a manager at hero saying this would be treated as paid service instead of free 5th service.
This is not acceptable to me and I request you to consider same as free service.

I have given my Bike BR01BJ1512 on dt 27th Jan 22 at Service Center S P Verma Road, Patna, Receiver of Bike has Given Estimate Approx 7000 with Annual Service Pack 2 and Told You may Receive Some discount on this amt also.

When I have visited at Service center then he has given bill of total Amt 7558+666=8224.

I have explain my earlier discussion about estimate rate to manage but he has not...

Bike engein m awaaz aarhi h aur koi complain nhi le rha hai. Bola ja rha ki engein m koi kami hogi toh charge lagega but abhi toh bike ko one year bhi complete nhi huaa firr warranty kaha gayi...? I am not setisfied with it
