      Had booked a service at Kozhikode Coyenco Hero on 05/02/2022 but today I received a message saying that the service booking has been canceled. When I called, I received a confirmation message from Coenco saying that I had not booked and I would send it via WhatsApp. Employees' game is in the Hero app that works perfectly

          I was gone in vasad hero showroom. I gone there on 4th feb 2021 i have Destini 125 . I gone there for my regular service but i'm not satisfied with them service they did not do there work properly. I'm safring with many problems after service like scrwe are not proper fix and also oil leackage not proper wash .

              Hi,
              I have xpulse200 2019 model, when Iam in need of spare parts showroom is taking more than 2months but still they are not providing the spare parts. Iam in search of clutch cable and indicators. The basic things are not available in the showroom.

                  Recently we are serviced my hero glamour vehicle and bill is around 18000/- at that time i'll explain to executive check all parts and repair each and every part and service advisor checked all changed all parts
                  rich not with in a short period approx. 15 days gear box is complaint raised and no one is responded

                        I have bought Hero Glamour 125CC bike at Hero Showroom Godavarikhani one year ago.The bike has a problem of engine leakage since beginning.I've complaining about this issue since the first servicing.They have not fixed this problem till now.Due to this the oil in the engine got Dried totally and now there is a noise comming from the engine and also engine is not producing the power as it used to do before.

                          For the last 5 or more services, Bimal Motors, Byatarayanapura, Bengaluru has been charging me 70/- for wax polishing without my permission. Today when I asked them, they said that they do it as per policy. What policy? I want a refund for all the excess charges. I have no interest in getting my vehicle waxed.

                          They also said that they do it to all vehicles! So have they been scamming everyone?

                            Now today my last service is pending and there is a manager at hero saying this would be treated as paid service instead of free 5th service.

                              I have purchased a product on Oct 6, 2021. the MRP of that product was 1500 rupees. But when I bought this from Hero Service Center (S M AUTOMOBILE, HALDIA), they gave me an invoice with the price of that product was 1591 rupees. I told them that this is not the right invoice because the purchased price cannot be higher than the MRP (Maximum Retail Price). Then they told me " this is system generated invoice, so we are helpless ". I need that product urgently so I had no option, I bought that product. So I request you to look into the matter and take the proper step to save us from this type of fraudulent activity. Also, suggest, how can I raise the compensation for the loss I have suffered due to the inefficiency of your services. Thank you!

                                My name is Lijo Varghese. I have been using the Hero Passion Pro bike for about 7 years. Bike Reg. No KL-07-CB-3114. My Contact No [protected]
                                Last January 11th 2022, my bike was hit by an auto and the bike overturned and the petrol tank dent and the paint went off. The next day after the accident, he was taken to the Hero Focus showroom in Kadavanthara, Ernakulam and decided to make an insurance claim. He told me to change the petrol and told me to call when the tank arrives. But so far no call has been received from the showroom. When I called to inquire about the petrol tank, the answer was that the tank did not come.
                                I request that the petrol tank be replaced as soon as possible.

By 14 January .they we're assured that the scooter will be handed over on or before 21 January. but until today they haven't given the scooter, every time simply changes date and irresponsible reply they were giving.in between, they called and ask to give more money in advance.please verify your agent credibility .its very disappointing

                                    When I have visited at Service center then he has given bill of total Amt 7558+666=8224.

                                    I have explain my earlier discussion about estimate rate to manage but he has not agreed and told me it is my mistake to listen.

                                    Request to you plz chek why wrong update given by Service Center and whyn't manager verified with his Staff.

                                      Bike engein m awaaz aarhi h aur koi complain nhi le rha hai. Bola ja rha ki engein m koi kami hogi toh charge lagega but abhi toh bike ko one year bhi complete nhi huaa firr warranty kaha gayi...? I am not setisfied with it
