I had bought a hero glamour S-tech bs6 bike from Ganapati dealer, which amount around Rs.85000 and had taken a downpayment of Rs.20000 and remaining finance but now it came in my knowledge that the whole amount of Rs.85000 has been finance.Kindly look after this matter Asap.

    Hello Sir,
    I bought bike from Gopalganj show in Bihar in[protected]. this is my bike details Model HF-Deluxe, HSN no[protected] and engine- HA11ENK9LO5001. They allot me smart card and bike plat number in August 2020. But Gopalgaj show member called me and told to return your smart card and bike plat number. Because smart card inside engine number was wrong. I was return both smart and bike plat number (BR28X3964).
    Sir I went many time to gopalganj show room. They are not give my document . Please resolve my issue.

      I went the showroom many times for resolve the engine oil leak, still I run with the oil leak

      I purchase my bike before 6 months and after six months it did some problems, auto-off, not starting with many kicks need to do more kicks, very bad service of Amritsar speedways agency, my experience is very bad with this bike, a loud voice was done by chainset, I visited many times at local agency but my problems are not resolved, kindly contact me [protected] or email me [protected]@gmail.com.

        Dear Executive,
        This is to inform you that I, Srimanta Ganguly, have purchased a Pleasure + (VX) on 10th May 2021 from M/S Siddhi Sree Vinayaka Motrs (Adds. - Srinivasa Complex, no. 5-6-148/3, Ramagundam, Peddapally, Telangana, 505215, statecode-36, contact no. - [protected]). The travelled distance of my vehicle is approx. 5400 km and have availed last servicing on 28.01.2022 servicing from the above mentioned dealer. Also, apart from the servicing I took my vehicle at least 15 times to the service centre to rectify my vehicle problem persisting before the first servicing but with deep grievance I am to acknowledge that neither my problem was solved nor got any proper dealings. Moreover, during my 2nd servicing I was informed that gear box bearing would be replaced as it got damage. With height of surprise to me, I was to change the bearing with my cost but how could within 07 months of purchase bearing be damaged.

              Had booked a service at Kozhikode Coyenco Hero on 05/02/2022 but today I received a message saying that the service booking has been canceled. When I called, I received a confirmation message from Coenco saying that I had not booked and I would send it via WhatsApp. Employees' game is in the Hero app that works perfectly

I gone there for my regular service but i'm not satisfied with them service they did not do there work properly.                       I have xpulse200 2019 model, when Iam in need of spare parts showroom is taking more than 2months but still they are not providing the spare parts. Iam in search of clutch cable and indicators. The basic things are not available in the showroom.

                                I have bought Hero Glamour 125CC bike at Hero Showroom Godavarikhani one year ago.The bike has a problem of engine leakage since beginning.I've complaining about this issue since the first servicing.They have not fixed this problem till now.Due to this the oil in the engine got Dried totally and now there is a noise comming from the engine and also engine is not producing the power as it used to do before.

                                  For the last 5 or more services, Bimal Motors, Byatarayanapura, Bengaluru has been charging me 70/- for wax polishing without my permission. Today when I asked them, they said that they do it as per policy. What policy? I want a refund for all the excess charges. I have no interest in getting my vehicle waxed.

                                  They also said that they do it to all vehicles! So have they been scamming everyone?

                                    Now today my last service is pending and there is a manager at hero saying this would be treated as paid service instead of free 5th service.

                                      I have purchased a product on Oct 6, 2021. the MRP of that product was 1500 rupees. But when I bought this from Hero Service Center (S M AUTOMOBILE, HALDIA), they gave me an invoice with the price of that product was 1591 rupees. I told them that this is not the right invoice because the purchased price cannot be higher than the MRP (Maximum Retail Price). Then they told me " this is system generated invoice, so we are helpless ". I need that product urgently so I had no option, I bought that product. So I request you to look into the matter and take the proper step to save us from this type of fraudulent activity. Also, suggest, how can I raise the compensation for the loss I have suffered due to the inefficiency of your services. Thank you!

                                        Last January 11th 2022, my bike was hit by an auto and the bike overturned and the petrol tank dent and the paint went off. The next day after the accident, he was taken to the Hero Focus showroom in Kadavanthara, Ernakulam and decided to make an insurance claim. He told me to change the petrol and told me to call when the tank arrives. But so far no call has been received from the showroom. When I called to inquire about the petrol tank, the answer was that the tank did not come.
                                        I request that the petrol tank be replaced as soon as possible.
