My bike Xtreme 160r (TS04FB6516) had met with an accident on 20 february 2022. I have contacted the Venkanna motors, Ramachandrapuram for insurance claim.But the dealer asked for 15 days for the parts availability for body panels of the bike. The affected parts are minor parts not related to engine.But the dealer is saying it will take 15 days to deliver to service center after ordering the parts.Previously i have ordered a sensor from the...

This is to inform that Hero Service centre nffgd Inver Union Bikes address as follows:

Has been contineously delaying hugely in providing the said spare parts on the date mentioned.It has been more than a month than they have been contineously giving false dates,

I had my bike repaired on January 19th About an accident. I contacted them again on february 20 to see if the bike was repaired and then they thell out that it would be three more months before i could get the bike. The reason they told me was that the bike parts were late to arrive. I do not believe it will be too late to get parts for the bike i need to get my bike repaired ASAP.

A bad experience with hero service center Thamarassery. My bike xpulse 200 is break down in my town due to gear shaft diamage problem . And when i call the showroom there is no reply for that .this is not first time first service onwards there is a problem with the gear i complainted while the service done but there is no change in that and now its 31000 km gone
And for my last service i have also registered complaint on gear but...

I am facing 3 problems in my bike
1. I3S systen not working
2. Indicator singnal lamp not glowing
3. Engine create irritating sound

Company employees says we not do solve these problems...
