I am a hero motocorp customer from last 4 years, i purchased hero maestro way before in 2018, after 2nd service I faced some problem in my scooty engine as my scooty engine oil is draining, and the service centre in jammu did the work and it get stabled after that for few months but after that again I faced the problem previous year and then I took scooty to mohali service centre and after asking them for solution as my scooty is in warranty and you should do something as I am done coming to the service centre and handing over my scooty for the engine part, as all my services are done by the genuine service centre only, but from last 1 week I have started facing the same problem and now i checked my scooty engine oil and it's empty. I am done with the service centres, i want a 100% solution for my scooty, I can't come to service centres again and again and I don't want to face same problems again and again while riding my scooty.Worst experience I can say soo far.

        I have purchased a bike "Xpulse 200T" from hero. And after second day of purchase bike start creating issues i.e. engine malfunction light on automatically. I have reached out to Hero regarding this problem and they clear DTC at there end. And on that time issue is resolved but on running bike almost 40-50 km engine malfunction lights on again. I have reached out to hero motocorp almost 10-15 times for this problem but my problem is still there.
        Now, company and there members start pretending with me and i did not get exact solution for this problem. Sometimes they said that, company calling to Engineer for this problem, some time they said we have to change wires, sometime they said we have to change purge control wall etc. I have spent my lots of time and money in this process. But i didn't get any particular solution. company is not doing anything they just passing the days. And, I have lot's of photos as a prove that my bike having this issue with engine malfunction light. Please help me for the same.

          I have given my hero xpluse 200 fi for service and I had a problem in my bike iginition problem but the dealer have not slove it the delaer had told me that they will change my wiring harness and have given me a time period of 15 days but after 40 days they had not solve my problem still I am facing the issue in my bike .

            Exactly 1 yr back I had a bought a bike from hero company I. E passion pro which is one of the worst bike I had experienced the body parts of the bike is getting rust and the sensors or not working properly and they had given worst tires

              स्पीड मीटर नहीं चल रहा था जब मैं सर्विस स्टेशन गया तो उन्होंने बोला कि तार टूट चुका है तो मैं यह जानना चाहता हूं कि हीरो कंपनी रेपुटेड कंपनी है उसका 2000 किलोमीटर पर तार टूट गया और हीरो एक इतनी अच्छी कंपनी थी यही सोच कर मैंने बाइक ली थी लेकिन वापस कि कस्टमर सर्विस जो एजेंसीज को देती है इतना खराब बिहेवियर है कि आपका दोबारा जाने का मन नहीं करेगा मेरा सेकंड टाइम भी है अगेन एक्सपीरियंस खराब रहा है जो काम मैंने बोले छोटे-छोटे वह भी नहीं कर रहे थे बाकी वहां के सुपरवाइजर और मैनेजर का जो रिप्लाई आया है इस बात पर वह यह था कि सर आज संडे है तो भीड़ ज्यादा है और फिर ज्यादा है तो इसका मतलब आप काम सही से नहीं करेंगे तो मैं इसी बात को अब तक पहुंचाना चाहता हूं कि इस चीज को देखिए सो ₹100 ₹200 के लिए आपके कस्टमर सर्विस खराब कर रहे हैं धन्यवाद

                  Myself Mr. Rajendra Panigrahi, I am owner of a xpulse 200 bike. I am facing problem regarding the rear shock absorbers. The service center told to replace it but they don't have spares. I booked for a new rear shock absorbers on[protected] at shiva auto sales, Ghazipur, Uttar Pradesh. Till date there is no progress. Everytime I ask the service center the reason for delay, they say the spares not available. It's now going to be two months I am unable to use the bike. It's a disappointment that hero can't provide spares for its premium category bikes. So please advice me what to do. My contact number is [protected].

                      Purches vehicle on 08 Aug 2017, since then the vehicle having lot of problems even once seased.
                      The vehicle is having recently heating issue in engine side even running 4-5 kms and smelling heated..
                      moreover at each service i3s function completed. it seems the vehicle that defective vehicle has been handed over to me. therefore it is requested to replace the vehicle at the earliest.

                        I went to Avenue hero in kalyan and they told me my silencer needs to be changed. They checked availability and its not available at their center or warehouse. They are telling to order from company itself which will charge me 10% extra and also 15 days to 1 month for same. Why do i have to pay and wait for so long.

                                My bike Xtreme 160r (TS04FB6516) had met with an accident on 20 february 2022. I have contacted the Venkanna motors, Ramachandrapuram for insurance claim.But the dealer asked for 15 days for the parts availability for body panels of the bike. The affected parts are minor parts not related to engine.But the dealer is saying it will take 15 days to deliver to service center after ordering the parts.Previously i have ordered a sensor from the same dealer and i took about 20 days for the part deliver.But after that dealer said that it is a wiring loose contact and the sensor need not to be replaced.I went to the dealer for 3 times in this month about the sensor issue.The response of the dealerships is very poor.Hero motocorp should be ashamed to say that it is no.1 two wheeler brand in india.Hero is publishing as no.1 but actually it is zero interms of customer satisfaction. I need a proper explanation and i need spare parts delivered faster from Hero motocorp.I'm very much dissapointed with Hero motocorp brand and i regret for buying their motor cycle.

                                    I had my bike repaired on January 19th About an accident. I contacted them again on february 20 to see if the bike was repaired and then they thell out that it would be three more months before i could get the bike. The reason they told me was that the bike parts were late to arrive. I do not believe it will be too late to get parts for the bike i need to get my bike repaired ASAP.
