    Good morning hero motocorp . You brand make my morning worse .
    I have purchased your premium segment motor cycle
    xpulse 200 4v mnb from your authourised dealer
    mrg motors coimbatore yesterday { 17/02/2022] 8.30 pm . With in 30 minutes of travel my motorcycle got breakdown . I informed the sales person who sold this vehicle to me at night 11.Pm
    he said i will call you back tomorrow morning with the guidance of service manager & general manager .

    Today morning at 9.30 i got line with general manager of mrg hero coimbatore named mr.Ramakrishnan . He guided me to the nearest hero dealer service person to my location.

    Service technician who checked my vehicle xpulse 200 4v reported that it has electric issues exactly copper coil complaint
    and then i called mr ramakrishnan gm of mrg motors hero and told about the issue which was diagonised and confirmed by your service technician.
    He replied me in a worst manner and used some abusive words . I am not satisfied with his behaviour and i doesn't need to service or change parts by local man on my new vehicle . So i need exchange of my bike to new one or i need my payment back
    kindy take this complaint as a serious matter and sort it out asap

      This complaint is regarding oil leakage at the engine in my Super splendor BS6 2020 model (Vehicle Reg No. GJ17BR4157 Chassis No.MBLAW171L5K80146) i had visited the service centre two times for this issue and had changed the gasket two times but it doesn't shown any result (attached photos for reference) and also there is an issue regarding losing of acceleration between a ride and while changing the gear, it is also a major issue which was from the beginning of purchase i thought it would be solved during the services but the result remained same, i had also mentioned this during last services but they had adjusted in the clutch setting and after 3 days it again started. I got saved from an accident because of loss of acceleration during the gear shift at traffic signal its a major loss in safety of this bike.

                      I purchased hero splendor bike from Hoshiarpur city (punjab) DV automobile in 2019 but the didn't gave me R.C yet. I'm calling to company staf but the don't response properly. Everytime the gave me excuses whenever i visit on their place. Even manager don't talk to to once in 3 years the are very irresponsible. Please i strongly request to you change the manager. Even the manager isn't ready to talk me on call every time he makes excuse and employ gave me time after 10 mint manager will call after 30 mint etc but they don't call back to me. I'm facing problem in road please help me to provide my original R.C moreover today 15 feb 2022 staff told me manager asking we can make Fake R.C because we can't provide original one die to long time period. Please help me 🙏 or change my bike and give me original R.C with another bike. hope you'll solve my problem

                              I have purchased xtreme 160r byke on 26.01.2022 from Palco Automobiles, paschim medinipur, west bengal. From the first day the byke is giving problem as the mil(malfunction indicator light ) remained on when I ride the byke. Dealer have changed the o2 sensor, then also mil remained on during drive the byke. Oil leaked from the head of the engine and surrounding area.

                                I went to the jyoti motors in ludhiana basti jodhewal for the service of the splendor to be done and this was my mistake that I went to the company for the service because they did not know the fault and when service get done then they told me clutch plates are gone and there is no service for drinking water at all it is very hectic to go to the company services

                                    I bought bike from Gopalganj show in Bihar in[protected]. this is my bike details Model HF-Deluxe, HSN no[protected] and engine- HA11ENK9LO5001. They allot me smart card and bike plat number in August 2020. But Gopalgaj show member called me and told to return your smart card and bike plat number. Because smart card inside engine number was wrong. I was return both smart and bike plat number (BR28X3964).
                                    Sir I went many time to gopalganj show room. They are not give my document . Please resolve my issue.

                                      I went the showroom many times for resolve the engine oil leak, still I run with the oil leak

                                        Dear Executive,
                                        This is to inform you that I, Srimanta Ganguly, have purchased a Pleasure + (VX) on 10th May 2021 from M/S Siddhi Sree Vinayaka Motrs (Adds. - Srinivasa Complex, no. 5-6-148/3, Ramagundam, Peddapally, Telangana, 505215, statecode-36, contact no. - [protected]). The travelled distance of my vehicle is approx. 5400 km and have availed last servicing on 28.01.2022 servicing from the above mentioned dealer. Also, apart from the servicing I took my vehicle at least 15 times to the service centre to rectify my vehicle problem persisting before the first servicing but with deep grievance I am to acknowledge that neither my problem was solved nor got any proper dealings. Moreover, during my 2nd servicing I was informed that gear box bearing would be replaced as it got damage. With height of surprise to me, I was to change the bearing with my cost but how could within 07 months of purchase bearing be damaged.
