Dear Sir,

I have purchased the Hero Passion Pro from Singla Hero Agency. I gave my bike details below:

Chassis Number: MBLJAW146LHK09335
Engine Number: JA06EWLHK10652

I have a few complaints about the staff's behavior and the service that requires your attention.
1. I keep visiting Singla for my bike service regularly. Every time, when I call them to book my appointment they ask me to come directly after insisting as I am working and I have to take off from the office. After explaining these details, they book my appointment. Above all, when I arrive at the service station for bike service, I had to wait for a long. The above point is of the previous cases.

2. I called singla agency on Jan 21, the call is answered by Mr. Sanjay and He talked to me very rudely with me and then cut the call and did not book my appointment.

3. Later, I received a call from the agency to book my appointment. Now today (Jan 10, 2022), I visited the agency at the scheduled time (ie: 1:30PM). I got my bike washed at 0210 PM, after that I kept on waiting for the person to come to take my bike for service. The agent came at 0400 PM (after 02 hrs approximately) after I talked to Sandeep Bhardwaj. If he is not there I may have to wait for another unknown span of time.

This is the very unprofessional way in the agency that I faced. Do you guys only speak politely or give services timely when we have to buy a new vehicle otherwise you are not bothered to talk to your clients politely. Once they have bought the vehicle, you have no responsibility of service towards your customers.

    On 10 December 2021 . My bike splender Plus ( gj 12 DK 1891 ) was serviced by K.D.Auto service station bhuj due to small accident of steering ..

    After 1 month steering of bike is jamming and pulling one side on road...

    I contacted to service station but they are not helping me and doesn't receive any phon

    Pls help and solve my problem as early as possible

      I have placed my glamour bike for first servicing on 09/01/2022 in morning 8.55, first issue is service center opening timing is given i.e. 8.30 at morning but no any staff was available on the same time. next mr akash has attended me and collected my for service purpose at that time no any issue has placed by me, and akash has confirmed that bike will be released between 12-1 pm itself, but no any call or msg received from the company/service center to confirm about completion of servicing. unfortunately by 4.25 pm i have started to call numbers given on job card i.e. [protected] and [protected] both numbers are ringing multiple time but no one has responded to the call, several times the call on waiting but no any recall done from staff side, after all at 5.47 ( which is nearby closing time of service center) tele caller madam received the call and after asking the status of servicing of my bike she handover call to akash then also he said that he is not aware about the service status, and within a minute he said the bike is just completed and you can come to collect the same. when i asked him that no any call initiated from your side or while i am calling to given number on job cards no one is responding he said we didn't received a single call from your side, it was shocking for me. also at the time of collect bike i have asked name of employee who is handling tele calling, but he denied very rudely and left his place by over the situation to bill desk. the concern is only if these people handling further process then why should customer have to call, why they are not serving properly, also on the name of free service they charged me 510 rs. which is not free. yes there might be charges of oil changing which can applicable, but oil costing also not 510 rs per liter, even they made changes in my bikes clutch setting without any prior intimation, average all the worst experience that was, really disappointing . never recommend about lakshya wheel to any single contact of mine.

        I have purchased Hero Pleasure+ (VX) B6 model bike on February 2021. After purchasing I faced self start @ kiker problems Many times put for service they changes 2 batteries but problem cannot solve. I waste my amount to purchase this bike. Many times I put leave to my job to put bike in service center. I purchased unhappy without peace after getting this bike. The Family members continuesly scolding me when ever the bike cannot start.
        The purpose & need of purchasing bike is not solved. With in 11 month 9 times I put bike for service. More time spend to put bike in service center. I feel very hard. I need justice.

        My Bike No: AP39JA1960 again put for repair in the service center on 10/01/2022. The Service center GM told it is manfuring problems, we cannot rectify it. The people need to come from hero motocorp, put your bike for two day. But two also completed no one can inform about bike status. Kindly take it serious slove the problem

        I purchased glamour fi 125cc bike on dec-2017.
        On nov-2021 I have bike engine light issues its always blinks and bike not starting, I changed everything in my bike battery wirring wall key set spended 9000 in repairing but till now my bike not started now I decide to return this bike in agency
        I repaired my bike in agency rewa badrika agency
        Kindly do need ful for me or change my bike I will pay extra amount kindly provide new bike
        20 to 30 km toe my bike by walking how to I manage its effects my finicial problem and job also

          As a renowned company HERO, it is a matter of concern that I was being duped by your franchise workshop dealer Dhawan Automobiles in the name of full work from scratch of the engine of my Maestro Edge Scotty(2016 model).

          Around last week of September, I approached your workshop dealer named Dhawan Automobiles located in Patta Bohri, Jammu, 180001 for the servicing, replacing body parts and other essential works of the engine required.
          I got the scooty back around the first week of October(invoice copy encl.) mentioning and explaining full engine work from scratch by the executive team of the workshop dealer.It was billed around Twelve thousand(approx).

          I was deeply disappointed and annoyed by the harassment of the dealer for not claiming the insurance for the body parts and exaggerating the amount mentioning defectiveness in the engine which he assured me would be fully repaired.

          Now, today is the third instance of ceasing the engine again after I received my scooty from Dawan Automobiles which not only hampers my work due to sudden stoppage but also puts me in trouble midway.I am getting the problem of ceasing the engine every fifteen days which blows all my faith in your company's service and zero accountability of the service provider. I am feeling internally disturbed as i invested huge amount of my hardcore money in its repairment which is seeming all in vain and a sense of fraud by the dealer.

          It is also worth mentioning that I applied for an insurance claim for the scooty body parts but the authorities asked me to pay the full amount of the insurance and the company will reimburse the half of the net amount paid in my account later, which is an unethical and a deliberate attempt to violate the Insurance norms.

          Please look into the matter and resolve my problem so that I may not get forced to approach legal or other forums and other means(Social Media).Kindly, revert back as soon as possible.

          An early action in the matter shall be highly appreciated.

                I purchased a new hero Plessure plus from DIYA Hero show room, Eanchakal, Trivandrum, Kerala April'2021. Now it complete 3 free services only.                   Sir, I want to appraise you that, since my purchase I have faced lot of starting problems and several times bike stopped/breakdown on the way. Initially the matter was solved at my end but when it happens on regular basis, I have handed over it to your above authorised dealer on 05.01.2022. The mechanics at the Dutta Automobiles are not able to trace out the fault which worries me a lot. It seems that the problem is very critical and need exchange of bike

                          As I buy a new passion pro bike in November 2021 and also I driven 1700 km and also done my first service on 8 December and after first I am facing too much issues like tommarrow I drive my bike in rain and the nut bolt of side mirror are going to be loose and also as I push the high beam button of light and the button is not come outside and I am very disappointed by the quality of your bike and also visor is also so noisable so plzz consider my complaint

                            Paid service was done on dt. 17/12/2021 at your dealer M/s. Mulraj Trikamdas, Kudal, Dist Sindhudurg.
                            Today the vehicle is given starting problem & breakdown.
                            After that, I called your dealer's no.[protected] for attending the problem, and they denied the service for the vehicle at Pandur Tal - Kudal & they arrogantly replied "we can't give the service to your breakdown address.- Pandur, Kudal (10 KM)"

                                2 months ago my bike was stopped while running because of damage of engine shafts and spares. So I CONTACT the showroom and gave them to repair. But they have yet not get the spare till the date. My bike is far away from home more than 2 months. They say that hero motocorp have not any spares to repair. What will I do now. My bike is only 2 year old and now the main engine shaft were damaged, what the ### are you guys manufactured, although not available of spares, what I have to do ...
                                Im expecting a result from you, so kindly take necessary actions.

                                  Engine conecting rod noise create so i visit nearst service center then service center dealear tellus that this issue is not coverd under warranty and he told me 6000 Rs pay for this problem .But i purchesd this bike then informe me my bike warrnty is 5 years

                                    Sir, I Murari Lal was purchased Hero Mestro (PB-03B H0538) on 15 Oct 2021. I was also file complaint against Raunak Motor Bathinda as my vehicle RC has not been received till date. Today an costomer exicutive from Raunak Motor Bathinda call me for my Hero Mestro 1st service. I told them as I'm an Indian Army Soldier and presently serving at the Kashmir valley (J&K). Thereafter, a job card prepared by them and at the evening I receive another massage as your Hero Mestro is ready and proforma bill prepaid.

                                      Sir, I want to inform that on 1st January 2022, the scooty service of Hero Maestro was done at the service center of Agrawal Auto Sales, Sitapur, in which the mechanic left the screw loose while changing the mobile oil, due to which all the oil flowed on the way today and the scooty stopped. It's done Due to which I had to face a lot of difficulty. Kindly register our complaint and get the complaint resolved by taking appropriate penal action.

                                        I visit hero service centre for bike servicing and some problem regarding meter and side indicator but manager told me it is medortory to change mobil, breakshoe, meter cable, handle rod etc with roudly behaviour when I denied he demand 30 rs for bike cleaning
                                        I really disappointed with hero servie centre
