Olny 4000 km working and engine totally dead 15 days servise center his sed part not available not tell to time reparing my bike

My name is Tarun. I bought Hero's premium scooter Destini 125 from Indu Motors branch of Hero MotoCorp located at Govindpura, Kalwar Road, Jaipur between 10 PM to 11 PM on Wednesday night. In which I was told by Mr. Vipin ji, Mr. Ashok ji present there, an offer of 2000 rupees discount. The total price of the model I bought was Rs.87000. On which after the offer of 2000, I was told that 85000 something. But I was charged Rs 20000 as down payment at that time. And later I was given a loan of Rs.71300 without my knowledge. When I talked to those people, I wasted my time by giving false assurances. And till now I have not been given any satisfactory or satisfactory answer to that ( 20000+[protected]=4300 and total Rs.6300 of 2000 offer). Nor has any payment been made.
Hope you solve my complaint.

This feedback is related to my recent service at Shah Mobikes, Mysore.

Nothing seems to be organized. Suggest Hero MotoCorp to do mystery service to get ground reality as document audit would not surface actual customer facing issues.

1. Seat cover fitting not ok. Initially told they will get pinned later convinced me that it is ok. (There are N+N shops around to get seat cover, opted showroom assuming quality and fitting would be right.)
2. After service some sound coming in front. No one is interested to solve.
3. Lock oiling was not done which was noted in job card. After service key was so hard to operate.
4. Inside tank cover was completely wet.
5.Supervisors not competitive.

Would really re-think/do not think, to leave my bikes to showroom for service.

Jab se mai gadi liya hu tab se self me problam hai lekin bar bar khne par abhi tak service wala thik nhi kiya hai mai nya gadi liya hun lekin fir bhi hmko kik markar start krna padta hai mera complain ko jald se jald shi kiya jay.

Hero xtreme 160R customer plz kindly solve my bike problem

Sir, I am getting very bad treatment from the dealer, the name is Sairaj Automobiles, add- Near Bus Stand, Gov. Hospital road, Bhandara - 441904, Maharashtra. My bike is getting very much problems related to engine, break, fuel tank, I am totally frustrated with the treatment of dealer, I need replacement of this bike as soon as possible. Bike number - MH36A1549.

Code 21816 I got a call from Narbharam Motors Gamharia yesterday on 26.12.2021, went this morning to get the bike servicing but was told that you will be charged pad now and I was returned from the servicing center Sir tell me what to do now .

My bile has a staring problem from first six months of buying. Even after repeated servicing and reparing at your service center they are not able to resolve the problem and every time the make a huge bill and now asked me to change the battery which is also done but the problem persists. I request you change free of cost what every is required to do, so I don't face the problem. I am a medical student and many a time have to miss the classes as the bike get stuck and I am not able to start. Your cooperation is highly appreciated.

The gear gets stuck in the middle, and there is a lot of problem in starting in the morning, there is a possibility of battery failure, also shown at the service center but the problem was not resolved

Sir i purchased new pleasure plus
After 3 services it was smoking and engine oil goes low i complained to service center they told that part is not available.now again engine oil is finished they are just trying to ignore the problem they are not taking any warranty claim please help me .otherwise i will need to go to court against them.i need it repaired or replacement.

Here sapphire hero service is very bad here my bike pickup time 2 pm but I have not received at 4 o'clock and even now I am waiting here to received my bike . At that time my bike not washing.

They did not clean my airfilter, and sparkplug and they just change the engine oil and then they handover to me worst service and they cant fix a problem about my kick start.

On octuber 21 onwards im facing problem in my Hero Glamour Fi BS4 bike Engine Light indication. I check out in service center Badrika, Beat No 4, NH 7, Rewa, Madhya Pradesh - 486001
he said u have wirring problem i changed the full wiring at rs-3500 than after he said u have battery issue i changed the battery in service center at rs 1300 than after 2 days again same problem service center said u have wall pipe issue than after i changed 350 rs, now days i spended 7500 rs but till now i didnt get any resolve same problem is there
kindly do need full fist time i purchase this bike and facing issue till 3 mounth becoz of bike lost my job also after carona

On 10/12/2021 Pleasure Plus scooter did not start with self button. I tried to kick start but that was also created problem as it was stuck. I called the service in where I am giving my scooter for past months for its servicing. They said to come with the scooter and I went. After diagnosis on 13/12/2021 they said the battery needs to changed, there is oil leakage happening and they asked whether I am not going to them for the servings, to which I denied and provided them the proof of slips.
Then they told me to keep my scooter in the center for its repair. Meanwhile Dec 23/2021 is the fifth servicing date so i asked them if they can complete it also. They said yes. In the receipt I wrote all the problems that i was facing with the scooter and submitted my scooter and papers to them. Later they called and said the exide battery is in warrenty and will be replaced and they have done the process. They asked me to take the scooter and use. When I went to take the scooter i found that it is as it was before I gave them with all the complains. I am a lady and it is problem for me to kick start it. I told this to them. They said they have changed with a temporary battery until exide sents them a new one and said after two days o[censored]se the self start will work. Now it is not two days, it is five days that i have been using this scooter, I have got bruishes in my legs while kick starting it. Sometimes I take help from random people to start it.
The servicing which was there pending(5th servicing)as they said that it was possible is not done.
Tomorrow is 23 Dec 2021 and I will have to again take my scooter to the service center following the same process again.
It is better to sell this pleasure plus and buy any other vehicle in which I won't injure myself while kick starting it.vehicle number is OD07AG3674, owned by Syamali Rath, complain raised by Aliva Kumari Rath

we have all service done by arc motor.
But last day in noida expressay my schooti engine not working so have given my schooti in arc motor okhala phase 2 .
His charge unlevel.
Pls help me for this we have not any extra charge given.

Show room owners have been cheated me into believing they serve for from year..
