I visit hero service centre for bike servicing and some problem regarding meter and side indicator but manager told me it is medortory to change mobil, breakshoe, meter cable, handle rod etc with roudly behaviour when I denied he demand 30 rs for bike cleaning
I really disappointed with hero servie centre

    Sir,
    I request you, I am Hero Motor Dealer, Sai Raje Auto Sai Baba Corner, Kopargaon Tal. Kopargaon Dist-Ahmednagar, Hero Company's Splendor Plus Chassis Number (MBLHAW120M5B46185) has been purchased from showroom. The front and rear tires of this car are of TVS company and the rear tires are inflated, which means that this tire is of inferior quality. In this regard, I met Hero Motor Dealer, Sai Raje Auto Sai Baba Corner, Kopargaon, Tal. Kopargaon Dist-Ahmednagar. When I applied to on 31/12/2021 for change of tires, they did not accept my application. You have driven more than 10, 000 kms, so you cannot ask for change of tires. You ask that tire company. It is not our responsibility to change the tires.
    The lockdown started after taking the Bike, so the dealer did not give me 2 out of 5 free servicing. Every time I have been charged for servicing. Does not accept servicing bills online. When the vehicle was serviced on 31/12/2021 yesterday, a bill of Rs.1039
    In this case, I have mailed the mail id to [protected]@heromotocarp.com and sra.[protected]@heromotocorp.biz.
    To date, this motorcycle has been running 17700 kms. I would like to have the tires replaced on the basis of the customer booklet provided at the time of purchase. Also Hero Motor Dealer, Sai Raje Auto Sai Baba Corner, Kopargaon Tal. Kopargaon Dist-Ahmednagar. I request to take appropriate action against the customer for not treating the customer properly, to charge him for the work on time, for holding the customer in contempt even while the customer is behaving properly and according to the rules.

      I recently purchased glamour XT from chandamama hajipur vaishali, bihar.
      While giving for second service i reported issue with self start, fiber clip was missing and headlight vibration . Also all the mechanic keep begging for tip.
      They simply clean the bike changed engine oil and said all these issue are not fixable.
      Regarding self i have to keep button press for 10 sec then it is starting .
      This is my second service and this is how the service centre is handling new bike.
      Please take a proper action

        Sir, I Murari Lal was purchased a Hero Mestro on 15 Oct 2021 from Raunak Motor and necessary documentation done on the same day but RC of my vehicle has not been received till date. When I'm asked for the same to the dealer they told me they are interested in vehicle sale only and not interested in my veh registration. Showroom staff is too much nonsense accept manager. I was also complaint to your coustomer care advisor on 18 Dec 2021 and he told me to visit once again to showroom and it's done by brother. Showroom staff give their excuse as RTO has transferred that's reason for delayed to issue RC. But on the same day my relative buy an Activa Scooty and he received his RC on 30 November 2021.

            My name is Tarun. I bought Hero's premium scooter Destini 125 from Indu Motors branch of Hero MotoCorp located at Govindpura, Kalwar Road, Jaipur between 10 PM to 11 PM on Wednesday night. In which I was told by Mr. Vipin ji, Mr. Ashok ji present there, an offer of 2000 rupees discount. The total price of the model I bought was Rs.87000. On which after the offer of 2000, I was told that 85000 something. But I was charged Rs 20000 as down payment at that time. And later I was given a loan of Rs.71300 without my knowledge. When I talked to those people, I wasted my time by giving false assurances. And till now I have not been given any satisfactory or satisfactory answer to that ( 20000+[protected]=4300 and total Rs.6300 of 2000 offer). Nor has any payment been made.
            Hope you solve my complaint.

              This feedback is related to my recent service at Shah Mobikes, Mysore.

              Nothing seems to be organized. Suggest Hero MotoCorp to do mystery service to get ground reality as document audit would not surface actual customer facing issues.

              1. Seat cover fitting not ok. Initially told they will get pinned later convinced me that it is ok. (There are N+N shops around to get seat cover, opted showroom assuming quality and fitting would be right.)
              2. After service some sound coming in front. No one is interested to solve.
              3. Lock oiling was not done which was noted in job card. After service key was so hard to operate.
              4. Inside tank cover was completely wet.
              5.Supervisors not competitive.

              Would really re-think/do not think, to leave my bikes to showroom for service.

                            My bile has a staring problem from first six months of buying. Even after repeated servicing and reparing at your service center they are not able to resolve the problem and every time the make a huge bill and now asked me to change the battery which is also done but the problem persists. I request you change free of cost what every is required to do, so I don't face the problem. I am a medical student and many a time have to miss the classes as the bike get stuck and I am not able to start. Your cooperation is highly appreciated.

                                    They did not clean my airfilter, and sparkplug and they just change the engine oil and then they handover to me worst service and they cant fix a problem about my kick start.

                                      he said u have wirring problem i changed the full wiring at rs-3500 than after he said u have battery issue i changed the battery in service center at rs 1300 than after 2 days again same problem service center said u have wall pipe issue than after i changed 350 rs, now days i spended 7500 rs but till now i didnt get any resolve same problem is there
                                      kindly do need full fist time i purchase this bike and facing issue till 3 mounth becoz of bike lost my job also after carona

                                        On 10/12/2021 Pleasure Plus scooter did not start with self button. I tried to kick start but that was also created problem as it was stuck. I called the service in where I am giving my scooter for past months for its servicing. They said to come with the scooter and I went. After diagnosis on 13/12/2021 they said the battery needs to changed, there is oil leakage happening and they asked whether I am not going to them for the servings, to which I denied and provided them the proof of slips.
                                        Then they told me to keep my scooter in the center for its repair. Meanwhile Dec 23/2021 is the fifth servicing date so i asked them if they can complete it also. They said yes. In the receipt I wrote all the problems that i was facing with the scooter and submitted my scooter and papers to them. Later they called and said the exide battery is in warrenty and will be replaced and they have done the process. They asked me to take the scooter and use. When I went to take the scooter i found that it is as it was before I gave them with all the complains. I am a lady and it is problem for me to kick start it. I told this to them. They said they have changed with a temporary battery until exide sents them a new one and said after two days o[censored]se the self start will work. Now it is not two days, it is five days that i have been using this scooter, I have got bruishes in my legs while kick starting it. Sometimes I take help from random people to start it.
                                        The servicing which was there pending(5th servicing)as they said that it was possible is not done.
                                        Tomorrow is 23 Dec 2021 and I will have to again take my scooter to the service center following the same process again.
                                        It is better to sell this pleasure plus and buy any other vehicle in which I won't injure myself while kick starting it.vehicle number is OD07AG3674, owned by Syamali Rath, complain raised by Aliva Kumari Rath
