    I HAVE MASTERO EDGE BS4 MODEL (DL3sDV7696).

    MEINE HINDI mein complain isliye likh raha taki sabko bikul clearly smjh aaye koi confusion na rahe .

    Meine apki scooty 20-OCTOBER -2021 ko kuch cheesin chnage karwane di thi:-
    1. Complete head, visior, head lamps with speedo meter.
    2. Right side indicator glass,
    3. Complete service of scooty.
    4. Complete WIRING .
    5. Barkes and oiling.
    Jiska estimate hume 6000 se 7000 tak ka bataya gya. humne jise ok kar diya . fir humne update whats app ki through milte rahe as we are working person. Hume bola ga isme yeh bhi karna hoga vo bhi karna hoga chota mota kaam toh chalta rehta hai. fir hume hume call aya 29 -Oct-2021 ko ki isme CRDI dalna padega as apki wiring ki paring k liye jarurat hai humne ok kar diya gya . hume again btaya gya ki apko crdi se pari karne k liye apka lock change karna padega as dono keys chahiye hoti hao humne mana kar diya humen bola hume CRDI nehi chhaiye hume scooty jesi thi wese kar dijiye ( Screen shot attached). unhne ok kar diya. aur bola apni scooty le jakete hain. jab scooty lene gaye 10-NOv-2021 scooty mein kaam nahi hua tha hume bola gya ki workers off pe hain and 2 din baad aayenge . hume 13 october ko scooty lene gaye still scooty mein kaam nahi hua tha . CRDI nahi nikala gya tha aur. iske bare mein hume Manger ko kaha . Kaffi der baad CRDI REPLACE kiya gya aur hume bola gya SEFL NAHI chalega aapka ( jo pehle Ache se working Tha). Humne fir manger ko complain ki aur bola ki hume scooty ka self ka issue resolve karwa k den. kaafi der wait karne ka baad scooty mein kuch juggad karke self ko direct connect karke de diya gya . aur hum bill pay karne chale gaye jab bill pay kiya to vo 8900 /- rs ka tha, jisme saari labour charge alag alag alag lagayi gayi . jabki sirf 1 hi worker ne sab kaam kiya tha.

    uske bawajood bhi humne bill pay kar diya aur scooty leke chale gaye. 1 din drive karne k baad hume laga scooty ka alignment theek nahi hai scooty 1 traft hi chal rahi hai aur Head bhi vibrate ho raha hai. jab customer care ka call aya toh hume unko detail mein batay . unhone kaha aap scooty leke aajayi and hum issue resolve kar denge . Humne bola hum saturday ko aaskate as humare office se off nahi milega . Unhone bla koi baat nahi aap scooty saturday ko leke aajaye tab tak dekh lijye aur kya issue hai scooty mein sab resolve hojayega . hum cooty leke fir se gaye saturday[protected] Humen same customer care wale lady o call kiya unhne bola aap exctive jo hai waha pe unk bta di dijye vo apko solution bta denge. humne jab aapna issue btaya . toh unhone test drive li aur humen batya Head theek hai but apke shocker ka alingment theek nahi hai. humne bola pehle to theek tha ab kes hogya . uhone bola pehle se hi hoga hum logo ne nahi kiya .meine unse bola abhi 4 dine pehle scooty theek hone aayi thi tab bhi kisis ne kuch nahi batya aur nahi yeh problm thi. unhone bola aapko charge pay karne honge even unhone baatay ki brake shoe and break wire bhi change honge . unhne fir se 1 estimate bta diya aprox 1500/- rs ka aur bola scooty chhod k jaani hogi fir se aapko atleast 1 din k liye.

    Hum frustated hoke waha se chale gaye as humen jo service xcpect ki thi vo kahi door door tak nahi mili humne aur job kaam bolne k baad bhi nahi kiay uska alag se charges maang rahe the. hum ani scooty theek karwane laaye the but itna esa aur tme lagane k baad bhi . scooty mein new issue aagye aur uske liye fir se humare tme and money manga jaa raha hai.

    ab aap hi btayie HERO CORP JESI COMPANY KI services esi hongi toh hum log service centre kyu jayneg bahar se hi sab kam karwa lenge kam eso meni an one more thing this not my 1st experience 6 mahine pehle bhi mein comlete head chnage karwaya tha usme bbhii dikkat thi . but ab toh alag level pe issue aarahe hain hai.

          श्रीमान निवेदन है कि मैने अपनी मोटरसाइकिल RJ31SR0247 का चेन सेट दिनाँक 16 NOV 2021को MA BHAGWATI मोटर्स से बदलवाया था। जिसका INVOICE NUMBER 22555B K21V5278 है। जिसमें समस्त चार्ज सहित चेन सेट का मूल्य 151 रुपये दर्शाये गए है जिसका मुझे उस वक्त ज्ञान नही था लेकिन उन्होंने मेरे से 870 रुपए चेन सेट के वसूल कर लिए थे। जब मैने घर पर आकर व्हाट्स एप्प चैट assistant की सहायता से invoice को डाऊनलोड किया तो पाया कि बहुत अधिक रुपये वसूल कर लिए है जो कि ग्राहक के साथ एक तरह का विश्वासघात है और ग्राहक का कम्पनी पर से विश्वास उठता है। इसलिए आपसे आग्रह है कि आप द्वारा उक्त center के खिलाफ कार्यवाही कर मेरी समस्त राशि वापिस दिलाई जावे। धन्यवाद विनोद कुमार [protected]

                Start switch is not working since 1 months of bike purchase already compained but no action taken.
                Front disc not workig properly.indicator not working since 2nd june.very disappointing..will definitely not recommend hero to any1 next time if my problem remains unsolved.

                      I (subhajit das, ph no.[protected]) bought hero hf deluxe motor bike (chassis no.Mblhaw140lhco1748, engine no.Ha11eslhb04057) from the dealer "auto smart" (kona, howrah-711114, wb) on 20th july, 2020. From the very beginning i had encountered the self problem. It was rectified in 1st servicing. Again it occurred and rectified in 2nd & 3rd servicing also. Now there is no self problem but a new issue started with the tuning of the bike . It became so poor that start was getting off in zero accelerator. It was reported but could not rectified in 4th and 5th servicing. Presently i am facing this difficulty continuously and not being able to ride it smoothly to go to my office. I will request you to look into this matter and suggest me what to do, so that i can use it without any difficulty. I earnestly expect immediate concern from you, hero the reputed bike company of our country. You can contact me through phone number given above.

Iss bike mein suruat se hi chalte clate gaari baar baar band hone ki samsaya bani hui hai jiske liye main ukat dealer ke service center mein kaitne hi baar complain ki aur har baar nujhe bataya gaya ki humne sudhaar kar diya hai ab koi problem nahi hogi . But aaj din tak main ussi samsya ko jhel raha hu . Ukat dealer agency ke service center dwara nirantar galat jaankari mujhe dekar gaari lauta di gayi .
                        Iss harassment se mujhe mukti dilaye.

                          Hai sir, I was purchased a hero CD 100 HF DELUX vehicle from Ayyappa Motors Multi brand showroom in nagaram, ECIL, Hyd..they are not giving and delaying the required documents like invoice, Insurence and TR papers..so please let me know the about that required documents…the main dealer also not responding about that documents

                            My xpulse 200 oil cooler is damaged within 1 year of purchase due to lack of protection from back side. When hero decided to give vertical layout for oil cooler they should've given it proper protection from both sides considering our Indian conditions where it can easily be damaged buy cats/kids playing in parking area. Hero has provided metal mesh protection from front side but back side is open and can easily get damaged. The part is expensive around Rs. 2000. I recently took my vehicle MH09 FR 9480 for servicing at unique auto. Kolhapur and while doing jobcard i told them about the damaged oil cooler if it can be replaced under warranty or if not then repair it. But they said it cant be covered in warranty & didn't even repair it. As service centre didn't repair it i had left with no option but to visit outside local mechanic to fix the issue. But while repairing chipping happened which further damaged the part which was already damaged. Now who is reponsible for this damage? If hero would've given protection from both side the problem wouldn't have arised in the first place. Hero should've given it altleast as an accessory. Is it my fault that i trusted & purchased hero product? Is it my fault if i approached service centre first to find solution. Im attaching photos of damaged oil cooler before and after going to local mechanic. I request hero motocorp to look into this matter and provide me replacement of the part under warranty. I also request hero to provide guard for oil cooler protection from backside atlest as an accessory.
                            Will wait for few days for issue resolution if not solved i'l be left with no option but to go to consumer complain court.

                              I am very disappointed right now...
                              Your service center of Ranjeet Motor at Tikujiniwadi, Thane... Giving really bad service to your customers. I think I never come to here now and nobody trust to your people.
                              They called me for pickup bike with completed work done day before 16.11.2021.
                              And I paid the bill of ₹9168 for bike work. When I get handover my bike it has not started. Then you service person Mr.Nayak said...

                                I bought new bike from Hero authorized showroom (Mani Motors, Uchippuli, Ramanathapuram. 623519) before 6 months. They installed old battery on my new bike and they promised as they will change it once they receive new battery. But until now they didn't responces for that. Kindly resolve this matter asap.                                   I have baught a new passion pro about 6 month earlier, at that time within week i have face some gear problem in it after that i had taken my bike to sevice center, they told me that after some time of driving the problem will no more, but till 1st service the problem is there, then again i have share this problem to mechanic, he take my bike for service with all problems and said he will resolve the issue but he didnt do any thing, my bike ran almost 1700km till now and also mechanic nothing do in 2nd service also .

                                    मेने आज दिनांक 14/11/2021 को 9:29Am पर मेरी बाइक RJ14KL5257 सर्विस के लिए दी थी जो की मुझे सर्विस होकर नही मुझे वापस बिना सर्विस के लाना पड़ा और जिससे मेरा टाइम और पैसा दोनो ही खर्च हो गया मैं आपकी सर्विस की वजह से परेशान हु इस चीज के लिए आपके स्टाफ से बात करे ।

                                    मैं इसके पीछे कोई argument नही सुनना चाहता और मैं इस हीरो कंपनी की बाइक ही वापस देना चाहता हु अगर ये नहीं हो सकता तो मुझे बताए

                                      I have paid my last EMI for December 2021 on 11/11/2021, the amount is showing in mobile and SOA. I have written email regarding this, but loan foreclosure hasn't been done till now. My loan app ID is 4264099. Kindly foreclose my loan, otherwise refund my money. Thank you.

                                      My loan no. 4264099 has been foreclosed in Nov, 2021. They had charged a small amount as penalty to foreclose the loan.
