I serviced my hero passion x pro on yesterday from T.R Motors MAIN GT KARNAL ROAD, PIAO MANIYARI, KUNDLI, SONIPAT, 131028
they charged 325 for hero 4t plus genuine engine oil but the MRP on product is rs.242 and they argued with me had use bad words they just deny they did not did anything wrong they just scratch the MRP written on bottle of Engine oil with some screw driver and also they charged gst on engine oil how they can charged gst on MRP written product that already includes gst please i want some strict action against this service center they are doing fraud with common peole please help

    Before:-(17.11.20) नई बाइक खरीद हैं मैंने laxmi showroom agra से 13.11.20 को उस को में घर लाया फिर उस को मैंने चलाया 100km तक उस के बाद वो चालू नहीं हो रही फिर मैंने laxmi showroom agra में बात की तो वो बोल रही है हम कुछ नही कर सकते ।
    अब बताओ में क्या करू ???????

            As informed earlier, still I am having the following trouble in my vehicle.
            1) The first(01) issue While shifting down the gear from 4th to 3rd or 3rd to 2nd, engine was knocked and went to off condition

            a) While that point no 1, could not start if play the clutch. Hence only to start again the
            engine either self-start button kick start
            b) The issue was happened not regularly.
            c) Which was highlighted to the service centre 2 times,
            d) On 1st time of the issue was inspected the service centre just check the software
            update in any recent update was found or not
            e) On another day(21-Oct-21) I, went to the service centre and advise them to test drive my vehicle. And finally, who agree and the same day who took whole day for on road test drive and informed they were update the software no such issues were found.
            f) The result – So far nothing happened, I frequently facing the issue of engine off
            While shifting down the gear from 4th to 3rd or 3rd to 2nd

            2) The second(02) main issue with the mileage recently I fill my petrol tank with 10 liters suddenly when its showing 1st line(Not started blinking low indication) in the fuel gage meter and reset the trip meter to 0.00. The results I get around after running 200 kilometers again its going to blink as Fuel Low.

            a) Which was also highlighted so many times which I get it by practically 20 kilometers per liter. I don’t know how it was happened???
            b) Even though all the other brand’s powerful scooters are also running minimum 30kmpl
            Without any issues including your brand variant MAESTRO / PLEASURE.
            c) I don’t know how your team claim this vehicle give 63kmpl? ? ? ? ? ?.
            d) Assume that it was purely gimmick and the way of promoting for sales ! ! !

            3) The Third main issue was noticed in my vehicle on 22-10-21, I start ride from one place to another place with out any single stoppage (around 10-12kilometer), after riding continuously nearly about 30 – 40 minutes when I put it idling the engine could not stopped its still running and running after I turn off the ignition key. Means its purely with the sensor i3 .

            4) The Forth main issue was noticed on the day second of 22-10-21, my vehicle, (on[protected] when starts the engine by first time after very very few seconds the engine went to Off, when I notice the i3 light was blinking in the dashboard console. I Don’t know how it was happened even it could not reach the temperature else the idling timing running program?

            5) Which I came to knew/assume that shows the failure of i3 function.

            I don’t know how your BS-VI device did not showing the error results while connected with your systems????

            Even God one knows! ! !

            6) Whether your system also got malfunction else I am lying? ? ? ? ? ?

            7) Now a days some time the indicator switches are not working properly and getting flicker at headlamp!

            - My question was very very simple, I again bring to your kind notice when I went for booking the vehicle on 01-Sep-21, I informed by Only Two(02) numbers of vehicle for selecting. Which is also took around 2hrs for checking. At the time of checking the only One(01) vehicle was in ready condition and another one taken out by their mechanic for doing something. At the time of leaving around 2.30 pm they could not provide for testing riding.

            - And the another one selected by me - also not in ready condition. They were did something. I Repeatedly asking to the team - what is the issue with that - and why it was not in ready to ride condition?. They were not disclose anything to me at the time of selecting the vehicle.

            - Assume that the listed issued they were hide something. And sold to me the defective one. Which was also not repaired by them!.

            - More over the selected vehicle by me also kept in very very dusty place which seams around nearly 3 – 4 months.

            - Which also sticked with the lable ( SELECTED by Someone ) and rejected by them or by your team!

            - Understand from these issue faced by me the auto engine off, Very poor mileage 20 kmpl & the issue with electrical and electronic equipment’s which was purely manufacturing defect, and how it was passed out thru by your inspection team? ? ?

            I need the prompt and proper resolution

              My name is Joshil Sharma from baddi, Himachal pradesh. My problem is my bike Hero xtreme 200r (HP12K8166) having engine produce weird sound and I repaired it number of time through authorized service center. But again same condition happened. My bike is in under warranty but Hero motocorp service center told me it's manufacturing defect and it cannot be resolve. I shared this issue to chandigarh care center but problem remain same. so please resolved my issue.

                I have purchase a hero mastro edged key lock set invoice no 60108CJ21V3643 date 20 October 2021 and it was fiitting from national automobile authorised hero service center Nadia district state West Bengal.Lock set purchase bill given, but software charging bill not given. After 10 days same problem occurred, sensor lock problem. Service center says key set haven't warranty so I have to pay all the charges once again.Hero is reputed company, how Spearparts haven't any waranty and how software carges is taken but bill is not provide.

                        I brought hero passion pro Bs6 bike from your dealer venad hero, kollam, kerala, , after two days it shown strating trouble and i3s wasn't working.then I approached to your dealer and they said it is due to damage of battery & they replaced that.after 1 month bike shown same complaint and and approached them again they said it is due to complaint in starter motor and replaced that.now after one month bike shows the same problem and some time bike engine stops working while I do gearshift.what I have to do?? If the complaint repeats I have to replace the bike

                            I, Tajinder Singh, purchased a grey black HF Deluxe (Kick Drum Cast) bike with chassis number MBLHAC049MHF02827 and engine number HA11ERMHF02654, two months ago. Sir, I've had a problem with the gearbox sound since the day I bought it. I've been to your distributor, M/s KAILASH Automobiles, G T Road, Dholewal, Ludhiana, several times to speak with Mr. Karanveer, workshop manager. He claims that everything would be OK after the first service. I went there for service on October 31, 2021, and I'm still having the same problem.

                            Sir, you are kindly requested to check into this situation and resolve my complaint as soon as possible after receiving my mail. I will be grateful to you for everything. I bought it because I trust HERO Motocorp completely. Sir, I eagerly await your thoughtful response.

                                I had given my CBZ Extreme bike (TN 33 AM 6480) in MSK Motors, Erode for complaint registered regarding emission of black smoke and engine noise with acceleration problem. Initially, it was mentioned Rs.6000 for resolving issues but later it was mentioned to change new carburetor with additional cost Rs.6000. Kindly consider this issue with utmost priority and resolve as early as possible with minimum cost. I will be very thankful if this is solved.

                                    I had purchased super splendor from Hero Motocorp Jainco Jammu on June-2021, from purchasing date to till date my bike chain cover give very annoying noise continuously; I had visited 4 times with 2 times service facility as to till date I have run less than 3000 km... and told the whole matter to concern company, but they don't sort out it...
                                    Kindly depute someone, who take responsibility to sort out this problem, company like that; as this gives a bad impact cum bad impression to customer satisfaction...
