Dear HeroMotoCrop,

My name is Surya Jeet, I am a resident of Village and Post – Chapra Purvi – Umaria Bazar, Thana – Dhanghata, District – Sant Kabir Nagar, State – Uttar Pradesh. My elder brother Ram Ashish s/o Jiv Lal Chaurasia had bought Hero Super Splendor bike on[protected] from Sharda Traders (Kamala Motors) Agency Location-Kuri Bazar, Thana-Belghat, District-Gorakhpur on Cash . The agency had given only Sale Letters on the day of purchase and after repeatedly asking for papers, the agency had made the bike insurance on[protected], which was supposed to be provided during the purchase of the bike.
Ram Ashish died in a road accident while driving the same bike. After that the insurance company was informed, the insurance company said that the insurance of the bike is fake, which is not valid. Then we informed the bike agency about the fraud for which the owner of the agency accepted the fraud done by his agency but later he denied the fraud committed.
Therefore, Hero MotoCorp is requested to take action against Kamala Motors Agency and get the bike repaired and pay the personal accident insurance claim to the Nominee.
It would be a great favor by you.

        Respected sir/medam.Iam buying new hero glamour 125 cc midnight black at dt:[protected] place was kandukur town, prakasam district, pin:523105.Showroom is Aanand motors located showroom in kandukur town.My problem iam buying new bike after 20days bike was running problem because in running condition travel journey suddenly bike engine stop. In this time I have complaint showroom but showroom technician was said bike battery was low and do the charging and fixed it.After than this problem was so many times but showroom technician staff is not properly respond and no replace the battery.Iam using hero motor vehicle last 20 years ago and iam trust the hero motors company products but these issues was disturbing me.So please rectify the problem as possible as early.

          Iam Yagnabalaji from guntur andhra pradesh. I buyed a motorcycle on May14th 2021. From the day of buying the bike I have an issue with bike seat but no one is taking action on it. Day before yesterday it means 21th oct 2021 I completed my 3rd service. Really iam saying I didn't expect this type of service in any of the motorcycle showrooms. They are not doing a good service . they do service without cleaning the bike. From this 3 services they didn't wash my bike and saying unwanted reasons like members are not attented, we ate not willing to do this cleaning etc etc... Without cleaning any of the part of bike they charge payment for service I will upload the bills and date for bike given to service epoint every thing..

          Its my 2nd complaint against my problem. Without solving the issue they close the ticket which is raised from my side... I need a perfect service or else company should pay compensation for this type behaviour with there customers...

              मैं अपनी mastero Scooty reg no BR01CQ0842 service करवाया मेरा brake fail था mechanic बोला brake change करना पडेगा मैं बोला change कर दो उसने change किया दो दिन बाद ही brake फेल हो गया मैं service manager को बोला तो बोला drum खराब है बोला अभी drum नहीं है एक सप्ताह में आ जाएगा तो फोन करूगा लेकिन अबतक कोई call नहीं किया और जो मेरा new brake shoes खराब हुआ इसका जिम्मेदार कौन होगा

                It's really fed up o[censored]sing Hero maestro edge scooter. There is not even a single month without even 3 complaints (self motor, carbarator, headlight). Every month we used to take it to service center more than twice. Last week it was not starting so, we contact to the service center and they took more than a week for servicing it... The very next day, in between the traffic it was not functioning properly... This vehicle was bought by giving a good amount and we spend twice the amount for repairing it. Then what is the need for buying it ? We will not recommend anyone to buy this scooter.It is very pathetic that, we are fed up with this scooter.Need a proper solution at the earliest.

                    Bought Splendor Plus special edition before 2 months. First service completed. From the day one I bought the Splendor Plus cot off during running. Kindly what will happen to the rider. Whether the heromotocorp GM will use a Splendor Plus which is a life threat. Even after first service it is switching off during running many times. Stop the the sales and save poeple. Kindly take back the vehicle and refund me my money.

                      This is Akbar Ali Shaikh who is really now feeling harrassed sice the day I bought Passion Pro in Mar 2021. Firstly I haven't received the product as per desired quality expected. The day I purchased the bike, the battery issue has been started on the same day. The battery then replaced and agin after a week the issues begin. Service center then resolved the issue at that period. Now the issue has again started after passage of 6 months.

                      On contacting with showroom, I was instructed to o visit the battery shop. Battery shop refused to exchange the battery. Please call immediately to me.

                            I purchased new passion pro bs6 but it has many problems from starting such as, gear shifting prob., engine stop in running position, no starting in gear while taking clutch and i3s not working. 2nd service completed but problem not solved by service centre.

                              My self Tejpal ( mob [protected], [protected] ) Bike Splender plus purchased in last year, now 4 services done but our bike problem not resolved from day one . Our Problem is Bike engine stop during running on road and noise coming from back wheel break assy. I have many complaint in Himgiri Hero Agency, Badsahpur, Gurgaon, Haryana but they are not taken any strong action . It is a safety concern problem, so resolve on priority basis .

                                    I purchased hero glamour in August 2020 from an authorised dealer (Shelar automobiles, Pune) but still I am not able to get my bike insurance. I tried to call many times to dealer but he is not answering and even he is not calling back to me. Please look into the matter.

                                        मुझे आपके इस हीरो बाइक की वजह से बहुत परेशानी है । जो मेने आपके डीलर को बताया है और वो मेरा बाइक 15 दिन से शो रूम मे रखा है । मुझे आप पुलिस complaint करने पर मजबूर ना करें मैं ने ग्राहक सुरक्षा में compalint डाली है लेकिन उसकी फीस नहीं डाली क्यू कि मै नही चाहता की किसीभी तरह का प्रोब्लम आपको हो ।में खुद प्रोब्लम मैं हु मेने अपके डीलर को बताया है कि मै 2 दिन का टाइम देता हूं लेकिन वो मानने को तैयार नहीं ।
                                        मुझे या तो मेरा payment देदो या फिर बाइक दूसरा देदो
                                        में बाइक में कुछ भी रिपेयर नहीं करवाना चाहता। क्यू कि मेने एक बार रिपेयर करवाया था लेकिन फिर से यही प्रोब्लम हुई। में क्या रिपेयर ही करवाता रहूं वरना में आज ग्राहक सुरक्षा की फीस जमा करदेता हूं फिर पुलिस complaint भी करुंगा और आपके हेल्पलाइन पर से मुझे इस जवाब मिला की मेने ऐसा कहा मेरा बाइक दूसरा देदो बरना में जला दूंगा तो वहां से ऐसा जवाब मिला ऐसा करने से कंपनी को कोई फर्क नहीं पड़ेगा । आप जल्दी जवाब दे।
