Bike service not proper
Meri bike 9000km aprx. Chli hai and 2 bar klich plate bar daal chuke hai abhi 15 dine pahel hi klich plate dali hai and pick up abhi bhi nahi hai
Bike abhi bhi wasi hi chal rahi hai koi improvment nahi hai and har baar bas bill hi banaya kerte hai
Abhi main saft me kat lagaya uska alag bill bana diya
Aaj bike le ker aaya hu bike...

We have been here form 10:30 AM and the people here are this busy that they do not have the time to properly listen to you even after their own mistake the servicing was done and we paid the amount and then further we had the same issues even after takeing the services for the same concern when we returned they ignored to help on asking the said all are busy...

Muje apke company ka bike nahi chahiye. Muje mere paise wapas chahiye. Kyu ki apke bike ka part kidhr bhi available nahi h...

Employee behaviour is so bad not talk good tone and I'm purchase Hero Splendor all black and now 15 day complete but my bike Number plate is not done not RC done.
And yesterday I'm asking your employees when my Paper work Ok
so he talked with me in bad language and behaviour so bad not heard customer so I'm shy feel for your company.
I HOPE YOU SOLVE MY PROBLEM....

I have bought my bike July 2020 but it's fuel motor is fused I drop my bike Tewatia hero service center faridabad on 31.10.21 but problem is not resolved no one give the confirmed delivery date and received I call I went 4-5 times but problem not resolved
I facing many problems die to my bike unable to continue my job....

Oil is visible from the packing of the engine I bought bike 25oct2021 which didn't even run 50kms. Engine packing and oil dipstick is showing oil...

Worst service I have received at the service of saidpur. There were many parts are unavailable, and there is no information about the parts to the supervisor I face many problem regarding this issue......

I serviced my hero passion x pro on yesterday from T.R Motors MAIN GT KARNAL ROAD, PIAO MANIYARI, KUNDLI, SONIPAT, 131028
they charged 325 for hero 4t plus genuine engine oil but the MRP on product is rs.242 and they argued with me had use bad words they just deny they did not did anything wrong they just scratch the MRP written on bottle of Engine oil with some screw driver and also they charged gst on engine oil how they can charged...

I bought on 2 oct a splender bike but I face many issues in the bike it has many manufacturing defects In my bike gear and engine problem may be not fine. Please exchange or provide another bike or another model....

I bought a hero splendor + i3s, I have only 4000 km now i3s is not working and vehical have some manufacturing diffects....

As informed earlier, still I am having the following trouble in my vehicle.
1) The first(01) issue While shifting down the gear from 4th to 3rd or 3rd to 2nd, engine was knocked and went to off condition

a) While that point no 1, could not start if play the clutch. Hence only to start again the
engine...

I have purchase a hero mastro edged key lock set invoice no 60108CJ21V3643 date 20 October 2021 and it was fiitting from national automobile authorised hero service center Nadia district state West Bengal.Lock set purchase bill given, but software charging bill not given. After 10 days same problem occurred, sensor lock problem. Service center says key set haven't warranty so I have to pay all the charges once again.Hero is reputed company,...

Sir maine malad East se authorised Hero showroom se bike purchase kiya hai aur bike acchi chal rahi thi par first service hone ke baad bike ek dum vibrate kar rahi hai aur pick up bhi nahi le rahi hai maine service center main bike lekar gaya tha to waha ke worker ne kaha 100cc ki bike se jyada pick up ki umeed mat rakho aur aur meter bhi band ho gya tha unhone 142 rs lekar mujhe jhut bola ki part change karna hoga aur kuch bhi nahi kiya...

Bohra motors, fatehnagar, udaipur, Rajasthan, deceive me and overcharged for the splendor plus bike because their another nearby showroom gives the same bike 3000 rupees cheaper.Please arranged that they give me my 3000 rupees back....

I brought hero passion pro Bs6 bike from your dealer venad hero, kollam, kerala, , after two days it shown strating trouble and i3s wasn't working.then I approached to your dealer and they said it is due to damage of battery & they replaced that.after 1 month bike shown same complaint and and approached them again they said it is due to complaint in starter motor and replaced that.now after one month bike shows the same problem and some time...
