Hi,

I had purchase Hero Passion Pro new model below mentioned are the details, I had purchased this as a brand but I don't know the good quality material you used to make Engine parts which is broken by in small hole on road which is full of water, while travelling in City area, it's my luck I am not on highway or any other village side road with your Hero bike 😂, I had went to your service centre Khambalpada Dombivali East, Thane district Service centre name Avenue Auto they have told me too long process in which I need to pay the amount to service centre to repair bike of cheep quality as mentioned above, which is my fault as I trust on Hero brand, I had share pics on social media and we'll to my family friends for your brand advertising for free of cost, I am not interested to spent my money for this type of bike, hoping that you will contact me and give me quick solution if you have some worry for your customers, Before this also have issue with my engine please check your record for the same

      I bought one bike from Autoneeds Hero MotoCorp, Gurugram showroom 2 months back but still I don't receive my RC & Number plate yet I try to contact the staff members related to my problem but no one is looking for my concern. It's almost more than 2 months I am fed up from this all so this is my request to you to please resolve my problem as soon as possible. My bike chasis number is MBLHAW129MHGA0024.

        I bought the new passion pro bike from my nearest ajency but after two days my bike's battry low then I gave him to charge and again this issue happen. They are not telling the proper solution and ajency did not give proper service.

          मै[protected] को splender Plus खरीदा था[protected] को Bike Start नहीं होने लगा। Subdealer sahu Motor Latehar को बार_ बार फोन करने पर भी कोई संतोषजनक जबाब नहीं मिला। अंत में[protected] को मै अपने से Bike को धक्का देकर 5km दूर showroom मे पहुंचा दिया। 3 दिन के बाद गाड़ी स्टार्ट कर हमे दे दिया गया। परन्तु फिर से[protected] को Bike स्टार्ट नहीं हो रहा है showroom वाले मेरा फोन recive नहीं कर रहे हैं।

                Sir, Recently i went for my bike super splendor service . They suggest me to replace the battery of the bike. When i asked when i will get battery replacement they told me it would take 15 days or more.
                I am facing so much difficulties with my bike as there is no battery in it. I have to kick my bike many times manually to get start.
                Please, Pay your kind attention to my problem and replace my battery asap.

                  I have a KARIZMA R model with REG NO-JH 15D 5574 which got accident last month. I approached to BANSAL hero showroom, DEOGHAR, JHARKHAND for parts damaged but till date they could not confirm that parts will be available or not. My insurance claim was rejected by CHOLA insurance due to delay of repairing. Please suggest what should I do and what was my fault?

                      This has to inform you that I have Changed Clutch plate of My Motor Bike dt[protected] from Authorized Service station of Hero But right Now Clutch is not working properly. I Have gone to Service center on[protected] of Hero MotoCorp-Jhilmil but he denied to replace my clutch plate. Now Clutch is very bad condition. The service supervisor is Mr B N Rai and his Contact no. is ([protected]) & Manager is Mr sujan paul & his Contact No. ([protected]). Service center is not hearing any problem and behavior is very bad.

                              I gave my hero vehicle for service on saturday on yuva motors faridabad and in saturday till 6 pm but later on at evening they call me ans said that you will get your Vehicle tomorrow evening i said ok but then i'll didn't get any information by their side on next day which is sunday so i try to contact them on sunday evening but they do not answering and their number are also off so they took my scooty for more than two days which is saturday or sunday and i didn't get my scooty yet.

                                  After the engine is getting cooled, when i start my scooty, the whole body of the scooty alongwiyh the enginr is vibrating awkwardly. This is happening after i got the 2nd free servicing done at Amit Hero, inda, kharagpur.
                                  Though i reported the issue twice to the service centre, they denied the fact while i am facing this issue everyday.
                                  Worst service centre and worst servicing.
                                  They just destroyed my scooty.

                                    Its only work 2-2.5 years... Cdi 2175₹ for cdi after pairing it will cost you more than 3.5k to 4.5k...
                                    And the digital meter it will cost you 3.5k ... And that is my story from my maestro edge... Digital meter, engine, lock, cdi, indicators buttons, horn buttons etc thats is cost me to 20k.

                                      Mere pas November 2015 ka HERO MAESTRO hai jo 42000 kilometers chalai hai jiski regular company service karvata hu.Mera scooter mein ab tak tin bar engine problem hua hai aur Pura engine company warranty me banvaya hai. Har bar meine company me sikayat ki hai mete scooter me koi manufacturing defects ya kami hai jiski vajah se engine kharab ho raha hai aur company me request bhi ki agar koi problem ho to please uska solution dijiye ya fir muje scooter change Kar dijiye uska jo bhi charging amount hai vo me pay karne ko taiyar hu but please koi solution dijiye. Kya meine HERO scooter lekar koi galti ki hai ? Kya HERO company products kharab banati hai ? Kya HERO company me vishvash nahi Karna chahiye ? Kya HERO company ko apne costumers ki koi parvah nahi ? I think meine HERO scooter lekar galti ki hai.

                                        My Glamour FI no. UP32EH4047 is in very good condition and was running very well but on 24.09.21 an starting problem occurred and my bike didn't got start. I immediately called Hero authorised service center i.e. Goel Motors, Ring Road Lucknow and they took my bike in there workshop. After then till now they kept my bike and said that the part required for my bike is not available and they have ordered for same, and today i.e. on 09.10.21 they said that part has arrived and is costing around Rs 12000/-.

                                        Its a very big amount and cannot be born by me. Hero is a very trustworthy name and if such a problem is arising then Hero is responsible and should replace it on its end.

                                        Hero moto corp is very big company and if such type of problem will occur in its bike which according to me cannot be born by every individual then whats the use of purchasing Hero bike.

                                        I work in a very reputed newspaper and expect Hero Team to help me and repair my bike as its Hero's bike and such a big fault in Hero's bike cannot be expected.

                                        Hoping to get a solution and my repaired bike on urgent basis.
