I have given my bike to Shyama hero workshop on 29.10.2021. I have received my bike on 30.10 .2021. Just I week before I have replaced my rear disc pad & disc plate, but after coming back from the service center (Shyama hero workshop) my disc pad has been weared out and I came to notice that my disc pad & calliper is also not the one I have replaced one week earlier.I came to notice this because I have purchased two disc pads so when I opened the disc pad it was a different one from that I have replaced.This is a very shameful act, whoever have done that .If my complain doesn't seem to take seriously I would not be giving my bikes in any service center.I have already lost the trust.

    I have given my scooter for service from last 5 days. The scooter is moving automatically without giving race. Today received the call that it has been done when I reached there the person said the work has not been completed. The kind of service a customer is getting is pathetic.

      I am writing this complaint with high disappointment.
      My nephew has visited Hero motor service centre in Karnataka - Hassan for his Xpulse 200 2nd service. While giving for service there was a small breakage at speedometer shield but it was working good. But while collecting back the vehicle post service, speedometer was not functional and the service manager Mohan's(+91 [protected]) behaviour was very very rude with my 19 years old nephew which is not acceptable. I am expecting to take an appropriate action on him and rectify the occured issue on priority.
      Quick response is much appreciated and if this is not addressed I will be escalating and publishing in all possibilities.
      Please consider this on priority.

        I noticed that my bike stops suddenly while on ride, and also problem in gear box. I brought this to the notice of the service center during my free services. Till date the issue has not been solved and the service center did not respond well.

        Area of the service center is Tambaram

        In all the services I pointed out that my bike suddenly stops while on ride and also problem in shifting gear but could not get any solution.

            Dear sir,

            1. I have purchased Passion Pro vehicle on[protected] from westcoast motors, Mangaluru by paying the total amount of Rs. 88, 000 and final bill given only for Rs. 84, 760/- .

            2. RC not received till date, contacted via phone and visited showroom several times since January 2021 no response received till date, today also contacted no information received.

            3. My first free service done on[protected] and second service due date on[protected], due to covid vehicle not given for service & showroom also closed during this time and also not received any service reminder call from the showroom.

            I booked for service on[protected] through app, when the vehicle is taken for the 2nd service, the service executive informed that the 2nd free service is expired and that is your mistake, we work as per computer data and we will consider only the 3rd free service not the 2nd Service and they are caring the customers.

            Covid 19 district orders are attached for your reference for lockdown. I request provide reason for not considering for 2nd free service under the covid situation.

            Already 2 mail sent the showroom but till date no response received.

            Referring to above all the points required your immediate action & provide my RC copy earliest and refund the excess amount collected.

                i have buy hero motorcycle on dated 17-11-19, just within two years i am facing problem with my engine, company says we are giving five years of engine warranty.
                i have gone to service center they are asking 17000 nearly to repair my motorcycle engine, i think its on warranty period why they are asking money from me.
                please sir solve this problem i have no money to pay.

                  Speedometer not working new bike

                  Dear sir/madam
                  I purchased a new Passion Pro on 15th of April 2021. but now speedometer not working from 27.09.21 and also indicate the engine warning system. so i check the KVS showroom in Coimbatore.he ask sensor problem but sensor not available now.he ask two days wait after service.now more then 10 days not response the show room....

                  I Sharik Saudagar has purchased Xpluse 200 on 08/10/2019 and in with in 6 month my bike Cushion Assy Rear was having problem i visited to HM motors Panvel on 08/12/2020 and showed them they told me that company warranty is only for 1 year the 1 year year period is expired on 07/10/2020.Hence they requested me to pay Rs.5, 500/- for the new.

                  I have visited a few other service centers of Hero and I came to know that the warranty from Hero is not for 1 years it is for 5 year therefore, I request you to take action on HM Motors and I want a refund from them.

                  Attached Bill copy of Cushion Assy Rear purchased from HM motors on 08/12/2020.

                      My bike meter reading stop automatically and run but service center no change and water also goes in it, showed it 4 times but don't do it right very bed service provider and my bike battery not change I have also charged 2 times but it is not correct, they are not changing it too.I am very angry, I will file a case in YouTube social-media consumer court so plz my problem solve fast now.

                            I went to service in CP reddy Automobile located in Rajahmundry. the actual bill was zero because my bike was on warranty. but they collected 600 rupees. I asked for the bill. they refused to give the bill. I thought I will check in the mobile app. after that I went home. after one hour they changed my number in the record to some other unknown number to stop me to get the bill on my mobile. changing my number in my records without my permission is a crime. collecting money for zero bills is illeagle. please take action and give me justice.

                              मैने 5 सर्विस कंपनी से करवाई किसी मैं भी प्रॉपर सर्विस करके नहीं दी। मैंने 2 बार शिकायत भी की बैटरी की उन्होनें थोड़ी बहुत चार्ज करके दी। अब वो बैटरी बिलकुल काम नहीं कर रही है अब कंपनी वाले बोल रहे हैं की बाइक 20000 किमी चल चुकी और मैंने बाइक 08/06/2020 को नई ली थी कंपनी वाले बैटरी पर जो डेट है वो दिखा रहे हैं और बता रहे है कि आपकी बैटरी की 18 महीने की warranty पूरी हो चुकी

                                    I have have purchased a new pleasure plus scooter from ARR Hero sub dealer in Nellikuppam on[protected].

                                    We park the scooter in home 29th september 2021 try start the vehicle it is not started then complaint to dealer. They come to home 30th september morning and got the vehicle to near by service center TKR Hero subdealer, Panruti and check the vehicle they told to change the entire wiring system.

                                    My vehicle is to month old only it have Insurance and warranty but the service cost is not covered you have to pay Rs2642/-

                                      I have done my Duet service on dated 25/9/2021 at service center Himgiri
                                      Automobiles(P) Ltd. A-19, Jhilmil Ind Area GT Road Delhi- 110095

                                      But the services & billing is not satisfactory as mentioned below:-

                                      Service issue- Passing light is not working & Side stand indicator not working

                                      Billing issue in Charged Labour details- Himgiri has charged as showing Regular service(Paid) of Rs 413
                                      Brazing- Rs 59
                                      Clutch Shoe Replacement- Rs 283.20
                                      Cable Comp Throttle(R/R)- Rs 120.36

                                      Total Charged in Labour details- 875.56, Which is not justified

                                      I request you to review the matter and arrange to refund of excess charged Rs 462.56 and arrange to provide service technician at my home to resolve the service related issues as mentioned above.
