I have have purchased a new pleasure plus scooter from ARR Hero sub dealer in Nellikuppam on[protected].

We park the scooter in home 29th september 2021 try start the vehicle it is not started then complaint to dealer. They come to home 30th september morning and got the vehicle to near by service center TKR Hero subdealer, Panruti and check the vehicle they told to change the entire wiring system.

I have done my Duet service on dated 25/9/2021 at service center Himgiri
Automobiles(P) Ltd. A-19, Jhilmil Ind Area GT Road Delhi- 110095

But the services & billing is not satisfactory as mentioned below:-

Service issue- Passing light is not working & Side stand indicator not working

Billing issue in Charged Labour details- Himgiri has charged as showing Regular service(Paid) of Rs 413br...

Hi sir hero passion pro bike oil leakage no of times I am complain in service center but they are not resolve my problem and they charge high amount for service so please take action against them thanking you sir

I purchased Splendor+ on 10th December 2020 (AP39HA8221).

I noticed that my bike stops suddenly while on ride, and I brought this to the notice of the service center during my free services. Till date the issue has not been solved and the service center did not respond well.

My bike number is UP32 LB 3758
I have given bike in the service center R.S Hero, sringar nagar, alambagh at 9 am in the morning for change of clutch plates and when i reached the showroom to take the bike . No work was done and nobody wax aware that the bike was given in the Morning
It was very disappointing for me. Kindly look into this matter...

I serviced my Splendor pro bike to Santosh automobiles Muradnagar, Ghaziabad (UP).Pls tell me the regular service charges of A category or Splendor pro bike.I think they charges more.325 instead of 275....

I purchesed a moter bike splender plus but after some month battery gone dead. so i request that provide me new battery soon..

Problem :- 24 H/L (headlamp) NOT Working, Side Stand Auto Cut & Gear not showing on screen.{ after first free service)

Hero Motocorp has lower its standard as well as lack of skilled and educated service persons and staff at service center.

On October 1, 2021 I took my GLAMOUR X-TECH for its First service after purchase at DHRUV AUTOMOBILES, before Servicing My vehicle was working fine (beside minor issues)....

I gave my vehicle for a full service and tyre change 1st time. But they have said excess bill for service. You can check with your billings. And the second time, after a month i got ballrs kit problem because less fork oil. Fork oil doesn't checked. I had a mess between the service manager and he said that we need revenue, we wont say anything, customers should say whats was the issue. And today 2nd October i got my vehicle, with heavy sound...

There is no way to talk, Bo talks very rudely with every customer and always talks to the customer in the street and does not even pay the service bill and takes more money from the customer and the message of the bill is very less. comes
And on the new motorcycle, more money is charged than the rate....

Dear Sir, i have visited at your service center Nagloi New Delhi on dated 12 sep'21. Your team suggest clutch plate, wire and oil will be change. Work is done by your team and claim 1923 rs amount. same time i have pay all amount. Now from 29 Sep'21 same issue has been come from bike. My bike number DL9SAX1713.
