    Sir,
    This is to inform you that I Rajinder Singh purchase a new bike super splendor on 06 Aug 2021 invoice date 09 Aug 2021 from Baldev Raj & Sons Palampur authorized dealer:Hero MotorCorp.On running of only few kms nearly 200kms bike started problem in running smoothly. Earlier it might be think that might be issue with Servicing and the same sent to above mentioned dealer on 217 kms dated 24 Aug 2021 for first servicing and problem in bike related to pickup and heating problem in engine same narrated to the agency.
    1) First breakdown of the bike came to the problem on 14 Sep 2021 at 1730 hrs in Brankad and the case with the agency registered with case no. T[protected].Bike got repaired and handed over to them.
    2) Second breakdown on 415 kms with case no TI00804668 with major issues such as engine heating problem, pickup problem, gear changing problem
    Agency is failed to detect the problem in newly bike result in bringing frustration and loosing faith among customer.It must be necessary that fault in bike to be resolve at the earliest and undertaking to be given by company and agency so that bike will not come to breakdown as it will simply led to wastage of time for customer
    such failure of newly purchased bike from hero motocorp will break down the trust between hero motor and customer. issue to be resolved to earlies

      श्रीमान् मेरा सुपर स्प्लेंडर बाइक UP61AK8047 का सड़क पर पशु को बचाने में मेरी बाइक सड़क किनारे से पड़ा पत्थर से टकरा गयी जिसमे गाड़ी के बाहरी पार्ट के साथ इंजन लोड लेना बंद हो गया जिसे मै दो दिन बाद शिवा हीरो ऑटो एजेंसी महाराजगंज गाजीपुर में दिनांक 09/09/2021 को जमा किया एवं बाइक की स्थिति बताया मुझे बताया गया की इंजन सम्बन्धित कार्य सर्विस वर्क शॉप में होगी बाइक सही होने पर आपको काल किया जायेगा एक्सीडेंटल इन्सुरेंस में
      शिवा हीरो ऑटो एजेंसी महाराजगंज गाजीपुर द्वारा हीरो सुपर स्प्लेंडर बाइक UP61AK8047 का बाइक एक्सीडेंटल का कम दो दिन में पूरा होंने का मैसेज मिला मै इंजन का काम बाकी होगा इसलिए एजेंसी 16/09/2021 को बिना एजेंसी के फोन के ही मै बाइक लेने एजेंसी पंहुचा एजेंसी पर बाइक का एक्सीडेंटल काम पूरा कर कोने में खड़ी की गयी थी जिसमे तेल टंकी का लाक कबाड़ में फेक दिया गया था खोज बीन के बाद क्षतिग्रस्त लाक लगाया दिया गया विरोध करने पर कहा गया की ज्यादा दिन बाद आने पर यही होता है की सामान इधर उधर हो जाता है एवं बाइक के इंजन का कार्य भी अधुरा था जिसे मै माइनर सर्विस जॉब कार्ड[protected] बनवाकर वर्क शॉप मैनेजर के यहाँ गया तो मुझे जवाब मिला की कल विश्वकर्मा पूजा है दूसरे दिन लेके आइये आज काम नहीं होगा मेरी गाड़ी एक्सीडेंटल से बकाया पेड करने पर गाड़ी निचे ला दी गयी मेरी बाइक जो बंद हालत में थी कोई बाइक जमा नहीं कर रहा था जब मै सम्बंधित अधिकारी को शिकायत करने की बात की तब मेरी गाड़ी जमा कर ली गयी |
      मेरे मोबाइल पर बाइक सर्विस जॉब कार्ड[protected] का कार्य पूरा हो चूका है इसका मैसेज 18/09/2021 को आया मै 20/09/2021 को एजेंसी पंहुचा देखा की मेरी बाइक खोल कर रखी है जब मै वर्क शॉप सर्विस मैनेजर से पूछा तब मुझसे ऐसे बात किया गया की वह मेरे पर एहसान कर रहे हो | उनसे मेरा सवाल यह था की जब मेरी बाइक का कार्य पूरा नहीं था तब बाइक डिलीवरी का मैसेज क्यों भेजा गया जवाब मिला जॉब कार्ड हर दो दिन में ऑटोमेटिक क्लोज हो जाता है इसलिए यह मैसेज गया है इसी को लेकर विवाद की स्थिति उत्पन्न होने लगी तब मुझसे पेट्रोल नहीं देने का बहाना शुरू हो गया मेरे द्वारा कहा गया की यदि मै नहीं आता तब पेट्रोल कहा से आता क्या इसकी सूचना कॉल या मैसेज से दिया गया? क्या एजेंसी को मेरे ऊपर कोई बकाया है ? क्या एजेंसी बाइक में पेट्रोल उपयोग कर चार्ज नहीं लगा सकती है ? कोई जवाब नहीं मिला| मै जब भी शिकायत के लिए गया हु एजेंसी मैनेजर हमेशा मीटिंग में ही रहते है अंततः मै जब उपभोक्ता फोरम शिकायत की बात कह कर मै घर चला आया |
      तब जल्दबाजी में दूसरा माइनर सर्विस जॉब कार्ड[protected] दिनांक 20/09/2021 को जारी कर दिया गया जिसका 25/09/2021 को मैसेज के अनुसार एक बार फिर बाइक डिलीवरी के लिए तैयार है लेकिन अब तक कोई काल नहीं आया है |
      सवाल नंबर 1 - बिना किसी बाइक या गाड़ी का काम पूरा हुए बिना जारी सर्विस जॉब कार्ड बंद किया जा सकता है ?
      सवाल नंबर 2 - किसी उपभोगता से बात करने का सही तरीका क्या है ?
      सवाल नंबर 3 - किसी विक्री या सर्विस एजेंसी पर सर्विस कार्य हेतू तेल होने चाहिए या नहीं
      सवाल नंबर 4 -बार बार परेशान करने का मुवावजा एवं उपरोक्त दोषी पर कार्यवाही करने वाले अधिकारी का विवरण ?
      अतः आपसे अनुरोध है कि मेरी बाइक जल्द से जल्द सुरक्षित व सही उपलब्ध कराया जाय एवं उक्त एजेंसी का लाइसेंस रद्द किये जाने का अनुरोध करता हूँ |

        Humne bike kharida 2017 mein hero splendor i smart 110cc jismein problems hain :-
        1.Full engine ka kaam 2021 mein
        2.Battery change ho gaya hai
        3.Slef start kabhi kabhi kaam karna band ho jata hai
        4.Digital meter band ho jata hai kabhi kabhi
        5.Mileage ka pata nahi sayad 50 km.per litre hoga jo ki sahmat nhi hain
        Aina bekar h jaldi dheela ho gya hai itne sare problems aane se humlog iss bike ko lekar pareshan ho gye hain agar aaplogo se free mein bnana hota hai toh banane ki mahan kripa karein ya toh ho sake toh yeh bike change karne ka prayash karein bhala itna jaldi bhi koi bike mein engine kaam mangta hai kya na toh hum rough bhi nhi chalate .So problem ko solve krne ki kripa karein

            Hi,

            I am Halappa Dhangar. I have purchased new bike Hero Splendor+ BS6 Non I3S in last Diwali season Nov 2020. When I was purchased bike to till date sensor light is continuously ON and also many times automatic bike stop and not start. I am many time show this issue to showroom they people keep my bike first time 2 days & 2nd time 3 days told me we have check with internally and also they people told me we have not laptop how can we check and disable this light. When we receiving laptop we will disable this light.

                January 2021 I was bought New Hero Passion Pro BS6 bike from Golden Harvest Auto Agency, Ariyalur, Tamil Nadu. After one month I had Lot of problems in my bike [Like Engine automatically while driving, Self Start is not working, Gear Strucking, Kicker start also not working, Engine speed automatically rise and down]. So I was very disappointed. I was went same showroom 3 times for this complaint. Still my bike problem is not rectified. I had very disappointed with Golden Harvest Auto Agency, Ariyalur. My kindly request, Please Recover my bike problem or Change my bike. Please do needful As soon as possible.

                  I had taken Destini 125 just a month ago, out of which I had to go to the service center 3 times to show it. This has been the worst experience of my life.And till now my scooter is not fine. From now on, I will never advise anyone to take Hero's scooter.

                          I purchased a bike last year in Diwali but after a weak later I experienced problems with my bike related to gear box as while driving the bike it goes to neutral automatically I complained about it to service center number of times and repaired the bike from service center number of times even after the problem is still there and not after that they say your bike has no problem while I facing the same issue now and Don't no what to do even my bike is under warranty I complaint the bike problem to regional manager or some high authority person but they even don't do anything about the same now after lot of headache with a bike now exploring legal advice on the same

                                      I have purchased my glamour bike from gondia my bike number is mh35 aq4834. The bike is switched off automatically during riding. I have visited twice to service centre but problem could not be rectified. They have personally check the bike and found that their is a problem in the bike.They told me that they have ordered some faulty parts but even after three months period no any parts has arrivedand till date no any part has been replaced and also the problem is also not rectified. I have getting to much problem in driving the vehicle as it frequentely switch off. It does not start in quick time in trafic. The hero bike are worst now a days and also they are not rectifying thier problems. I am also ready to change the bike as it is worst bike i ever had

                                        Dear sir,

                                        Yesterday I have given my vehicle for the service of my 5th servicing in-hero showroom at Owaisi crossroad (Beside Hasha Shopping place) Hyderabad Telangana.

                                        I am hereby sorry to inform you that I was not satisfied with the service that your members to my Vehicle No TS12EQ5033.

                                        I have been Argued with them regarding the Brakes are not working properly, so they have been suggested to change the Chain kit and Brake pad Etc in the next service period.

                                        So My Argument in this is if the brakes are not working properly right now so why should I have to wait for the next service.

                                        So KIndly request you to take the action upon this.
