Respected Madam/ Sir, I want to bring to your kind knowledge the tragic movement of my life which happed on 25th of June 2021.
My name is Vikram, 24 years, married and having a child. In the year 2013 when my father past away ever since I am the only bread earner for my family. (5 members in the family)
I started working in Forntizo company at Panchkula IT park as CSA .
My office is about 7 Km far to go to work I used to use the hire auto sometime I had to wait for the auto so long and I used to get late for the office therefore me and my family decided to have our own vehicle /Motor Bike .
I went to a bike Hero agency KRISHNA AUTOMOBILE BARWALA, Panchkula (Mob.[protected])
They said I can get a bike if I give 12000 rupees as down payment and rest the amount they will do me a finance by ICICI Bank as they have some kind of partnership with them their agent seats in the same showroom they assured me that I don’t need to go anywhere they will provide all solution for my problem under one roof at their showroom. They said that the total amount of the motor bike SPL+ self Black silver STR with loan including all accessories, file charges, processing fee, passing, 5 years insurance, RC, TN, will be 80150/-only .I asked they for written quotation but they said there is no need of as such they will charge me whatever they have said not more than that.
They provide me the checklist of documents I needed to buy a bike.
On 25th of I went to their showroom along with all the needed documents and money cash in hand 12000/- which I gave to them for the same bike I selected bike SPL+ SELF BLACK SILVER STR
My loan was proceeded and I brought the bike to home I did noticed that bike was not as smooth as it has to be I called the Bike Agency and toll my experience they said it’s a new engine that’s why it’s not smooth if I keep riding it will be ok within one or two days .
After riding for few more days I went for the first service in a authorized Hero agency whatever they told me was very disgusting to me they said that my bike has got manufacturing defects and I need to go to the agency I brought the bike.
I went to the agency and asked them about this they accepted that the bike is defective which means they knew from before about the defects
They asked me to give the bike to them and they will repair it and give me back after some days.
I felt cheated these fellows have cheated me gave me defective bike I asked them to replace the bike and give me new one they denied and said that they will do only repairing they also misbehaved with me and asked me to do whatever I can .
I felt so scary but I was not agreed with them because the whole bike is defective. If I had to buy a motor bike which I need to go for repairing I could have brought an old one for far cheaper price than this.
I went to their agency several times but they are not listening to me .
I am fed up now I see no hope
Not only that after some days I received a mail from ICICI bank with loan statement in it i was again shocked looking at the statement they charged me 2800/- extra which they are not giving me any explanation on that .
I am cheated by this agency and ICICI bank
I want to asked few questions
1- Why they give me a defective bike
2- Why they are not replacing it with new
3- Why they have charged me more than they said
4- Why they are forcing me to have the same bike and get it repairing is it my fault?
5- When the bike was defected how they did the loan without inspecting it
6- How RTO passed this bike when it was defective I got the RC
I seek your kind help to replace my bike as well as asking for reimbursement of the extra money bank charged me.
