    I have purchased Hero HF Deluxe MH-16 CW 8056 from Mohit Auto Jamkhed Pin- 413201 on 25th June 2021.
    As per the deal the on road price was 67000 ( Including all the charges of RTO + Bike handling + Insurance etc. ) On the same day I made the 20000 as a down payment . The remaining amount for the bike will be paid i.e 47000 + 3500 (Finance Processing fees) = 50500 from the LTI finance. When i asked for the bill copy they denied and give the explanation orally. They mentioned that they took 2000 as a commission charges and out of 2k they have to pay 1k to their Main dealer Said Deep Hero Ahmednagar.

    As per the LTI finance statement the sanction amount and disbursement amount is respectively 54876 and 50071 which is higher than the remaining balance stated above
    ( Rs. 50500). Due to this mismatch in amount I asked to Mohit Auto Jamkhed for the invoice copy and insurance copy but they are not providing the same. They are saying that Purchase Invoice and Insurance will be delivered from RTO with your RC book.(what a nonsense is this)

    From last one week i'm asking for all documents but not a single document has been provided to me. This is unexpected and will not tolerated any more.

    Questions:

    What kind of commission ? is it legal from Hero MotorCorp?
    Why the are not providing the Tax Invoice and Purchase invoice?
    Because of their commission amount finance amount is more so have to pay more interest for the same. who is responsible? and why should i pay more?

          Hi Team,

          This is in regards to the bike purchased from Vijay Auto Deal(Badlapur East) which says its Authorised Hero. Myself Bhavinkumar Vijay Mehta had purchased bike Glamour XTec from Vijay Auto Deal on 24 of Aug 2021. I was being committed by the Dealer that I will be provided Leg Guard for my Bike but unfortunately I have not yet received till date i.e. 19 Sep 2021. I purchased Hero Bike for easy part availability and better service but now I truly regret looking at the service I am getting. For each and every small aspects I need to follow up so much – for Owners Manual I got on 13 Sep 2021 after multiple follow ups now for leg guard again I need to follow up so much. Even after paying INR.2548/- extra from other vendors(when we asked for bifurcation no written bifurcation provided to us- We were told we cannot give in writing), I had purchased bike at INR. 102000\- and bifurcation I got is only for INR.99452\- so what about extra INR.2548\- charged where it went, why cant a customer get in written is it so difficult to be transparent with customer ?) and also what was committed that is leg guard its taking so long time we really regret our decision of choosing Hero.

          I have taken multiple follow-ups from Dealer but every time when I ask them they say its not available from Company itself. Need one confirmed date when it will be received as we are tired now by following up with Dealer every time we get the same answer for almost a month.

          I want proper bifurcation of my amount in written and if not possible shall refund the amount- First they told they charged for handling charges when I told its illegal now they told the person who told dont knows it and its other charges and commission when I told commission is included in ex-showroom price than no answers and told me nobody can give you in writing for the same. Secondly I want exact date when leg guard will be received as its almost a month now.

          Let me know if any more inputs/ further actions required from my end.

            I am very happy about the performance of Hero Glamour. If Heromotocrop can install a sensor inside the fuel tank, it shows the amount of fuel in number format not in line format. Customer easily know the amount of fuel ( Number Format) is available inside the fuel tank. Petrol pump cannot cheat to the customer. When a Customer add some amount of fuel in petrol pump he will not blindly believe of petrol pump digital reading.

              Dear sir,

              We got our bike engine overhauled from ARC Motors Okhla Delhi on 26-March-21, till date it is under warranty, since overhauling we found abnormal sound inside the engine and in every service we filed complaint for it Get it done, but no one gave any response and said unwanted things like this is your misconception, some sound does come after engine overhauling and it will be after some time. We are very surprised by your service team and we think people were right to say that we should have engine our bike from outside, but still we got it done at the service center, because we thought its working properly at the service center It will happen and it will be good too.

              Please reply otherwise we can go with consumer court.

                I have a hero impulse 2011 model. I need a replacement for its fuel tank but none of the Hero authorized dealers or service centers are willing to assist. Hero discontinued the bike in 2016 just 4 or 5 years after its launch. Now I can't use my bike without a functional fuel tank. I need hero to produce and provide me with a replacement as I can't just throw away my bike in a scrapyard.

                  Last week 09-09-21 on I given my bike for service, Order no:21245-o2-PSAO[protected] in Sri Sai Automobiles. Actually main problem is No pickup and Vibrating from Engine to Back seat. As they suggested to change chain sprocket kit, but After complete of service also there is no results.
                  On15-08-21day I re visited showroom now their Supervisour and Mechanics are simply telling need to change Gear Box, shock absorbers and Clutch set. I suggested them to check engine bolts (6months back I faced same problems they tighted bolts to stop Vibrating), but they are nor agree with me.
                  After Halh an hour argument I absorbed that side dome scroo not fixed in right way, they don't know how to fit, (Srinivas Reddy told rashly that, if you want you can fit that scroo in your home as you like) I realize that they don't know these simple scroo tight don't know, how they know about engine bolts. For your reference I am attaching pics before and after scroo.
                  I have good opinions about Hero group- but This is not right way to Sale Spare parts, and please recruit actual mechanics in showroo

                    I gived my accidented HERO pleasure scooter at RASI AGENCY, JAYANKONDAM.ARIYALUR DISTRICT-621802.TAMILNADU on[protected] for damaged ports replace and servicing. Today my scooter was delivered but the handle bar is bent. When I try to riding scooter on road the scooter goes to one side i.e. right side. That's why not comfortable to ride. I spent my money arrount Rs-12, 000. See attached bill's. but still my scooter not good to ride and very very bad servicing and also that servicing centre took too much time arrount 48 days I feel very sad what can I do. Please kindly rectify my problem as soon as possible short period.

                      I sent my bike JH 01CM 0683 for regular service on 13.9.21 at Rahul Hero service center karamtoli Ranchi. Battery replaced is not working properly. My staff is waiting since 11 am for replacement. Very non cooperative approach by Hero service center. How can you expect about good remarks on such type of service. .

                      After complaint of amco battery it was replaced by exide but without mentioning it in the bill. Polish option was cut without any initial by any responsible staff. Bill of exide battery is missing. Just 50 meters away from service center bike stopped and troubled in starting. My staff argued the service personnel to do needful but was denied flatly. In the roadside repairing shop it was repaired after payment. Is it the way to behave the prime customer who never goes other repairing place after its purchase in 2017. How can one rely upon ur irresponsible and arrogant behaviour o[censored]r staff. Now it compels us to get service other center and complaint against you in consumer court.

                        Hello sir
                        I have purchased glamour ibs disc type in 2019. It's IBS break master cylinder is leaking due to which its ibs is not functioning. I want to the showroom for the cylinder and it was not available. I asked them many times to order the product but they refused to order it. I visited many times to the showroom but they misbehaved and refused to provide the products including a rear Mudguard of glamour ibs sx which was available at the showroom.

                        The showroom is the authorised dealer of your company. Now I request you to provide the products including;
                        1IBS Master cylinder for glamour ibs disc type
                        2 Mudguard for glamour ibs sx 2019.
                        from any other showroom or ask the dealer not to misbehave the customers and provide the products through him thanks

                            I brought my bike in the previous year 18th, December 2020, But now something 8-9 months are completed, As I expected I didn't get that type of service from your dealers.when I gave for 1st servicing of my bike in a company I said to the service man my problems but they can't solve my problems. And I completed my 3 service and I said all times to the service man but they can't solve my any problems. And my problems are 1.Bike off very much time in continue ride, 2.when I stop the bike and the bike automatically off I firstly get into the neutral back and after that bike was start, 3.when I gave into 3rd service and when the bike comes after 2or3 days the lock gets jammed and how much I should I try then the lock opens.so I hope that you can solve my problem as soon as possible!

                              I brought my bike in previous 18th, December 2020, and Now 1year is also not completed.when I gave my bike for 3rd service in a showroom they not service as I think.After servicing there are many issues come, such as lock disappeared, and bike off very much time at continue ride, and one also THE GEAR WAS not changing properly and when bike off automatically we can first do in NEUTRAL after that bike will start. We say this all issues in RAJDEEP HERO SHOWROOM, CITIEM, AHMEDABAD, GUJARAT.when I gave my bike for first time servicing in a company I say to these all problems to the service man, but they can't solve my problem. So that was I need to complain you and, I hope that you solve my problem as soon as possible

                                I, Sri SujanSarkar, purchased a Super Splender on 20/01/2021, Now I have been facing problems with my bike, the problems are as follows.
                                1. The bike stop suddenly now & then.
                                2. The mobile has been leaking
                                The took the bike to your Company Show room at Sankar Auto Centre at Raiganj, Uttar Dinajpur, West Bengal. Now I had number 7(seven) times gone to the Showroom service centre for repair but paid bills and had no results out come. Now the service centre has become only a commercial establishment without giving any relief to customers.
                                You are kindly requested to take necessary steps so that I can get relief from the defects . I had talked with the service centre but had no results. If the problem is not attenedimmediately, I will have no options either then going to consumer court for getting proper justice.

                                      My office is about 7 Km far to go to work I used to use the hire auto sometime I had to wait for the auto so long and I used to get late for the office therefore me and my family decided to have our own vehicle /Motor Bike .

                                      I went to a bike Hero agency KRISHNA AUTOMOBILE BARWALA, Panchkula (Mob.[protected])

                                      They said I can get a bike if I give 12000 rupees as down payment and rest the amount they will do me a finance by ICICI Bank as they have some kind of partnership with them their agent seats in the same showroom they assured me that I don’t need to go anywhere they will provide all solution for my problem under one roof at their showroom. They said that the total amount of the motor bike SPL+ self Black silver STR with loan including all accessories, file charges, processing fee, passing, 5 years insurance, RC, TN, will be 80150/-only .I asked they for written quotation but they said there is no need of as such they will charge me whatever they have said not more than that.

                                      They provide me the checklist of documents I needed to buy a bike.

                                      On 25th of I went to their showroom along with all the needed documents and money cash in hand 12000/- which I gave to them for the same bike I selected bike SPL+ SELF BLACK SILVER STR

                                      My loan was proceeded and I brought the bike to home I did noticed that bike was not as smooth as it has to be I called the Bike Agency and toll my experience they said it’s a new engine that’s why it’s not smooth if I keep riding it will be ok within one or two days .

                                      After riding for few more days I went for the first service in a authorized Hero agency whatever they told me was very disgusting to me they said that my bike has got manufacturing defects and I need to go to the agency I brought the bike.

                                      I went to the agency and asked them about this they accepted that the bike is defective which means they knew from before about the defects

                                      They asked me to give the bike to them and they will repair it and give me back after some days.

                                      I felt cheated these fellows have cheated me gave me defective bike I asked them to replace the bike and give me new one they denied and said that they will do only repairing they also misbehaved with me and asked me to do whatever I can .

                                      I felt so scary but I was not agreed with them because the whole bike is defective. If I had to buy a motor bike which I need to go for repairing I could have brought an old one for far cheaper price than this.

                                      I went to their agency several times but they are not listening to me .

                                      I am fed up now I see no hope

                                      Not only that after some days I received a mail from ICICI bank with loan statement in it i was again shocked looking at the statement they charged me 2800/- extra which they are not giving me any explanation on that .

                                      I am cheated by this agency and ICICI bank

                                      I want to asked few questions

                                      1- Why they give me a defective bike

                                      2- Why they are not replacing it with new

                                      3- Why they have charged me more than they said

                                      4- Why they are forcing me to have the same bike and get it repairing is it my fault?

                                      5- When the bike was defected how they did the loan without inspecting it

                                      6- How RTO passed this bike when it was defective I got the RC

                                      I seek your kind help to replace my bike as well as asking for reimbursement of the extra money bank charged me.

                                      sorry to bring this to your kind attention that till now no solution is provided for my problem . Hero moto corp is not doing anything to help me rather they are asking me to get the only cheese (which has a manufacturing defect ) replaced whereas all the bike has got got manufacturing defects . Hero moto corp and the local dealer are so confident to harassed anybody because they no that the no officer will listen to the consumer . they are saying do whatever i can do hance last door for my help is consumer court .
                                      i am hopping to go to court this week and fight till i get justice

                                        My name is Vikram, 24 years, married and having a child. In the year 2013 when my father past away ever since I am the only bread earner for my family. (5 members in the family)
                                        I started working in Forntizo company at Panchkula IT park as CSA .
                                        My office is about 7 Km far to go to work I used to use the hire auto sometime I had to wait for the auto so long and I used to get late for the office therefore me and my family decided to have our own vehicle /Motor Bike .

                                        Hello Sir, thanks for your email and communication
                                        As I said earlier i bought a new bike hopping it will have no issue because i am working for an IT company i dont have time to go again and again to your workshop to repair/part replace .
                                        i feel its and was totally your responsibility to give me ok condition new bike when i have paid the the cost .
                                        I have visited your workshop/agency 6 times and taken six leaves from my office but you could not give me any concrete solution .
                                        sir, I hereby request you to kindly replace this bike because the bike has got so many defects . why should i take a defected bike and always raise issues visit your workshop
                                        if i needed such bike i could have bought a used bike for 20k and gets its parts changed new for another 10 or 15k . why you are putting such a big burden on me which i cant bear .
                                        who is responsible for the harassment and the work loss I am facing .
                                        The dealing of your representatives is very rude. They call me and argue with me .
                                        why are you forcing me to continue with this defected produced.
                                        why should i go for repairs ?
                                        i am harassed enough, tired and have no time and energy to argue with you .
                                        if i loose my job because of this bike (took 6 leaves in a month of time attending calls in my working hours ) i will come to your agency with my wife and child and protest .

                                        i am very much disappointed and depressed.
                                        I humbly request you if you want to change and replace my bike please do that else don't make my situation more pathetic.
                                        I think you dont have place to hide . you have sold me a defected bike
                                        i am in trouble you are not replying . just letting time to go and making me to give up and be agree to whatever cheap solution you are providing .
                                        let me tell you i will not give up
                                        my money is earn with sweat
                                        I will fight till my last breath
                                        i am soon to go to your Bike agency and start protest with my family .
                                        i will seat in protest untill you change and give me another bike in replace .
                                        i am a victim you want to oppress my voice .
                                        i am not gonna leave .
