I have a hero pleasure scooter. That one accident at 28th July-021. I given the vehicle to service centre for change damaged spares. But still my scooter service not completed. That service centre manager told spares ordered but still not come more than one month.

    Respected Madam/ Sir, I want to bring to your kind knowledge the tragic movement of my life which happed on 25th of June 2021.

    My name is Vikram, 24 years, married and having a child. In the year 2013 when my father past away ever since I am the only bread earner for my family. (5 members in the family)

    I started working in Forntizo company at Panchkula IT park as CSA .

    My office is about 7 Km far to go to work I used to use the hire auto sometime I had to wait for the auto so long and I used to get late for the office therefore me and my family decided to have our own vehicle /Motor Bike .

    I went to a bike Hero agency KRISHNA AUTOMOBILE BARWALA, Panchkula (Mob.[protected])

    They said I can get a bike if I give 12000 rupees as down payment and rest the amount they will do me a finance by ICICI Bank as they have some kind of partnership with them their agent seats in the same showroom they assured me that I don’t need to go anywhere they will provide all solution for my problem under one roof at their showroom. They said that the total amount of the motor bike SPL+ self Black silver STR with loan including all accessories, file charges, processing fee, passing, 5 years insurance, RC, TN, will be 80150/-only .I asked they for written quotation but they said there is no need of as such they will charge me whatever they have said not more than that.

    They provide me the checklist of documents I needed to buy a bike.

    On 25th of I went to their showroom along with all the needed documents and money cash in hand 12000/- which I gave to them for the same bike I selected bike SPL+ SELF BLACK SILVER STR

    My loan was proceeded and I brought the bike to home I did noticed that bike was not as smooth as it has to be I called the Bike Agency and toll my experience they said it’s a new engine that’s why it’s not smooth if I keep riding it will be ok within one or two days .

    After riding for few more days I went for the first service in a authorized Hero agency whatever they told me was very disgusting to me they said that my bike has got manufacturing defects and I need to go to the agency I brought the bike.

    I went to the agency and asked them about this they accepted that the bike is defective which means they knew from before about the defects

    They asked me to give the bike to them and they will repair it and give me back after some days.

    I felt cheated these fellows have cheated me gave me defective bike I asked them to replace the bike and give me new one they denied and said that they will do only repairing they also misbehaved with me and asked me to do whatever I can .

    I felt so scary but I was not agreed with them because the whole bike is defective. If I had to buy a motor bike which I need to go for repairing I could have brought an old one for far cheaper price than this.

    I went to their agency several times but they are not listening to me .

    I am fed up now I see no hope

    Not only that after some days I received a mail from ICICI bank with loan statement in it i was again shocked looking at the statement they charged me 2800/- extra which they are not giving me any explanation on that .

    I am cheated by this agency and ICICI bank

    I want to asked few questions

    1- Why they give me a defective bike

    2- Why they are not replacing it with new

    3- Why they have charged me more than they said

    4- Why they are forcing me to have the same bike and get it repairing is it my fault?

    5- When the bike was defected how they did the loan without inspecting it

    6- How RTO passed this bike when it was defective I got the RC

    I seek your kind help to replace my bike as well as asking for reimbursement of the extra money bank charged me.

    sorry to bring this to your kind attention that till now no solution is provided for my problem . Hero moto corp is not doing anything to help me rather they are asking me to get the only cheese (which has a manufacturing defect ) replaced whereas all the bike has got got manufacturing defects . Hero moto corp and the local dealer are so confident to harassed anybody because they no that the no officer will listen to the consumer . they are saying do whatever i can do hance last door for my help is consumer court .
    i am hopping to go to court this week and fight till i get justice

      Hello Sir, thanks for your email and communication
      As I said earlier i bought a new bike hopping it will have no issue because i am working for an IT company i dont have time to go again and again to your workshop to repair/part replace .
      i feel its and was totally your responsibility to give me ok condition new bike when i have paid the the cost .
      I have visited your workshop/agency 6 times and taken six leaves from my office but you could not give me any concrete solution .
      sir, I hereby request you to kindly replace this bike because the bike has got so many defects . why should i take a defected bike and always raise issues visit your workshop
      if i needed such bike i could have bought a used bike for 20k and gets its parts changed new for another 10 or 15k . why you are putting such a big burden on me which i cant bear .
      who is responsible for the harassment and the work loss I am facing .
      The dealing of your representatives is very rude. They call me and argue with me .
      why are you forcing me to continue with this defected produced.
      why should i go for repairs ?
      i am harassed enough, tired and have no time and energy to argue with you .
      if i loose my job because of this bike (took 6 leaves in a month of time attending calls in my working hours ) i will come to your agency with my wife and child and protest .

      i am very much disappointed and depressed.
      I humbly request you if you want to change and replace my bike please do that else don't make my situation more pathetic.
      I think you dont have place to hide . you have sold me a defected bike
      i am in trouble you are not replying . just letting time to go and making me to give up and be agree to whatever cheap solution you are providing .
      let me tell you i will not give up
      my money is earn with sweat
      I will fight till my last breath
      i am soon to go to your Bike agency and start protest with my family .
      i will seat in protest untill you change and give me another bike in replace .
      i am a victim you want to oppress my voice .
      i am not gonna leave .

            श्रीमान मैं कल 10/09/2021 10:33AM को हीरो सर्विस सेंटर अपनी स्कूटर की सर्विस करवाने गया था जिसका का job card number SR#[protected]RSRB[protected] हैं जो की पूरी तरह से सही थी फिर मैं अपनी स्कूटर को वही सर्विस सेंटर पर छोड़ आया फिर उसी दिन 12:27PM को हीरो सर्विस सेंटर के Superviser का कॉल इस नंबर से [protected] आया था जिसके द्वारा बताया गया की आपकी गाड़ी की wire मे कोई दिक्कत आ गई है तो में तुरंत वहा इस बात को सुनकर सर्विस सेंटर गया तो देखा कि स्कूटर की पूरी wiring kit, hero service centerके staff की गलती से मेरी वायरिंग जल गई है जब मैंने कहा जो आपकी गलती से मेरी wiring kit जली है उसको ठीक करके दे तो service सेंटर के मैनेजर जितेंद्र कुमार शर्मा द्वारा कहा गया की इसके लिए आपको पेमेंट करना और अभी यह स्टॉक में नहीं तो आपको स्कूटर को एक हफ्ते के लिए सर्विस सेंटर पर छोड़ना पड़ेगा। तो मेरे द्वारा कहा गया यह आपके स्टाफ की गलती के कारण हुआ इसलिए इसका भुगतान में नहीं करुगा में केबल सर्विसिंग का चार्ज दूंगा क्युकी मेरी स्कूटर सर्विस से पहले पूरी तरह से सही थी इसके लिए मेरे द्वारा hero moto corp के टोल फ्री [protected] से शिकायत भी की गई है जिसका शिकायत क्रमांक[protected] है अतः आपसे निवेदन है मेरी स्कूटर की जो भी wiring kit, hero service center ANAND FAB AUTO SALES SERVICE के स्टाफ से सर्विस के दौरान खराब हुई उसको बिना cost के एवं जल्द से जल्द बदले ताकि मैं इससे मुझे बहुत ही परेशानी का सामना करना पड़ रहा है

              I have purchased the said vehicle on 17.05.2021 vide invoice no 1017BE21S86 from Tirupati and subsequently I have serviced from Sri Gopal Automobiles on 10.07.2021 vide invoice no 1017CG21V3367. From then oil is leaking from the engine and due to paucity of time as I have been working as a Chief Manager in State Bank of India, I have taken the vehicle to Sri Gopal Automobile from whom I have taken delivery of the vehicle on 17.05.2021 on 08.09.2021 and they said that vehicle will be delivered on 09.09.2021. But till today vehicle is not delivered and they are saying that parts are not available. To my utter surprise how can a vehicle is 3 months old and run 1120 KM as on today get damaged. Are you selling inferior vehicles after parting from Honda ? as I have two vehicle in my name and my daughter's name ( you may verify the vehicles AP21 AJ 5904 & AP21 BS 0875). They have not given any problem till today, whereas the new vehicle is giving unnecessary agony to me. I would like to know that don't you have any policy for replacing defecting vehicles ? Now the dealer is saying that for getting of the part it will take more than 14 days, now how can I do the job/ work without the vehicle. Please update me

                I have an xpulse 200 and there have been very loud rattling sounds coming from the engine...

                I reched out to the showroom for the 4th time in1 month and the problem still persists.

                    I sold a Hero Glamour byke 10 th June 2020.Byke is ok but Battery is not ok. I tell to service center my byke battery problem. Their are do not step to my Problem. Two time in charging Battery.
                    Now face this problem. No improve.
                    So please step my problem.

                    I have also glamour BS6 & regularly facing issue but after several visits they have not any solution. This bike come with manufacturing defects & failure to resolve such issue.
                    They didn, t serious about their complaint just move to consumer court and file complaint through "edaakhil.nic.in".

                      I bought a hero glamour bike from your authorise dealer Abhinandan Automobliles, Muktapur Assam on dated 12/10/2020. But after few days arise engine defect as leakage of engine oil. Many time i complaint to the authorise dealer for this problem but they are unable to solve this problem.Engine defect found from long long time. Already i lost my money so much and wasted my valuable time .Now what can i do?

                      So i request you to change my engine and give us a ideal service from you.

                                I book my new glamour xtec on 8aug 2021 by hard cash, retailer told me that your cash back will be announced on 10th aug as we know hero completed 10 years as a HERO brand after 10 aug i contact showroom where I purchased my bike I.e. Kashinath jalan belaisa azamgarh. But showroom manager deny to give my cash back amount. I am working in varanasi so I can't visit showroom, I request HERO that my problem resolve as soon as possible.

                                  1- battery mein problem a rahi hai gadi start Nahin Hoti kitne se start Hoti Hai kam se kam aadhe ghante bad
                                  2- Do Bar showroom Mein Dekho wali battery charge Karke Dete Hain Do 5 Din bad Mein Vahi problem a jaati hai
                                  3- software 3 4 5 bar update Karva Diya lekin abhi tak usmein update Nahin Hua time set Nahin Hai
                                  4- service centre not respond for battery and software update

                                  I have also glamour BS6 & regularly facing issue but after several visits they have not any solution. This bike come with manufacturing defects & failure to resolve such issue.
                                  They didn, t serious about their complaint just move to consumer court and file complaint through "edaakhil.nic.in".

                                    I have bought my new bike (HF Deluxe) on 30/11/2020. Not even 1 year has passed and I have been seeing issues in the battery from the time I bought it. Forget about the self-start. it's not even starting after many kicks. It also stops abruptly which is very dangerous on a road. The sound of an engine after travel is also not a typical sound that we hear on other bikes. There have been a total of two servicing and still, the issues are not fixed. Either you have low-skilled mechanics in your workshop or it is a manufacturing defect. So, I need someone to address this issue and either fix it or replace this bike.

                                        I have a complaint regarding my hero passion pro bike bought from KOYENCO HERO nadakavu calicut. The self start complaint of my bike is not corrected by koyenco service centre. I changed the starting motor too. But no result. Please help me. I am really sorry to say that i lost the trust of hero motocorp by this Koyenco dealer.
