I book my new glamour xtec on 8aug 2021 by hard cash, retailer told me that your cash back will be announced on 10th aug as we know hero completed 10 years as a HERO brand after 10 aug i contact showroom where I purchased my bike I.e. Kashinath jalan belaisa azamgarh. But showroom manager deny to give my cash back amount. I am working in varanasi so I can't visit showroom, I request HERO that my problem resolve as soon as possible....

1- battery mein problem a rahi hai gadi start Nahin Hoti kitne se start Hoti Hai kam se kam aadhe ghante bad
2- Do Bar showroom Mein Dekho wali battery charge Karke Dete Hain Do 5 Din bad Mein Vahi problem a jaati hai
3- software 3 4 5 bar update Karva Diya lekin abhi tak usmein update Nahin Hua time set Nahin Hai
4- service centre not respond for battery and software update
Aapki extreme gadi Mere to Samajh Mein...

I have bought my new bike (HF Deluxe) on 30/11/2020. Not even 1 year has passed and I have been seeing issues in the battery from the time I bought it. Forget about the self-start. it's not even starting after many kicks. It also stops abruptly which is very dangerous on a road. I have a complaint regarding my hero passion pro bike bought from KOYENCO HERO nadakavu calicut. The self start complaint of my bike is not corrected by koyenco service centre. I changed the starting motor too. But no result. Please help me. I am really sorry to say that i lost the trust of hero motocorp by this Koyenco dealer....

CBZ xtreme 2012 model cylinder block not available in service centre and service centre incharge ask that it came in 10 to 15 days or more then 15 days.How can customer suffer for too more days.plz do needful asap....

I have purchase destiny 125 2year ago from manesar . Dealar sold me one year passed destiny in same price. Problem is that service centre employees not coprative. I have serviced my scooty in dharuhera haryana at neerat auto care. Very misbehave employees are there. They don't know how to talk with customers. Servic done by them very poor and charges too high. I go there for my problem second day they not resolve it. Parts are also not available...

There was a battery issue with my new purchase bike (160R Extreme, Red colour).
Dealer name: Cynosure Manik Auto Centre Hero Dealers Kolkata, Madhyamgram. They kept my bike on 17th Aug'21 and assured to replace the bike battery within 5 days. But till now they haven't replace the battery. However I have received sms from HERO on 1st Sep'21, saying that my bike is ready and call is closed even they kept my bike with them only and battery...

But now last 15 days i have received unwanted call from customer care 4-5 time in a day regarding EMI. They are asking that you have sufficient balance or not. Please stop this type calling on urgent basis.

While running the engine gets off suddenly and won't start again, the issue gets repeated several times even though i serviced 3 times only for the mentioned issue alone.Whenever i reach out the service center they needed a engine kill switch replacement, even after 3 services the issue remained unchanged. for a daily commuter like me who entirely depends upon my vehicle for both my proffesional and personal needs this kind of issue really...

It's been 8 months I am using this scooty. Rear chrome grill broken during riding by itself. Self not working. Service center people told me to replace the battery, still problem not solved.
Noone responding, talked to customer care but got no solution....

Sir, This is bhargava from chimakurthy Prakasam district.I gave my bike in chimakurthy service center to change mudgar, handle bar, silencer plate and some small parts .But they are purchased spare parts in local automotive shop and fitted to my bike without my permission and intimation.when I am asked them to give system generated bill they gave me locally bill and the rates are all show room prices....
