    Within 7 months of taking the new vehicle, the battery of my vehicle was faulty and I had asked for a replacement 3 weeks ago at the place where I bought the vehicle but it has not been replaced yet ...pls i need the help...

      We purchased a bike for our company Shri Khatu Shyam Alloys Pvt Ltd on 31.05.2021 from Amar Auto silvassa, Dadra And Nagar Haveli, the bill is attached with this mail.
      We have many times visited Amar Auto silvassa, Dadra And Nagar Haveli, but till date we have not received my RC Book And Number plate. We are very harassed by traffic police from time to time, so we are requesting you to take necessary action for this matter and solve this on an urgent basis.

        I have purchased hero glammer bike with lot of confidence but bike is not upto mark becose it's getting lot of noice in vaiser and tell lamp like 10 years old bike I am not happy with this bike when I gave for service my bike informed to service adviser which in vijay motors BIJAPUR KARNATAKA -586101

        But issues not resolved, Kindly check and improve quality for upcoming bike

          I Purchase a hero duet model two wheeler from your MS & S House, Janatha, Palarivattom, Ernakulam, Kerala 682025 showroom in the year 2016. After 5 years I started regretting to choose you as an option. From 2020 onwards the vehicle starts showing some complaints like suspension problem, lights are not properly working, and the Color body gets fade and the body become to much Rusted. For this the service center charges a huge amount for repair this problem. Almost around 3000/- I was spent to fix these problems.( 2-3 times). Then after July 2020 onwards the vehicle gets starting problem (self start). As the vehicle have some trouble related self start. Every time I need to use Kick function to start the vehicle. Then I went to service center and they charged almost Rs.800/- to fix it. After that, on the way to my home the vehicle starts to shows the same problem. Then I Went back to the service center to inform the same. Later they changed some cables and again they charged almost 550/- . But after that also the problem is not resolved. After that we tired to approach the service center as they are really ineligible to solve our problem and also they charge a huge amount for each service without doing anything. As a middle class person I'm not that much financial assistance to bear this charges. Although we need to repair the scooter, so we approach to a workshop. They also said the vehicle as too much problems and the service center persons are ineligible to fix the problem related to their own vehicle. For that service from the workshop we need to spent almost 10000/-. Then after also the problem was not solved. The vehicle starts showing the same complaint again and again. We approach almost 3 dealers of Hero. All of them are saying the same thing that they are helpless to cure our problem as the don't get any spare parts of this model. Now[protected] You guys are forced me to sell the vehicle due to the insufficient and bad service from your customer support team. From 2020 April - 2021 July, I spent almost Rs. 16000/- to repair the vehicle. but still it is not working properly. You guys are providing 15 Years assurance to a vehicle? only after 6 years I need to sell your vehicle. I consider almost 3 mechanics, and all of them are advised me that don't buy any vehicle from hero, as they provide the worst service and they do not have spare parts of their own vehicle. I sell the vehicle to EVM Honda, Vyttila branch. After that I feels that I must share my bad experience with You and the people who are going to purchase vehicle from Hero. After all of this there I get a bad news again, that the palarivattom hero showroom was closed down. Now tell me sir, what should I do in this situation. As a low salaried employee I could not afford this much cost to maintain a two wheeler. Can you provide a better solution. Hope you will help us.

          Rs.13000/- is only the exchange value I got when I exchange the hero duet two wheeler. After providing this much information, if you are not able to give an accurate reply to me then I may approach the consumer court to resolve my problem

          I have also glamour BS6 & regularly facing issue but after several visits they have not any solution. This bike come with manufacturing defects & failure to resolve such issue.
          They didn, t serious about their complaint just move to consumer court and file complaint through "edaakhil.nic.in".

            Hi,

            I have given my vehicle (Maestro edge) to the Hero Service Center located at Peraiyur, Madurai district. Its have completed almost 4 days. But I didn't get proper response from the service center. Everyday they told me multiple reason for not yet complete. Bike also purchased before 6 to 7 month only. Now the complaint is bike engine is not starting..

              I am sarfraj sama from gujarat junagadh-362001, i have a splendor plus canvas, 3 months old and i have a problem in bike that rear alloy wheel is not aligned properly thats why the bike is wobbling too much i have said to the workshop owner about that 2 times when i give the bike for service but they didnt give the solution about that and said that there is no problem in your bike we cant do anything they behaviour is so rude i have that problem since i purchased this bike but all workshop staff is ignoring the problem and they just wash and give the bike to cutomer after servicing the bike and saying that there is no problem in your bike they dont want to work so please its my humble request to you that please solve my issue

                    My bike super splendor when the speed of 40 to 60 it jerks like it does when the oil runs out. I bought this bike on 06th April 2019, since I have bought the bike, the problem is since then all my service has been done in the showroom, whenever I say that the service was not correct even after that. Carburetor, ast coil, plug have been changed in this bike. The first service is done at Aman Motors Vijay Nagar Ghaziabad, Singla Motor Sec 58 Noida, om Motor Rakesh Marg Ghaziabad, which is not correct my problem, so I request you to either fix the problem of my bike or engine I hope you get my bike changed and you cast my bike to be corrected as soon as possible.

                      मेरी बाइक सुपर स्प्लेंडर जब 40 से 60 की स्पीड तो वह झटके लेती है जैसे की तेल ख़तम होने पर करती है | मेने यह बाइक 06 अप्रैल 2019 में खरीदी थी जब से मेने बाइक खरीदी है तब से ही प्रॉब्लम है मेरी सारी सर्विस शोरूम पृर हुई है जब भी सर्विस होती में कहता हु उसके बाद भी सही नहीं हुई | इस बाइक में कारबोरेटर, अस टी कोइल, प्लग चेंज हो गए है | पहली सर्विस अमन मोटर्स विजय नगर ग़ज़िआबाद, सिंगला मोटर सेक् 58 नॉएडा, व् ॐ मोटर राकेश मार्ग ग़ज़िआबाद, पर हुई है जो की मेरी प्रोब्लम सही नहीं हुई है अत आपसे निवदेन यह है की आप या तो मेरी बाइक की प्रॉब्लम सही कराए या फिर इंजन चेंज कराए आपसे आशा करता हु की मेरी बाइक को आप जल्दी से जल्दी सही करने का कास्ट करे.

                          I bought a splendor ismart 110 bike from, A U Bhurawala, Himatnagar. There i have bought annual service package with 4 services. Now i have two services remain since 5-6 months i have been complaining about changing horn and light component but always they give us excuses like they don't have component, they have order it and will be soon come, they are giving that excuse since 6 months. And i have complaint it to service manager and he misbehaving with us and said come after 15 days they are saying this since 4 months. I talked with showroom manager and he was being rude with me and not giving me proper answer. We are being mentally torture from last 6 month.

                                  i am form Lucknow and i had purchase scooty pleasure from your faizabad road store .before some time i had given form claiming the scooty at lekhraj store in that days they have exchanged my good thing to older and damaged things like diggi(which damaged from many place), kilometre (when i had drop my scooty my kilometer reading was 46000 km and they record 44400km and when i get back scooty the reading was 44053 km ), and fuel meter is not working when i droped the scooty it was absolutely working very well and tool kit also .all lekhraj store staff making me fool that i had given damaged scooty . are you all making customer fool at the time or service and claiming the scooty etc.resolve this otherwise i will go for consumer forum.
                                  what is this i want back all my original things of my scooty
