I Purchase a hero duet model two wheeler from your MS & S House, Janatha, Palarivattom, Ernakulam, Kerala 682025 showroom in the year 2016. After 5 years I started regretting to choose you as an option. From 2020 onwards the vehicle starts showing some complaints like suspension problem, lights are not properly working, and the Color body gets fade and the body become to much Rusted. For this the service center charges a huge amount for repair this problem. Almost around 3000/- I was spent to fix these problems.( 2-3 times). Then after July 2020 onwards the vehicle gets starting problem (self start). As the vehicle have some trouble related self start. Every time I need to use Kick function to start the vehicle. Then I went to service center and they charged almost Rs.800/- to fix it. After that, on the way to my home the vehicle starts to shows the same problem. Then I Went back to the service center to inform the same. Later they changed some cables and again they charged almost 550/- . But after that also the problem is not resolved. After that we tired to approach the service center as they are really ineligible to solve our problem and also they charge a huge amount for each service without doing anything. As a middle class person I'm not that much financial assistance to bear this charges. Although we need to repair the scooter, so we approach to a workshop. They also said the vehicle as too much problems and the service center persons are ineligible to fix the problem related to their own vehicle. For that service from the workshop we need to spent almost 10000/-. Then after also the problem was not solved. The vehicle starts showing the same complaint again and again. We approach almost 3 dealers of Hero. All of them are saying the same thing that they are helpless to cure our problem as the don't get any spare parts of this model. Now[protected] You guys are forced me to sell the vehicle due to the insufficient and bad service from your customer support team. From 2020 April - 2021 July, I spent almost Rs. 16000/- to repair the vehicle. but still it is not working properly. You guys are providing 15 Years assurance to a vehicle? only after 6 years I need to sell your vehicle. I consider almost 3 mechanics, and all of them are advised me that don't buy any vehicle from hero, as they provide the worst service and they do not have spare parts of their own vehicle. I sell the vehicle to EVM Honda, Vyttila branch. After that I feels that I must share my bad experience with You and the people who are going to purchase vehicle from Hero. After all of this there I get a bad news again, that the palarivattom hero showroom was closed down. Now tell me sir, what should I do in this situation. As a low salaried employee I could not afford this much cost to maintain a two wheeler. Can you provide a better solution. Hope you will help us.

Complaint marked as Resolved No steps have been taken by the company regarding my grievance. I request all my friends to reconsider your decision, if you have a plan to by any vehicle from "HERO". They absolutely give an horrible customer service to you once you choose them as your partner

Updated by krishnapriyakrish Rs.13000/- is only the exchange value I got when I exchange the hero duet two wheeler. After providing this much information, if you are not able to give an accurate reply to me then I may approach the consumer court to resolve my problem
