Ive paid 1000 for booking for two wheeler and cancelled the booking on the same day and showroom hasnt returned the money back i am an working individual and i paid them through UPI when i called them to get the amount back they are asking me to come to showroom and they are saying that the full amount cant be refunded for a matter of fact i know that the money show be refunded back by same method paid, i would like my money bak

    i purchased hero byke from your authorised dealer radha automobiles tambaram during end 2029 vide your sr no 206
    model pub
    but regret to inform you that self motor spoled with in 6 months and when enquired the bluntly said two years warranty is not for parts. This is really a shock to me, a leading concern like will not act like this. Would request your dealer to give replacement

      My self Jabar lal from diSt- pali, Rajasthan 306707,
      I have a super splendar IBS bike,
      I purchase in 28/10/2019, he is engine side cylender piston is crack,
      I already talk to hero service Centre,
      I want replacement,
      There is local seller hero showroom not responding to me, I have 5 year insurance but he not responding to me,
      I am not happy.
      But one think is I love this bike, but I am not satisfied

      Sir only 1year 6 month in piston crack, I can't seen this problem in any company bike,
      Plz change piston, I am not responsible for this,

            I got the bike serviced on 10th August, so I told some problems in it which I had told on the first service also but till date it has not been fixed. This time I told them that the bike light is a little high, so it should be slightly Turn it down, then he opened his light and lowered it. After that when I came out and checked that light, 1 light was burning in it and the other was not burning. So I went to him yesterday and told him that my light is from here Take If it gets spoiled after leaving, then replace it, then those people are asking for its money.When I told him that you have spoiled this light, then he was saying that whether the light is worse with us at the time of service or it is worse than you later, but you will have to pay the money.Now my complaint is that when the light service center people have damaged it, then why should I pay for it. I want my light perfect and I need a solution as soon as possible

              I purchase hero destiny and all service complete after some time approx 12 month its automatic breakdown and not work properly so plz give some advice otherwise i lodge complaint against it. It's a fraud

                MH15GT0715 is my registration number of my pleasure, I have purchased it in 2019 from Kamal showroom, Nashik.

                The details in my RC when I received was wrong, so I am constantly following up with them for corrections.

                It's being two years but still I am constantly following up with them and my RC is also submitted in the showroom but still not result.

                Worst service from Kamal Hero showroom, Nashik.

                Didn't expect such poor service from Hero motors.

                  My motorcycle number is RJ27 WS 0704, whose service was done on 09.08.2021 at Udaipur Motor, Hiranmagri Sector No. 05, Udaipur Rajasthan. I have a joyride card, due to which the labor charge for my service is free. But Udaipur Motor charges Rs.40 from me for installing race-cable in the motor cycle. charged as labor charges.

                      I (Partha Mukherjee, [protected], [protected]@rediffmail.com) have purchased Hero Glamour BS6 (chasis no. - MBLJAW159LGH14142) on 12.11.20 from Bhagwati Automobiles, Chirkunda, Dhanbad-828202, Jharkhand. The bike has regular problem due to stoppage of engine since it's purchase. The engine of my bike automatically stopped anytime anywhere whenever I operate clutch and lower the accelerator near bumper or any other reason. On the contrary, it is really hard to start the engine during every morning. This causes huge problem for me specially during running in crowded areas . I have complained the service personnel in Chirkunda showroom several times but no such result obtained after reprogramming of the vehicle also . Regular service as per schedule of Hero also have done but the all failed to solve my issue.

                              That I purchased a Maestro Edge from Mahadeep Motors, Jhalawar (Rajasthan). I visited the showroom for service of Maestro Edge on date 09.08.2021. In this regards the following problems were faced the during the service of my vehicle by dealer and service manager are being explained underneath:
                              1. Service attendant is not mention of my queries related to problem in maestro Edge in service job card and behavior is not good.
                              2. Problems are not resolved during service of vehicle and I feel troubles in each service.
                              3. Staff and manager behavior are not friendly and Service of vehicle is not completed at given time.
                              4. Where is the vehicle kept after service, this information is not with the service attendant?
                              5. During the service, if any body parts of vehicle replaced. Extra labour charge will be paid.
                              6. Please provide the service work schedule of vehicles and rates charts as per your company policy.
                              7. Please provide the CCTV footage of my vehicle during the service time.
                              8. Body part replaced in my vehicle and included double labour charge (Service labour charge + labour charge of body part replaced) in bill. I am not agreed to paid doble labour charge. They have not given my vehicle.
                              9. If extra labour charge will be paid why they were not insurance claim.
                              10. I feel uncomforting going to office without vehicle.
                              Therefore, you are requested to please look into matter seriously and direct to exempt double labour charge from my bill and given my vehicle as early as possible. Hope you will consider my request.

I visited the showroom for service of Maestro Edge on date 09.08.2021.                                     I was given a vehicle for service hero splendor plus, the technician said the engine boring was problematic. And chain. I called them for status oc service no one respond. Directly I visited the showroom they said vehicle was ready. I paid the 10000 amount I took the vehicle. After the service battery was nog working ax well indicators. No dedicated person is there to check the vehicle properly. It is very rudely bahaviour. Without any prior information they were taken extra 1000rs for good life card.I never asked them
