    I have purchased glamour BS6 FI in Feb 2021, and there is problem from beginning that, when I left it in sun even only for 15 minutes, then it will not start easily. It will start after one hour automatically, I have afraid from this bike, it is worst experience of bike in my life.
    Bike is not good. I would like to hero motocorp to replace this bike or resolve the problem.
    When I complaint about this problem in service centre they refuse to accept this problem, and fail to resolve the issue.

    I have also glamour BS6 & regularly facing issue but after several visits they have not any solution. This bike come with manufacturing defects & failure to resolve such issue.
    They didn, t serious about their complaint just move to consumer court and file complaint through "edaakhil.nic.in".

      I buy a new byke on 06/07/2021 ... Now only 1.5 months life...
      FUEL PIPE OF Super splendor Bs6 MODEL IS BROKEN AUTOMATICALLY ON ROAD... NOT AVAILABLE IN ALL NEAREST SHOWROOM... SO MY BYKE IS NOT START WITHOUT THIS...

      I WANT TO CHANGE THIS PART VERY EARLY AND FREE OF COST COZ UNDER WARRANTY...

              With great anger I am complaining about the bad happening with me
              on 13.08.2021 at 12.30 p.m. i went to HERO SERVICE, R.M .MOTORS, OPPSOITE TO PVP HALL, VIJAYAWADA, ANDHRAPRADESH.
              my problem was to change the accelerator wire and they told it will take 2 hours and advice me to come after lunch i.e 3.00 p.m. and there are telling that it is very difficult task and it takes lot of time.
              then i went on next day i.e. 14/08/2021 at 12.00 P.M and initially they told that it is lunch time u come after 2.00 P.M and they wasted waste half hour and gave great advice to come after lunch after they generation of job card estimate in mean time other customer came and was complain that his bike was kept with them 20 days without any right information
              what is this all sir,
              that's why we go for outside mechanics where they do the job and give good respect and concern for our problem
              very bad service and very rude behavior
              they have very less patience
              first you tell and u order how to respect customers
              i will never go to this worst service center
              all are very rude and reckless fellows

                I purchased a Glamour bike bs6 model last of march 2021, but unfortunately already six times I attend my nearest showroom due to indicator problem, problem of motor pump in fuel tank etc., I am now very very shocked to buy this bike

                    I bought new bike before 6 months. I hardly used it 1874 km till now. My bike automatically stop working. While i show it near authorised service center they told me something wrong in wiring. I just asked one question to HERO MOTOCORP, Do you delivered your vehicle with proper quality testing or not?                                   Ive paid 1000 for booking for two wheeler and cancelled the booking on the same day and showroom hasnt returned the money back i am an working individual and i paid them through UPI when i called them to get the amount back they are asking me to come to showroom and they are saying that the full amount cant be refunded for a matter of fact i know that the money show be refunded back by same method paid, i would like my money bak...

                                  but regret to inform you that self motor spoled with in 6 months and when enquired the bluntly said two years warranty is not for parts. This is really a shock to me, a leading concern like will not act like this. Would request your dealer to give replacement
