There is a hero sales director named 'Rintu'.
The day he insulted me and died on the street[protected]
I was insulted as a thief, and that day he threatened to kill me and insulted me with bad language and even started throwing me in the street. In front of everyone and in front of the customer
As a result of killing me
I lost my headphones and lost a customer's EMI AMOUNT
I had to go to the nearest medical hospital and my body was very bad
I have been in contact with you for the last 1 year, but it did not work. Instead, I was insulted. I just hope for a fair trial. Is this what I want?

I have been in front of the showroom and in the mail since that day. I have contacted him on Twitter and Facebook more than once. I said yes and I was given the complaint number many times, but no one from you forgot to contact me and the trial has not started. For the last one year you have not had time to try this heinous crime, and I and my family and friends all knew that it was an insult to be brought to justice. Thank you for that.
I am deeply saddened by this improper behaviour of such a reputed company. To get harassed for nothing has removed my belief from your hero family relation services.

I have purchased glamour BS6 FI in Feb 2021, and there is problem from beginning that, when I left it in sun even only for 15 minutes, then it will not start easily. It will start after one hour automatically, I have afraid from this bike, it is worst experience of bike in my life.
Bike is not good. I would like to hero motocorp to replace this bike or resolve the problem.
When I complaint about this problem in service centre they refuse to accept this problem, and fail to resolve the issue.

I buy a new byke on 06/07/2021 ... Now only 1.5 months life...

With great anger I am complaining about the bad happening with me
on 13.08.2021 at 12.30 p.m. i went to HERO SERVICE, R.M .MOTORS, OPPSOITE TO PVP HALL, VIJAYAWADA, ANDHRAPRADESH.
my problem was to change the accelerator wire and they told it will take 2 hours and advice me to come after lunch i.e 3.00 p.m. and there are telling that it is very difficult task and it takes lot of time.
then i went on next day i.e. 14/08/2021 at 12.00 P.M and initially they told that it is lunch time u come after 2.00 P.M and they wasted waste half hour and gave great advice to come after lunch after they generation of job card estimate in mean time other customer came and was complain that his bike was kept with them 20 days without any right information
what is this all sir,
that's why we go for outside mechanics where they do the job and give good respect and concern for our problem
very bad service and very rude behavior
they have very less patience
first you tell and u order how to respect customers
i will never go to this worst service center
all are very rude and reckless fellows

I purchased a Glamour bike bs6 model last of march 2021, but unfortunately already six times I attend my nearest showroom due to indicator problem, problem of motor pump in fuel tank etc., I am now very very shocked to buy this bike

I have given my accident vehicle on[protected] but still now they are waiting for spares and parts .every time we go and visit the company but still they said not receive the spares, insurance amount also not credit because of lagging so kindly give my vehicle as early as possible.

I bought new bike before 6 months. I hardly used it 1874 km till now. My bike automatically stop working. While i show it near authorised service center they told me something wrong in wiring. I just asked one question to HERO MOTOCORP, Do you delivered your vehicle with proper quality testing or not? IF yes i would like to cross check with my bike. I was purchased a new hero pleasure plus.
It was only driven 600km.
There are lots of engine vibrations coming.
I was complaining to service center for this fault.
But they are unable to solve this problems.
Then say this fault is company defact.
I was spending 72000rs in scooter.
And not happy.

Hero duet ki gair box me garari set kharab hai mein sirsa hero agency me kai chakkar lga raha hu but abhi tak part availble nahi karwaya gya aur unhone saag mna kar diya ki hamari company ke pass yah part nahi hai . Agar compnay me hi part nahi hoga to kaha par hoga . Is kami ki wajah se meri scooty aaj ek mahine se ghar parkhadi hai .
