Hi, today I just had come to my near by hero showroom for my bike 1st servicing at Raja motors Sodepur . When I am asking for bike washing and polishing they said it's not possible due to the limit staff, how ever at the time of purchase they did not negotiate a single rupee and most shoking part is now they are directly denied that today your bike servicing is not possible so come tomorrow we will give it to you .
My serial number is 10 but they said they can only provide the services till number 7 .

    I bought Hero bike model number: splendor+BS6-I3S DRS, from Majestic dealer in Mayiladuthurai.After there months, the battery is not working condition. I met the dealer about the situation, they removed the battery from my bike and sent to the company 25 days ago. But till now, there is no response from their sides.so please look into the issues and solve the problem shortly.

      I had purchased splendor plus self start on dated 14.08.2018 from Suryanshu Automobiles Orai distt. Jalaun (U.P.) The registration no of my bike is UP92Z5138. After 04 to 05 months of purchase I got a problem in bike regarding self start. I had complaint lots of time on my servicing days about starting problem in the morning specialy. But Suryanshu service centre not taken it seriously. They always told me that now it is all right and there is no problem in self start. After two more complaints in servicing they told me that your battery is damaged and it is to be changed. After my argument they changed my battery in warranty period with new one. But after few months the same problem occurred again. Again I had complaint that again my bike is not being start with self. I often start it by kick. But my complain was not taken seriously.
      When in second last service and in last service on dated 16.07.2021 I complain for self start they said again that your battery is damaged and you have purchase new battery.
      I want know how it is possible that within less than 02 years my 02 new batteries are damaged. It is not believable because other bikes older than me are using same battery which was fitted at the time of purchase and I used 02 new batteries.
      I feel that they are not checking my bike seriously. They never check self button or charging motor of my bike. It is might be possible that my battery is not being charged properly in running position. Their behavior is also not very good.
      I request you to please take this complaint seriously and make sure to solve my problem as early as possible otherwise I have to move for complaint to other higher level.

      I have purchased hero passion pro bs6 for last year July 1st.. last four months I have starting trouble issue faced... I was informed service center (ARR MOTORS, NELLIKUPPAM - 607 105)no use... This issue informed to service center 3 service done by us no improvement.
      My cash only waste... many times more stress due to this issue.. My bike number TN 31 CV 2471.

        I.took the break shoes before one week from hero agency in khanouri mandi. I gone there two or three times in that one week in regarding breaks shoes didint proper working . And this problem is continuing. And they not correcting the problem.

            I got my above mentioned bike serviced on 20/07/2021 at Shivani motors showroom, karela bagh. Soon after service I got the foot rest stand some loose. I am an employee of central govt. and I get leave only on Saturday and Sunday and on both of the day showroom and work shop is closed. So I could complaint this problem only today on 05/07/2021.
            Also as advertised in news papers, today Hero company has organised a free camp for washing, polishing and nitrogen for Hero bikes.
            When I visited the showroom, showroom manager Mr Dinesh Singh clearly denied about such camp and also demanded charges for my complain as 48 hours has passed after service .
            Sir it was only third service and my bike is still under full warranty then why for charges when fault occurred while service by authorized work shop.
            Also you may watch that they showed service charge as rs. 64 but actually charged Rs 105 from me which I condoned due to lack of time. I am a Hero good life member with mob no [protected].
            Behaviour of servicing staff is not well and they do not bother any company's policy too.
            Customer satisfaction is nothing for Shivani Motors Karela bagh Allahabad.
            I am highly unsatisfied from their service.
            Please do something to maintain our faith in your esteemed brand.

              My father purchased a brand new super splendor BS6 from anand motors Renukoot sonbhadra ( dealer code- 12100) on 2nd August 2021 on 4th August 2021 it travelled only 150km and there is noise coming from the engine. Vehicle is standing at mangalmurti hero service center in Varanasi. As per initial investigation done by service advisor engine is not getting engine oil for smooth running. Proper PDI was not done at the time of delivery said by service advisor. At the time of delivery, side mirrors, silencer plate and leg guard was missing, still leg guard is missing, dealer advisor said it's a manufacturing defect. Mangalmurti Hero service center advisor said part is not available and it will take 7-10 days to repair the Vehicle. As there is no collaboration between both the dealership to resolve the issue due to that customer is suffering..If it's a manufacturing defect it's Hero motocorp responsibility to coordinate with dealership and resolve the issue... If there any damage to the engine and service center technician opens the engine my father will not take delivery at any cost.

                I purchased hf deluxe (kick/self START) on 28 July 2021 from AS automobile mullanpur Ludhiana but I wanted to purchase i3s model of HF deluxe..but manager and dealer were completely told me that there is not built i3s model in hf deluxe..so I purchased only hf deluxe basic model...but my friends told me that there is available i3s model in hf deluxe...when I knew it . The dealership of AS automobile at Jagraon (Ludhiana) also told me that i3s available in HF deluxe. I was completely shocked that your hero moto cop dealer cheat me and bluffing me...and lie with me..I reached at AS automobile mullanpur again and again and also discussed with manager/dealer but they are completely ignoring me and rejected me... henceforth, I don't want basic model of HF deluxe... please cancel my bike billing because no longer I want to it and refund my all money...and give instructions to AS automobile mullanpur Ludhiana for further assistance...

                  My vehicle number is TN66AD8165. I gave service of my vehicle on July 8, 2012, at Coimbatore Suguna Automobiles, Unit II, during which time the vehicle's battery was down and self start was not working, so the service engineer told me to come in another 2 or 3 day's so that they will remove the battery and send it to the company and replace it with a new one. As per instructions of the service engineer, I too gave the battery and now driving without battery. I was informed that I will get new battery in a week's time at maximum, but now it is going to be month now, still I am not getting any response from the dealer. I was given a third persons contact to contact and get updated, who never attends my call or call back, so request to kindly look into this issue and advice the dealer to update me on the current issue at the earliest.

                    I have checked the price on your eshop website and it is showing Rs. 65200 Ex Showroom Price.

                    But when i check with the dealer he have mention the price

                    On Road Price Total : Rs 81, 104

                    I have asked him why the price is too high, but they did not give me the proper reply.

                        I am using Hero Xpulse 200 (Bs4 Fi).Past two months I am searching for a Xpulse RR Unit. I didnt get any positive reply from yours showrooms in Cochin.                                         Sir, on dated 20/07/2021 i reached the northern mobikes service center auraiya for repair my pleasure scooty.the service center exchanged my breakshoe and advised that your scooty is ok.at that time back wheel moving toughly .i requested for solve the problem, they told to come after 10 days for 5 minute this solution.i reached today on 02/08/2021 than they told to stay 2 hours .after some request they cheacked scooty and said that wheel rod will be changed but not available now..i beg for complaint register than they denied .
