      I Savio Desouza, owning a Hero Extreme 200S which I had purchased in the month of January 2021 from Porvorim-Goa with help of Hero Finance loan. Since the day one I never got proper clear information from your sales team regarding processing fees and interest rate which was informed me later and so on...

      And then my second instalment was bounced that also cause of sign not matching. Your kind staff had 02 months to check my signature with the bank or inform me to check to a avoid this return, which they failed to do so and now cause of their negligence my CIBIL score will spoil.

      I'm sorry to say that your staff is just behind completing their target and least bothered of customers CIBIL, nobody cares...

      I want to close the loan, kindly guide me.

              I have submitted bike for servicing before 1 month but due to some part shortage service center still not provide bike it's a huge problem and it's not possible to part availability problem facing since 1 month

              I have facing problems to travelling in covid 19 situation how can manage all things.

              Also my bike is under warranty of 5 year but service centre charge for engine work then what benefits of warranty.

                They could not provide good service...My bike didn't start in self mode...so, I went Sri Balaji agencies located in Thammapatti of Salem District Tamil Nadu...They told that I want to change the magnet...I accepted to change it...but, After we change the magnet in engine, my bike gave some unnecessary noise...but, they could not give crt information for me... After I went to ask them...they could gave correct response for me...then they told that you want to change the coil of the engine...
                I accepted to change it...
                But they told that we will return your bike in two days...
                Already the bike in service centre for 2 days...
                I could not satisfied their service and caring of customer...
                I daily go work my bike... during this Corona period there are enough buses not available...how I will go to my work daily...
                The worst experience in my bike service...

                  I have been given used and non sealed battery as warranty replacement of my existing battery which had become dead. The salesman at ARTI AUTOMOBILE MAHADEVGANJ SONBARSA BUXAR replied that there is no seal packed battery being supplied as warranty replacement.                         Can't get Bike carburettor with tps sensor for super splendor old model.
                        The bike showroom give me a carburettor without tps sensor who doesn't suitable for my bike.and thay aren't replacing bike carburettor. So what can I do ...???
                        (i showed my bike to a showroom mechanic, they said the carburettor without tps sensor will work fine in your bike but after installation it not working properly and they are not replacing.)

                                After my service of scooty..it is making too much noise which is not fixed by service centre.. Everytime i complain about this issue..but it never gets resolved...

                                      Hero Splendor iSmart 110, the bike have full engine complaints, I was repared the engine 2times, it will have complaint know, in the showroom not have any parts to repair the bike, I am losing my money to this bike

                                        I have been your customer for the last several years. I have 3 hero bikes. Hero Hunk's Front disc is damaged. For this, I requested a part of my car to Shetkari Motors, which is working under you, on 02.08.2021, but they did not have that part available with us. Having said that, I asked them to make the parts available to me. From that day till today they have not made that part available to me and if asked they do not respond properly at that time.
