I purchased passionbpro bike on date 12.7.21 from mehsana gujarat(umiya automobile).they issue discount rs 2000 cheque then after its cheque was bounce reasons of refer to drawer.I informed him yours cheque bounce.but they tell me company problem .company not give us discount.

    I had engine knocking issues..dey changed some thing in warranty..after that there is constant oil leaking from the head...again I have changed the head gasket for 4 times but still there is oil leaking..the service center people have damaged the head...and now there is fuel leaking issue..last service they have worked on it but after 2 days again fuel leaking from carburetor has started .so I need a complete solution for this problem...

        Poor service, no response from service centre bike not unlocking since 1 days and 1 free service elapsed because of lockdown and no service reminder call from Sunil auto sales, GM gave no response from service centre regarding my elapsed service issue

          I visit on nangal agency related my query of chain problem. They asked to me that urs chain set may be replaced due to 20000 km reached in 1 year. And chain set amount will be paid by customer. No free of warranty. And agency owner behave and talk so rudly with me. I ask to u please resolve the issue

            At the service center the staff have worst behavior with customer..
            There are just handle them roughly and if asked about anything there just come on fighting..

            The Manger is not responding
            There don't take the vehicle for service on the appointed Date..

            And there bill the item(Rub brush eng hanger) which there not at installed in my vehicle

                  1)Hero 160 R bike front marger badly insert to the leg guard after sudden break due to bumper on road then suddenly bike handail lock.(picture attached)

                    This is to inform that I Prasenjit Chakraborty bought Hero Splendor+ Black & Accent BS-6 model on 18.12.2020 from HITECH MOTORS, KASBA, KOLKATA-700107, WEST BENGAL.

                    Date of purchase – 18.12.2020
                    Kms travelled –4000 (approx.)

                    Since bought I am facing the following issues:

                    • During release of acceleration while riding, the engine automatically stops in the middle of the road. I have been experiencing this every time while riding. Leading to ride discomfort.
                    • Also even if pressing the full clutch I am facing Gear change issues, which leads to disturbance while riding.
                    This 2 problems which I am experiencing very frequently since bought and I am not satisfied with the bike performance like this. Requesting to kindly look into this technical issue as my bike is my only way of daily commute to the office.

                    On visiting the service center, despite several requests they are unable to solve this problem and the my problem still persists.

                        I have done the oil service on 26.07.2021 at KRT motors Trichy service Center, after oil service not replace the new oil delivered the vehicle TN48T8892. On 29.07.2021 at the time riding engine overheated and automatically engine goes to off condition. Then I was toe my vehicle and handed over to service Center. He stated that no oil replaced at the time of service. So now we will fill the new oil. I am not satisfied this type of lethargic. In mean time without oil 216 Kms riding done. Please help to check the all parts present condition and help me.

                                Today I went to Shri Om Sai Auto Service Center in Gaya to get my bike serviced, Rs 325 has been taken for mobil change, but Rs 295 has been written on the box, why is it taken wrong charge and also service center have not been given GST bill. you should take action on this, otherwise I will file a case in consumer form. in service center anybody not listing any things.

                                    नमस्ते सर मेरा नाम गौतमचंद लोहार है मैंने आपकी हीरो कंपनी की सुपर स्पेलेंडर मोटरसाइकल दिनाक 25 जून 2020 को बजरंग मोटर्स सोजत सिटि agency से ली | गाड़ी नंबर RJ19DA1323 चैसिस नंबर MBLJAW172L9F41263. कुछ समय बाद गाड़ी का फ्युल मीटर बंद हो गया जब गाड़ी लेके agency गए तो सर्विस सेंटर वालों ने बोला आपका फ्युल मीटर इंजेकटर जो फ्युल टँक मैं आता है खराब हो गया और कहा गाड़ी सर्विस सेंटर छौड़नी पड़ेगी और हमने 4 दिन गाड़ी छोड़ के आ गए | 4 दिन बाद जब वापिस गया तो बोला गया आपका फ्युल टैंक अंदर से जंग लग चुका है | बजरंग मोटर्स वालों ने बोला पेट्रोल पम्प वालों ने अच्छा पेट्रोल नहीं भरा जिस से फ्युल टँक मैं जंग लगा है आप पेट्रोल पम्प वालों को बोलके बीमा का claim पास करवाओ फिर मैं पेट्रोल पम्प के मालिक से मिला उन्होने बोला अगर पेट्रोल मैं गड़बड़ी होती तो आपकी गाड़ी का फ्युल टैंक के साथ यहा दिन मैं आने वाली सैकड़ो गाड़ियो का फ्युल टैंक खराब हो जाता फिर भी आपको अगर कोई संदेह है तो आप पेट्रोल जांच के लिए भेज सकते हो |उसके बाद मैं वापिस बजरंग मोटर्स गया और उनको ये सारी बात बताई तो बोले आप गाड़ी का बीमा क्लैम उठा दो या गाड़ी को छोड़के चले जाओ आगे बात करते है फिर मैं गाड़ी छोड़के आ गया फिर वापिस 5 दिन बाद वापिस गया तो बोला आप गाड़ी लेके जाओ आपकी गाड़ी का फ्युल टैंक नहीं बदला जाएगा | ऐसे मैं पिछले 8 महीनो से सर्विस सेंटर के चक्कर लगा रहा हु और मेरी गाड़ी आज भी सर्विस सेंटर बजरंग मोटर्स मैं पड़ी है जिसका अभी तक कोई समस्या का सामाधान नहीं हो पाया उसके बाद मैंने कंपनी के customer care [protected] पर दिनाक 21 जुलाई 2021 को शिकायत दर्ज़ करवाई |शिकायत नंबर[protected] है | जिसका अभी तक कोई जवाब नहीं आया है |
                                    अत श्री मान जी हमने हीरो मोटर्स का नाम सुनके गाड़ी ली है सबने कहा हीरो मोटर्स अच्छी कंपनी है और उसकी सर्विस भी अच्छी है और consumer का ध्यान राखी है अब आप ही बताए consumer किया करे | आपसे निवेदन है आप हमारी समस्या का जल्द से जल्द समाधान करे अन्यथा हमे consumer court की शरण लेनी पड़ेगी किन्योकी हम पिछले 8 महीनो से lockdown के समय मैं मानसिक प्रताड़ित हो रहे है और न तो कंपनी वाले अपनी जीमेदारी निभा( Not Responsible ) रहे है और ना ही बजरंग मोटर्स सर्विस सेंटर वाले ऐसे मैं उपभोक्ता किया करे |

                                    नमस्ते सर मेरा नाम गौतमचंद लोहार है मैंने आपकी हीरो कंपनी की सुपर स्पेलेंडर मोटरसाइकल दिनाक 25 जून 2020 को बजरंग मोटर्स सोजत सिटि agency से ली | गाड़ी नंबर RJ19DA1323 चैसिस नंबर MBLJAW172L9F41263. कुछ समय बाद गाड़ी का फ्युल मीटर बंद हो गया जब गाड़ी लेके agency गए तो सर्विस सेंटर वालों ने बोला आपका फ्युल मीटर इंजेकटर जो फ्युल टँक मैं आता है खराब हो गया और कहा गाड़ी सर्विस सेंटर छौड़नी पड़ेगी और हमने 4 दिन गाड़ी छोड़ के आ गए | 4 दिन बाद जब वापिस गया तो बोला गया आपका फ्युल टैंक अंदर से जंग लग चुका है | बजरंग मोटर्स वालों ने बोला पेट्रोल पम्प वालों ने अच्छा पेट्रोल नहीं भरा जिस से फ्युल टँक मैं जंग लगा है आप पेट्रोल पम्प वालों को बोलके बीमा का claim पास करवाओ फिर मैं पेट्रोल पम्प के मालिक से मिला उन्होने बोला अगर पेट्रोल मैं गड़बड़ी होती तो आपकी गाड़ी का फ्युल टैंक के साथ यहा दिन मैं आने वाली सैकड़ो गाड़ियो का फ्युल टैंक खराब हो जाता फिर भी आपको अगर कोई संदेह है तो आप पेट्रोल जांच के लिए भेज सकते हो |उसके बाद मैं वापिस बजरंग मोटर्स गया और उनको ये सारी बात बताई तो बोले आप गाड़ी का बीमा क्लैम उठा दो या गाड़ी को छोड़के चले जाओ आगे बात करते है फिर मैं गाड़ी छोड़के आ गया फिर वापिस 5 दिन बाद वापिस गया तो बोला आप गाड़ी लेके जाओ आपकी गाड़ी का फ्युल टैंक नहीं बदला जाएगा | ऐसे मैं पिछले 8 महीनो से सर्विस सेंटर के चक्कर लगा रहा हु और मेरी गाड़ी आज भी सर्विस सेंटर बजरंग मोटर्स मैं पड़ी है जिसका अभी तक कोई समस्या का सामाधान नहीं हो पाया उसके बाद मैंने कंपनी के customer care [protected] पर दिनाक 21 जुलाई 2021 को शिकायत दर्ज़ करवाई |शिकायत नंबर[protected] है | जिसका अभी तक कोई जवाब नहीं आया है |
                                    अत श्री मान जी हमने हीरो मोटर्स का नाम सुनके गाड़ी ली है सबने कहा हीरो मोटर्स अच्छी कंपनी है और उसकी सर्विस भी अच्छी है और consumer का ध्यान राखी है अब आप ही बताए consumer किया करे | आपसे निवेदन है आप हमारी समस्या का जल्द से जल्द समाधान करे अन्यथा हमे consumer court की शरण लेनी पड़ेगी किन्योकी हम पिछले 8 महीनो से lockdown के समय मैं मानसिक प्रताड़ित हो रहे है और न तो कंपनी वाले अपनी जीमेदारी निभा( Not Responsible ) रहे है और ना ही बजरंग मोटर्स सर्विस सेंटर वाले ऐसे मैं उपभोक्ता किया करे |

                                      Sir/Madam,
                                      on 5th Sep 2020 bought Hero Passion motorcycle having chassis no MBLJAW148LHH06065 & ENGINE NO: JA06EWLHH07041 from one of your renowned dealer Viniiline Engineering Pvt Ltd, Kolkata.

                                      The service quality, customer interaction are very very poor and in shamble state, you have to book your service through a mobile number ([protected]) provided by your dealer after which they take product for servicing, good enough but most of the time mobile number does not works and one has to go physically to book service for your product, Secondly even after getting the time slot people are not available at the service center to cater to customers like us who has to wait for half an hour or so to handover product for service.

                                      My second free service has been written as failed by your service provider Viniline, Topsia, Kolkata citing days failed but had to wait for more than three months due to covid situation for this motorcycle after paying a token amount.

                                      Moreover customer interaction is very harsh it seems as if we are in any government office.

                                      I have paid for Hero Good Life for 1 Year but don't know what facilities are being provided against the charged amount.

                                      I am really very sad for Hero wherein I purchased supporting Make in India products but have done a very big mistake by doing so and will not refer any one to purchase your products.

                                      Don't know whether Hero Motocorp will be taking any action to better your customer service .
