Iam Yagnabalaji, from guntur. recently i buyed a HERO XTREME160R. i buyed this bike with many aspects but i am facing many problems. my bikewas facing problem of enginr cut off while running and a oil leakage from engine cylinder dont know why it waas happening. after my 2nd free service i faced this issue with in 100km of ride. I already informed to the store manager but he didnt lift my calls. Please insure my issue and give me an option...

When the Ist gear is put on the bike gets off. Most of the time bike engine getting off during IInd gear.
The problem could not be resolved after two many efforts even by resetting through computer system by the authorized service center in Abul Fazal Enclave, New Delhi-110025.
I am very much fed-up with this problem. I am regretting to purchasing this bike....

I would like to bring to your notice, since I bought Hero glamour bije, 4 to 5 months back .

I wasn't happy for more than a week After the purchase, their was a regular complaint in the bike engine,

Engine use to stop frequently in running, selfstart was always in trouble, , engine have irrespective sound when started, these complaints have be registered always with showroom authority, but they wear not able...

Gadi ki service acchi nhi hai.
Customer se bat karne tarika thik nhi hai.
Aur local parts ka use jayda hota hai...

first with hin 3 month tape sound coming from engine i will reapir that from chemburs treadmark show room after that my rare suspension get break down annoumulsy in road i will also reapir that from chembur but now withhin 1 month of services tap tap loud sound...

Hello, I have hero splendor plus ibs- i3s bike. bike having battery issue. so i had visited service centre(Ranjeet motors, Maharashtra, Thane). i told them to replaced battery under warranty. but the service person told me that it takes more than a month to replace battery. this is a very unprofessional statement given by service person. I am not satisfied with the service. please replace battery as soon as possible...

It was my third free service after buying my super splendor, service per break my mobile drain nut .and they welding my super splendor engine without informing me.and charged money, there is no other option.

They not even gave any job sheets.

I buyer a super splendor BS6 bike on 10 th august 2020. But till now I didn't get RC....

I purchased passion pro bike on October 2020 from gupta motors nagpur but from the date of purchase the engine gets off frequently while ridding on road and it happens several times in a day. I shown the bike at every service centre but still it didn't get resolved. The service centre person is saying its a company's manufacturing defect.Kindly help me to resolve this problem...

I am purchased passion pro bike on dec-2020 also completed 13000km on run and completed 5 services.i am facing a problem with sudden off the engine in the middle of the run for 1km run it will stop 4 to 5 times...

I am several times told to service person but they didn't solve the issue.every day 20 to 30 times in the middle of riding.

Please suggest me what to do.
