I submitted my 2 wheeler at service center because my bike mudguard got broken due to accident, my bike was in insurance period, but the service center charges me 700, they just gave me a difference bill without any information in the name of bill, I want a complete details about which parts they had changed with a complete bill.

    I have purchased a new super seplender i3 on dated 12l3/07/2020 .. and after 500 km some irritate noise occurred in inside the engine I visited near dealership runway auto at Baddi Nalagarh for check up the noise issue but they fix it properly and noise issue is still now .. I have a request to hero motocrop company please resolved the my concern as soon as possible.. because hero motocrop is the world best company I don't accept from this company .. please replaced the complete engine of my bike under warranty.. ...

      I have purchased Hero glamour bike as on May 27, 2020 its been more than one year I felt very bad on your bike. I am facing critical issues while driving the bike.

      Am facing the below issues.

      1. While driving the bike unfortunately engine stops suddenly.
      2. Gares are changing automatically.
      3. After crossing economy speed bike sounds horrible.
      4. Sometimes auto start is not working.
      5. While driving bike making whooshing sound.

      Totally it's a failure product from Hero Motorcop am not at all satisfied. I need a solution please.

        I bought mastero 125 from sony motors, kodungallur in 2019. From 1st service I had made a complaint about a sound from engine. After the service they said its ready. Till 5th serivce the sound is still there. and after that showed the scooter a mechanic and he said its from the engine., there is no engine oil and piston is stuck.

        This is the main issue Im having.
        I want my scooter repaired or if they dont know how fix this, I want payment for the mechanic to fix the problem.

        - Starting problem
        - Engine stops while riding
        - Sound from engine

        Please help me.

          I have purchased my sccoty in November 2018 and my scooty just crossed 8900 kms till date. Tyre has major air leakage problem due to this issue, i have purchased new tyre yesterday. I wanted raise a complaint and claim for warranty of my tyre and request for refund for the same.

            These are the pictures of my after getting services from this arrogant and customer unfriendly agency Dharnia Automobiles agency Nagaur, Rajasthan.
            Never had this kind of fraud from any other agency on this planet.
            Not only they didn't repair it fully, but they broken the right side mirror as well.

              My name is Bharat Bhushan Nautiyal i buy this bike (Passion Pro BS6) (DL6SBG1168) on 14/04/2021 from V V Motors Nathu Pura Burari and i have a problem from this bike which is every time this is when i drive the bike is going off when i change the gear or pull the clutch lever for make bike slow and every time bike switch off. So many times i m going to service centre of v v motors but problem is not shotout yet so i request to u please solve my problem.

                Dear Sir/Madam, I had recently faced issue with fuel pump in my Passion X-pro and got it serviced from the authorized service center Nidhi Automobile located at ram mandir, Mumbai. they informed me that the rubber gasket in the engine head has been torn due to them opening the engine and it would need to be replaced, I said fine and ask them to go ahead. due to lockdown the part could not be arranged for 1.5 months and after that they informed me that bike is ready. I paid them the due charges and took my bike. after riding it for a couple of days I realized that the oil has been leaking from the engine when the hot oil spilled over my leg. on approaching them they informed me that the rubber gasket that was fitted was not of my bikes model but some other bikes model since my bike model gasket wasn't available. they did not inform the same to me while fitting it or while I took the deliver and now after complaining they are informing me and saying that we needed to give you the bike so we did like this. please let me know if anything had happened to my leg with hot oil who would have been responsible and also now that the part fitted it not my bike model specific then if any damage is caused to the bike and especially the engine who would take the responsibility of the same. also i tried contacting them to get the part replaced but they are not ready to listen, they are not replying me nor arranging for the part. please help at the earliest.

                              I purchased a Hero Passion Pro BS6 bike on 18.03.2021 through SBI Debit card with a duly paying service charges of 1.5% (Around Rs.1300). The same was purchased under offer under 5% cash back scheme with SBI Card (Hero Motocorp + SBI Card offer valid upto[protected].

                              The transaction details are as follows
                              1.[protected] SBIPOS[protected]SRIVARI AUTOMOBILE - Rs.49735/-
                              2.[protected] SBIPOS[protected]SRIVARI AUTOMOBILE - Rs.30587/-

                              The above matter has been mailled to Hero Moto Corp and SBI Bank on 30 june 2021.
                              The SBI Bank replied on 30 june 2021 as follows,

                              "Kindly contact your merchant for cash back".

                              But in this case, Hero MotoCorp Sale Manager (on behalf of SRIVARI AUTOMOBILE) spoken to me and no action was taken so far.

                              Please take suitable action in this matter and do the needful.

                                  I purchased a new Passion Pro on 10th of September 2020 and take delivery of the Vehicle on 12/09/2020 evening after paying the full amount from PALAL MOTORS Irumpanam PO Sea port Airport Road Kakkanad Ernakulam Cochin 682309 . I am totally dissatisfied with new vehicle . From the day I take delivery the self starting function is not working properly (without using the accelarator ) before I reach home I had to Kick start the new vehicle several times . I thought may be it was due to new. The second day also when i took the vehicle in the morning self starting is not working again I have to kick start The same is repeating in traffic Jam also. Now the fourth service is over still the vehicle is in the same condition the engine put when riding in traffic or the vehicle become slow . I have sent several mail to area service heromotorcorp ie.. [protected]@heromotorcorp.com 26/09/2020 - 09/01/2021- 18/02/2021 and visted the showroom several time with complaints still the vehicle is in the same condition and moreover whenever i visited the showroom around 90 percent of the complaint is in the same category they are cheating customers with low quality technology or software like i3s function
