I have purchase Mestro 2W Reg no AS01EQ 8402, from Hi speed bike, Guwahati on 30.01.2021. After the First Servicing the vehicle giving running problem and on April'21 start off in the mid of running status. The Service people told that PUMP problem and around 9 days after they return it with the information that they have replaced the pump with new one. After Second servicing we got problem in Side indicators and was overlooked by us since not possible to visit the center every time. After Third servicing The as soon as we swtich on the engine a sound of pump comes out and last for around 8-10 sec. We informed the Office also. But after 2-3 days again starting problem arises and we have reported with vehicle to the service centre on 15.07.21, they told its minor tunning problem ( Job card No[protected]RJC[protected] but after approaching two times today 17.07.21 they asked to come on 18.07.21 to take the delivery of vehicle. Is the new vehicle of 5 Months old give so much of running problem ? Worst Service, Worst Vehicle.

    Hiii am rajeev kumar singh having vehicle hero mastero edge . I have visited thrice in 3 week to fort point mahalaxmi authorised service center for my vehicle repair.
    The quality of service is very poor.and they repair one defect and create another one .
    After immediately telling them the defect just after taking the vehicle from service center .
    Very long waiting time.i was first customer 0830 on 17 July but my vehicle was left unattended in between for more then 35 min.and defect still not rectified.
    Plz look into matter .

        Bike timeing chain is not working due to sound, said by service center incharge and bike is under 3rd servecing perioud, thats why your hero product is not good not long lasting

          My name is jaison p james. I was purchased one hero splendpr plus bike on 09/07/2021 for my father. He received the vehicle next day i come to my house. I noticed that the vehicles most of the parts are rusty including chain pedal, engine, shock absorber and most of the nuts. So i contcted the dealer lanzza motors, charumood, alappuzha district, kerala for my complaint but there was no positive response from there side. I brought a new bike not a rusty one if you were me will you accept it to replace the part.. I purchased new bike not for replacing parts. Very irresponsible way they behave. If i move this issue to the consumer court you may need to pay more and your company privilage also damage. So please do the needfull for me i have enclosed my contct number here [protected].jaison p james. I have full photographs and evidences if anyone willing to contct i will share or directly proceeding to file petition against hero motocorp.

            My name is K.Sandeep I've purchased a hero HF deluxe from the local seller named Aditya motors, Singarayakonda (Andhra Pradesh)on 28-Aug-2020. My HF deluxe got chamber wreckage while I driving on concrete cement road. I have taken the bike the corresponding seller for claiming the warranty. They took my bike under warranty claim it has been 20 days since I have given to them but now there are saying that my bike doesn't come under warranty. Please kindly look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest.

              After my first service from RL Hero motor Maansarovar jaipur 302020, my bike having issues in starting. I submit my bike to service centre. The supervisor told me the battery is not good. So he suggest to replace, when I shaw my new bike battery it has cross mark and looking very old.
              I understand the whole situation my new bike battery was changed by RL motor mechanics by old battery, Because my bike is under warranty they told me your battery will be replace.
              Overall this type of behavior done in hero service centre is really not good for Hero and there customer. I am totally fed up with the hero service. It's sucks..

                I had given the bike on service on 6 July. Today is July 16.Till date the bike has not been received. I have put my bike on Nanda Automobiles in Gandhinagar Gujarat. Since 10 days. I got a call from your service center when I tweeted.Before this tweet, neither your call came nor my call was attended.The service center to which I have complained. The employees there are trying to convince to me and not trying to solve my problem. My concern is that my bike is kept at your service center since 10 days. During servicing, any parts are broken in it. Because of which you are not able to give my bike. In these 10 days I am going to my office by rented car. My question is who will pay for the broken parts? And my question is that I am going to my office by rented car since 10 days. Who is responsible for that? I want to know whether your head office will do anything in this or Will the people to whom I have complained continue to convince to me like this?

                  After running the vechile 15 -20 km and engine heat up uneven sound (like something fauling in engine) come from engine when depress clutch and deaccelerate

                    Hero splendor is in undre warrenty and the vehicl is having always problms ...only eight months new vehical, , , , when i met the showroom they responded in very bad manner and told u have to pay for your service...after that i paid for service and brought the vbike back...but after one day that bike again got complaint...and they cost 3000 for the service, , , , so plz clear my complaints as soon as possiblle...

                      On 16.07.2021 I (Gokulrajan s/o Shanmugam, Harur, Dharmapuri, Tamil Nadu) purchased an new motor vehicle hero splendor plus bs6 variant black and grey by paying an full amount of cash with out fail from Sri Krishna auto agencies AVC show room Harur, Dharmapuri, Tamil Nadu.
                      From the dealer named Gopi and his manager Kalaiarasan.
                      Then i asked for an helmet.
                      They simply said we won't provide an an helmet.

                      But as per the central motor vehicle act 138(4) f act 1989. It is mandatory to provide an helmet by the motor vehicle manufacturer of India.

                        My bike number is UP16CQ0240, .did service at Singla motor sector 58 Noida on dtd 16july 2021, After Service I got my bike and stated ..and run about only 500 meter, it was stopped and neither take self nor start by kick...your manager not replying about issue..

                          I brought the bike Glamour (limited edition) RJ14-KE-3836 six months back, and it started having problems while starting it. It is not even starting with a kick-start. The petrol tank is full, and the battery is also charged.
                          Please suggest the methods to resolve or resolve this issue from your side as early as possible.

                            I purchased hero passion pro BS 6 Bike with Fi system since one year ago, and in one year bike battery down and going for replace in company by hero showroom at Jarod, vadodara, Gujarat. Showroom employee instead of new battery replace old battery which is very bad such as even not start my bike as well... I don't satisfied your service... It's bad experience with hero motorcorp... So, please immediately replace my bike battery and it's get well as soon as possible!!

                                      I submitted my 2 wheeler at service center because my bike mudguard got broken due to accident, my bike was in insurance period, but the service center charges me 700, they just gave me a difference bill without any information in the name of bill, I want a complete details about which parts they had changed with a complete bill.
