I'm purchased hero HF deluxe bike on 26/06/2020 ...
But I'm using only 10 month bike condition is ok . Then this time for bike noise is abnormal and heavy noise, I'm can't use this bike for noise problem, I'm bije purchase time for you are give the 5 year warranty in bike engine, so you can replacement this bike . I'm not interested to use this bike, your customer support and services is very bad I'm not like this hero motor cycle

Hii sir/madam mai Raju Kumar Seth maine apni scooty kroshna hero moto corp agency bhadohi me repair ke liye jama ki thi jo ki start nhi ho rha tha aur agency walo me one week ka time liya tha mere se aur inhone ne near about two week ka time liya aur inke agancy ke maicenik ne gadi ko girya hai jisase gadi pe kafi sara dent aa gaya hai agency wale man nhi rhe hai aur na hi camara check karke dikha rhe hai aur na hi scooty ho repair kar rahe hai aur inkone paisa bhi le liye hai

10653 rs ka bill n 2 months se bike ni mili, , same problem no solution, , i m filing a case against hero motocorp

I bought a Super Splendor 6 months ago from Kumar Hero, Sahebganj, Muzaffarpur, Bihar 843125, got its 3rd servicing done on 09/07/2021. A month's time is being asked to change the battery saying the battery is bad. While my leg I am not able to hit the cake. Please help.

I drove my bike for service at Pal Hero showroom Vidisha but the mask of my car was broken when I told the manager about this, he will not get me repaired in the showroom, what will you do? be done

My new bike engine have issue while at service centre they are asking that company is not delivering engine parts. it's going to be complete one year but still my problem is not resolved.who has fault company or service centre or dealer??
and company representatives also not responding on call.

My mastero edge 125cc vehicle was serviced at HM MOTORS in Chennai in where my complaints like noise in front bumper while applying break and doom light area noise were not addressed.

So just a couple of days ago..i went to one of your service center to get my fifth servicing done(singla agencies hero motor cop)i have been facing problem in my front shocker since i got my first servicing done it makes so much sound and my bike's handle vibrates and kind of bounces so much whenever i drive even on the plane road.this problem pop ups again and again whenever i drive.i have been complaining about this since my first service but your service center staffs aren't able to find the exact cause of this problem and to note that it has been worse since my fifth servicing.i have went to them for three consecutive days in a row for the same problem but still they couldn't find the exact cause rather they changed my back break's shoe and now even it makes some annoying sounds whenever i apply break.so its a request to take my problem into further consideration and make it right.. I'd be obliged for your efforts

I have splendor plus, no. UP24AD7053. The bike is purchased through your outlet GS HERO BUDAUN UP ON 20 nov 2017. The bike is running in Shahjahanpur UP. More than 12 services had been done on your outlet SUMITRA SONS, TOWN HALL SHAHJAHANPUR UP.

SUMITRA SONS related employees refused to provide the gifts against the joyride total points.

Dear Sir,
I would like to inform you that I am shocking, when Mr Subhash demands advance payment against replacement parts. In the history from last 20 years this is first incident when some dealers asked advance payment against replacement . He totally denied any other methods to replace parts so in the last I paid Rs 200 as advance payment.
Please let me know what is SOP of replacement any parts.
I am waiting for your valuable feedback.

I have given my bike for service and it is been more than a month now. Till now i did not get my bike. Even the response is worst. Everytime, they are telling some cock and bull stories. Not even responding properly. Worst service and worst experience.

In this service center, the people who fall in love get a lot of money. Any worker at this service center. Do not do service properly at this service center but take more money Better than this, we get the service done outside properly.

कल मै हीरो शोरूम बागडोगरा गया था अपना बाइक सर्विसिंग के लिए करीब 6 बज रहे थे ।वहां के जो मैनेजर है बहुत फॉर्मल तरिकी से बात की। उसने कहा wait किज्ये हो जायगा ।और उसने अपने मैकेनिक से कहा ।लेकिन उसने मेरे सामने है माना कर दिया ।बहुत कहने के बाद उसने गाड़ी को सर्विसिंग के लिए माना ।लेकिन उसका तरीका बहुत ग़लत था उसने मेरी गाड़ी को ऐसा खिचा थोड़ा सा के लिए बच गया गिरने से।और जब गाड़ी ठीक कर रहा था तब सरा टाइम मोबाइल में है व्यत था।मै ये नहीं करूंगा वो नई करूंगा यही सब चल रहा ।पता नहीं क्या सर्विसिंग की।फिर मै वापिस चला गया ।।लेकिन गाड़ी में अभी भी परेशानी थी ।पीछे का ब्रेक ठीक से काम नई कर रहा था तो आज मै फिर गया।करीब 5:40 हो रहे थे 6:20 तक कोई पूछने नई आया क्या करवाना है।मैंने मैनेजर से कहा उसने कहा थोड़ा wait कीज्ये फिर वो अपने काम में बिज़ी हो गए फिर और एक को बोला उसने भी बोला थोड़ा रुकजाइए।थोड़à¤�...⇄ देर बाद उसने उसी मैकेनिक को बोला जिसने कल मेरे गाड़ी सर्विसिंग के लिए माना कर रहा था आज तो उसने मुंह मे ही बोल दिया ।।।अमी परबो ना मतलब मै नई कर पाऊंगा ।ये हीरो शोरूम के कर्मचारी से शोवा नई देता ।बस 10 sec का काम था थोड़ा सा ब्रेक टाइट करना था फिर किसी दूसरे मैकेनिक को बोला वो 10 min बाद अके टाइट कर दिया।गाड़ी में अभी भी परेशानी है लेकिन वहां के बेहवियर देख के जाने का इच्छा नई होती।इससे अच्छा मै कहीं और से बाइक ले लेता ।उस दिन की मेरी बिल हुई थी Rs 566/ लेकिन मैसेज आया Rs।342/वहां क्या चल रहा है पता नहीं।आज तक मुझे अपनी गाड़ी की purchase कॉपी नई मिली है।बस मेल से कॉपी निकाल के दिया गया ना उसने sign है ना स्टाम्प।

I would like to tell you that the service provide by hero is very pathetic. I am facing the battery issue in my bike I had already claim my battery for warranty but he Sold new battery and give me second hand battery against new battery,

Plz solve my problem.

Want some strict action against this

When i call they cant receive

If showroom do like that what we do and trust in hero solve our problems.

Today my pleasure plus UP13BP6041 service. But many times my scooty part not available in service centre, today my seat cover, rear mirror yoke not available. Please take necessary action otherwise i abode hero bike. My service centre is`chaudary moters khurja`
