Respected Sir I am SURENDRA NAKWAL. Sir my policy number from national insurance company is[protected] my bike RJ14NJ1025 is standing at Hero Compny Showroom HARDIK MOTORS JAIPUR for last 5 months due to accident! Whose repair work is now complete ! When I asked workshop manager Mr. Pankaj Singhal for information regarding insurance claim And My Total Bill Amount, I was abused and thrown out in very abusive language and threatened to be seen later and to implicate me and my bike in a police case. Also I have been refused my bike ! Sir, when my elder brother called Mr. Pankaj Singhal and wanted information in this regard, he was abused and abused on mobile and threatened to implicate him in FIR, whose complete call recordings are available in mobile. Mr. Pankaj Singhal has deposited Rs. 5000 separately in his phone PAY account in lieu of getting me to pass the full amount claim for the entire repair work of the Bike from the insurance company. and for renewal of my policy separately by Mr. Bhanu Pratap Singh. amount was deposited in Self Phone Pay. No information is being given on asking for my renewal policy copy and when I am told to complain to Hero company, Mr. Pankaj Singhal is threatening to see me later and my bike is not being given. Huh ! Which is not right for both the Hero company and the insurance company to behave like this with a customer!

    Dear Hero Service Centre,
    I am writing to complain about the inadequate and unsatisfactory service i Received from your Asha Hero Service Centre Patna.
    On 5th of July, 2021(around 08;00Am).I Dropped my bike (Passon X-pro)at Asha hero service centre patna.Job order made and delivery time given to me 04;00 Pm.but when I reached there they have ask me to Come Day after tommorrow.Which was not possible for me, My whole day gone but even my bike has not service.This is silly that your service staff is not able to do service of 42 No.Token (means not able to do 42 bike in a day).Even No body has toched my bike.Asha Hero service centre team failed to do Service.I have earlier reported to Asha Hero service centre Manager but he is very casual.not able to resolve the issue and not even satisfactory reply has given by them(ignoring to cliental).
    I Wonder if this is your standard practice at your service centre, on other hand you have committed for the Best service.Is this your service standard.Only the perception of status is High but reality of your service is Something else.

    Please do needful, I am Waiting for your revert.

      मेरा नंबर प्लेट इतना पतला है कि 80 के स्पीड से Bike चलाने पर नंबर प्लेट मुड़ जाता हैं। जिस कारण नंबर प्लेट टूट जाएगा।

        मैंने दिनांक 13/08/2020 को RJ14JW0691 नंबर मोटरसाइकिल खरीदी और अब तक 8 सर्विस हो गयी है लेकिन मेरी मोटरसाइकिल के इंजन में आवाज आने लगी है l
        जब मैंने हीरो ऑटोमोबाइल में दिखाया तो इंजन कि क्रेन, आउटर दोनों का खराब होना बताया गया l अब तक मोटरसाइकिल कुल 20000 किलोमीटर चली है l 20000 किलोमीटर पर क्रेन, आउटर का खराब होना कम्पनी fault है l अत: निवेदन है कि मेरी मोटरसाइकिल कम्पनी के खर्चे पर ठीक करवाने का श्रम करे l
        अन्यथा मुझे उपभोक्ता मंच में वाद दायर करना पड़ेगा l

            I SIDDHARTHA HOSH, a customer of DUTTA AUTOMOBILES want to inform you that I bought a new Super Splender Byke as on 9 JULY, 2021. After 10 days my byke's Self Relay was breake down. I inform it to the Showroom, that is Dutta Automobiles in RONDIA DUTTA FESTIVE COUNTER(Durgapur). They told me that at resent they have no relay & told me to come next another day. Next day I go & they told me same. In this way they harassed me again & again near about 8 times. I visit the showroom last evening and get same behavior from your executive. Also I make a ph.call to your distributor that is Rudr Autoparts (ASANSOL). They also denie to give me the Self Relay. All of your workers are told me to wait. But how much days, it has no limit. Rudra Autoparts also told me that they supply the Self Relay to the Showroom of RONDIA & they denie it to give me.

            Right now please tell me how can I get my self relay from them?

              Dear sir I have bought passion pro bike last eight months back and I met with accident and broke the engine Casey and I had submitted my bike in hero service centre a l motors, mira road, thane 401107, my insurance has passed but since one and half month the service centre people are not replacing the part and saying that hero has no stock of the given part sonam.very much troubled kindly help my mobile number is [protected] I had written mail also but not recieved the reply

                Sir today i went your service center to servicing my bike.They cheat me.I have a super splendor bs4 model.The number of my bike is WB58AW8147.I went to GOLDEN MOTORS PRIVATE LIMITED service center situated in berhampore, murshidabad, west bengal.The name of the supervisor is Biswajit.
                His contact number is [protected].He told me about the joyride card for which i paid him rs. 1035.But when i delivered my bike he told me that the card was not generated due to time problem.He also asked rs. 336 for paid service.But after delivery my bike suddenly stopped.I cant able to ride it.So i had to walk for 3 klmtrs for a road aide garage.Where i noticed that it was not served properly.Sir i am a loyal coustomer of you.My father also have a hero bike.There is everywhere sust and dirt.Even the air filter was not cleaned properly.This is not expecting from you sir...They just cheat me.I am providing some pictures to show you the actual thing happened to me.Sir plz do something.

                        In 1st day of my bike gera liver, clutch plate is problem. But still now no body solved my problem. Suprme hero Tamluk vrey rud behaviour. I am done my 1st service but no can interested to solved my problem...

                          I am Partha pratim Maiti in East Medinipur purchase xplus 200 Bs6 model in 23 jun21, at Suprim Hero Tamluk.
                          In that day to still now my gear liver & clutch plate problem, bike vibrating highly. I made 1st serviceing done but problem not solved. I am asking several times but results is nill. Service man & manager behaviour is too much rud.
                          So I am very much dipress, I think it's my wrong decision to bye Hero motocrop bike...
                          Please solved the problem...

                            I have purchsed 2 bike from indo mobile showroom at Latur. I have made payment on 15 June 2021 and I got delivery on 24 June 2021. But till date I have not getting any of documents or receipts of payments from showroom.
                            When I am calling to Concern executive Datta Jadav he is not responding properly even I am calling Mr Gunjotikar at showroom who co ordinate with me, but no use of it he is also not responding. this two wheeler is on the name of our company brooke dealers LLP.

                            We are in a business of distribution and we have almonst 34 hero bikes with us.

                            Pleaes help us on priority

                              I have purchase a Bike Super Splendor from hero motocorp from Amroha Motors Amroha (UP)and they have included the charges of all accessories but they have provide me the old helmet and asking the charges for leg guard and number plate installation.
                              While all the charges and accessories already includes in the bill and also misbehaving with the customers. Kindly look into the matter and resolve the issue.

                                I had booked a hero Splender+ bike in Vijaysree motors, Dommasandra, Anekal(t), Bangalore, and I took the vehicle delivery 21/06/2021 but till today they have not yet given my vehicle register number, its already 20days that i have parked the bike in the shed, when ever i call them the tell me that it will take another couple of days. so please that necessary action to resolve the problem. if not I can even go to the consumer court .

                                    I have purchased super splendour bs6 on 11-Jul -2020 from Jainco Automobiles P Ltd Rehari Jammu. The bike handle was handling vigrously from day 1 and I was told you ride it few km it will be fine.
                                    As I live in remote location (district Poonch), I told my problem to the only authorised hero service centre ( Poonch Automobile a sub dealer of J&K automobile Pvt Ltd Jammu) near but all the time they only did and didnt reolve the vibration issue now gears are also slipping anytime while ridding which is very dangerous.
                                    Now after just 5500 km the motor of self is not working and when I asked to change it in warranty as I am fullfilling all the terms and they replied that it can't be changed under warranty as I have purchased it from Jammu not Poonch.
                                    I am really very frustated all my money has gone into vain.
