I have purchased super splendour bs6 on 11-Jul -2020 from Jainco Automobiles P Ltd Rehari Jammu. The bike handle was handling vigrously from day 1 and I was told you ride it few km it will be fine.
As I live in remote location (district Poonch), I told my problem to the only authorised hero service centre ( Poonch Automobile a sub dealer of J&K automobile Pvt Ltd Jammu) near but all the time they only did and didnt reolve the vibration issue now gears are also slipping anytime while ridding which is very dangerous.
Now after just 5500 km the motor of self is not working and when I asked to change it in warranty as I am fullfilling all the terms and they replied that it can't be changed under warranty as I have purchased it from Jammu not Poonch.
I am really very frustated all my money has gone into vain.

One day after buying my new bike, I noticed a crack on the side panel and went to the showroom to get a replacement, but the store refused to give me one

I bought new bike but side panel is cracked now dealer not giving me new side panel

This is regarding the above mentioned subject that staff members of SUBHAM AUTOMOBILES in bais goddam, jaipur is not behaving professionally. They misbehaved with me. They judge their customer by their vehicles. We simply asked for his help and he refused to do his job and the senior also supporting them. They ask me to leave the service center and take service from other.

I believe that this issue needs to be addressed to create a better and more professional environment within the company.
Kindly, look into this matter and take corrective action.

I'm vipin. I have purchased the hero bike splender plus 28 june 2021from Rk automobiles shashtri nagar
Sales person has told me that temporary number would be valid for a month but today challan on temporary number. I got the message of vehicle registration number on 30-june 2021 and today it is 8 July still I didn't get my number plate. No one called me for number plate. Sales person lied to me about temporary number. such a worse service from R k automobiles from shashtri nagar

Sub; Service related serious complaints (Estimate and actual Cost)

I am HP Kharwal, my Vehicle is a CBZ Xtreme Sports, 2015 Model and No. RJ03SR3717, I left my vehicle for Normal Servicing and routine check up on Friday, 25th June, 2021.
On Monday 28th June, 2021 i received a call from the service center and told me that your vehicle will not be repaired/serviced thereafter i was visited to that service center to look after my vehicle.

At the time of my visit to the service center, the serviceman/mechanic was telling me that your vehicle's engine is not working and we have to open it and the estimated cost will be about Rs.500 to 700/-, I agreed with them and gave my consent for repairing my vehicle.

On Wednesday 30th June, 2021 I received a call again from the Service center and told me that your vehicle No. RJ03SR3717 is ready to move. At that time I did not visit the service center to get my vehicle.

On Friday i visited the Service Center for getting my vehicle and i asked for cost of servicing/repairing they told me that Rs. 3400 round figure when i was heard and shocked and mentally nervous. thereafter i was argued with them but they were not ready to reply me about how was this cost increased suddenly and i told them It is you duty to tell the customer before doing anything new or estimated cost are increased.

Thereafter, they are denying to provide me with the actual cost and they have not any justification of said incremental cost.

You are requested to help me for my vehicle and I believe that for HERO MOTOCORP the Customer satisfactions and trusts are more important.

I, Krishnendu Bhattacharyya, had purchased a Super Splendor BS-VI Motorcycle from AUTO PALACE/ Garalgacha/WB on 21.06.2020 ( No. WB 18A D 7679). Since then periodical service is being done at Raja Motors Service Center, Sodepur, Sukchar/WB. From the 1st service I have noticed two specific problems i.e Self Starting, Engine extremely feeling heat when run 2nd gear more time and engine automatically shut down. But still then they are not rectified after 3rd service over and do not replace any parts and also not declared that the problems could not be solved. It is not possible to attain frequent service center as and when problems arise.
It is requested to see the matter sincerely so that we may trust your service. For information it has been decided that I shall go to the above mentioned service center on 10.07.2021( Saturday) for 4th service.

Sir I purchased Hero Super Splendor BS6 on 17/07/20 Shivansh Motors Vil.Lubh, Teh. Jawali, Distt.Kangra but only after 6 months the meter of the bike got damaged even after repeatedly speaking the meter of the bike was not changed even now the bike has not completed even 1 year, whenever we go to the agency with the bike, make some excuse or the other. And also lock of the bike got damaged. Please pay attention to this complaint

They are taking money whilr saying free servicr at the time of selling the bike
