        I had a splendor plus new model vehicle today I went to your showroom Vallioor branch and I have my bike For the service but your employees didn't take responsibility for my vehicle. And one of the person says the new model vehicle has lot of sensors and I didn't understand the difference and uses. So please provide me with the fully knowledgeable employee and must provide the training for the mechanics. Thank you

          Respectfully I beg to say that I have purchased a Meastro EdgeVX Scooty made from your reputed concern through your Authorized Dealer M/S Narbheram Agencies Pvt. Ltd. Adityapur kandra main road, Adityapur, Jamshedpur as on 13.09.2018 vide delivery challan No. NAPL 226 dated 13.09.2018 Hypothecated by M/S capital First Ltd under finance.

          That I regret and frosted to say that after the delivery of my Maestro EdgeVX Scooty I always face a great problem in my Maestro EdgeVX Scooty and always turn into service centre I am submitting herewith with a copy of delivery challan and all tax invoice of service centre for your kind perusal and favourable consideration. I have incurred Rs. 10263/- as service charges including spare parts till date. My Maestro EdgeVX scooty is full of foult and error. Engine stop and not working and the motorcycle did not start. Sir, I am completely disappointed and dissatisfied with my Maestro EdgeVX VX scooty.

          Therefore, requesting you kindly arrange to replace or return back my Maestro EdgeVX Scooty as early as possible. I am not satisfied to drive further the above Maestro EdgeVX Scooty.

          I am always continues servicing in Narbheram hero service center but couldn't not response to regarding my problems.

              My Passion Pro new model bike I gave to service 23/06/2012 in Vijay motors, Pallikathara (jn), Vallikunnam, Kerala.
              Third free service, my vehicle have starting treble.
              I am call lots of times... nobody answering my call.
              Nobody calling for me from the showroom side.
              I am already filled up fuel 150, But he billed 100 rs petrol bill.not information before filling the fuel.
              1 week unnecessary late my vehicle returned.
              Unnecessary taxes.
              Vehicle returned 29/06/2021.

              Please, I want to take a necessary action to the showroom.

                I am ravindra kumar my bike no is BR01EX 6772 the bike owner name is pramod kumar.
                i and mr pramod kumar are cusion brother.

                This complaint is about the(ANSHU KUMAR PATNA CITY WORK SHOP) employees taking orders.

                Who got the fault order for the part of my HP deluxe bike.
                If we know this, then we say that you come and place the order, and you will not get the bike, it will take 5 more days.

                Regularly from 26th June, we are going round the workshop, in which we are finding it very difficult to go to the job due to the fault of employee.
                I hope you will do actione for the employee.

                        I have purchased Hero Maestro on 01 Mar 21 from Sai Motors Bhopal. Within 1st month I have observed that my scooter is facing problem while Starting. Also if I ride for appx 5 to 8 km my scooter getting switched off. I have visited the service centre of Sai Motors. They checked my scooter and after 2 days returned me the same telling that the battery was unserviceable so the have changed. After three months I did not noticed that problem and also had my 1st free service on 8 Jun 21 by Sai Motors. But on 26Jun21 I have faced the same problem again as my scooter is getting switched off very frequently at appx every 200 Mtrs. What should I do and to whom I should contact. Please look into the matter.

                          Went for bike service at :SAANVI Motors, No 1, Saharanpur Rd, Niranjanpur, Dehradun, Uttarakhand 248001, on 26/06/2021 at 8.45 a.m
                          SMS Bill is 340 Rs which I got on my mobile
                          Bill generated manually is 510 RS. on hand written paper note.(Taken from me from the billing department)

                          Sending you the attachment of two types of bills.
                          1) Manually RS 510 taken from me on a hand written note.
                          2) Screenshot of bill message received on my mobile is RS 340.
                          3) Your manpower working at polish center, behaviour aspect is the worst.

                          Is this the way you loot customers by fake & False billing.

                          Its my last visit at HERO

                          * One of your employees, O.P Sir(at Saanvi Motors) because of his best behavior aspect and better customer care I was going there.

Shahjahanpur up se kharidi thi . Is bike ka engine kharab ho gaya hai bahut dhuan de raha hai. Mai kai bar agency/ workshop par gaya prantu mujhe talmatol kar bapas kar diya jata raha hai. Maine sabhi free sarvice isi agency/ workshop par kari hain abhi tak mera engine warrenty peeriod me hai.

                              I have done my HF deluxe i3s bike (RJ-18-KS-3078) first service from BANSIYA AUTOMOBILES g-1-39, ricco industrial area, neem ka thana, sikar rajasthan-332713, dated 16 jun 2021. My bike's battery is under warranty but not working properly from the very first day. But the said service station has denied to replace it. Their way of talking is very harrash. They are demading to pay for my under warranty battery.
                              Please do quick and favorable action. I will be very thankful.

That staff even don't know the manners and how to talk with the customer. This type of behavior is not acceptable in service industry that too hampers the brand image.                                     I am Yashwant Singh. My bike is registered on my father's name ( Ramanand Singh). Today I went to Ashish Motors, katihar for the 5th servicing of my bike ( glamour BS-VI). While servicing they changed my bike seat with a ripped seat and after noticing it when I complain for the same, their supervisor and the mechanic staff (Ajay) told me "it got ripped off because of the pressure of the water and they are sorry for this". After some time I came with a proof ( my older bike video) in which it can be clearly seen that it was not my seat, then they accepted it was their mistake and told me to come next working day, they will change it as their manager was not present at that time.
                                    When I receive my bike and riding it for some distance I found many problems in that. It runs like it has no petrol, accelerator was jam or something like that, it starts with a sound in silencer, self start also doesn't work well. Then I again complain about the situation.
                                    They lastly told me to come on next working day ( Sunday 27th June, 2021).
                                    Please look into this matter.
