Dear Sir,
I have done my HF deluxe i3s bike (RJ-18-KS-3078) first service from BANSIYA AUTOMOBILES g-1-39, ricco industrial area, neem ka thana, sikar rajasthan-332713, dated 16 jun 2021. My bike's battery is under warranty but not working properly from the very first day. But the said service station has denied to replace it. Their way of talking is very harrash. They are demading to pay for my under warranty battery.
Please do quick and favorable action. I will be very thankful.

    Sir, Myself Bappi Dutta want to raise complaint towards the attitude and rudeness of one of the staff member of Hero motocorp, Gopalganz Nirsa Dhanbad, Jharkhand. That staff even don't know the manners and how to talk with the customer. This type of behavior is not acceptable in service industry that too hampers the brand image. Kindly do the needful at your end at an earliest.

      I am Yashwant Singh. My bike is registered on my father's name ( Ramanand Singh). Today I went to Ashish Motors, katihar for the 5th servicing of my bike ( glamour BS-VI). While servicing they changed my bike seat with a ripped seat and after noticing it when I complain for the same, their supervisor and the mechanic staff (Ajay) told me "it got ripped off because of the pressure of the water and they are sorry for this". After some time I came with a proof ( my older bike video) in which it can be clearly seen that it was not my seat, then they accepted it was their mistake and told me to come next working day, they will change it as their manager was not present at that time.
      When I receive my bike and riding it for some distance I found many problems in that. It runs like it has no petrol, accelerator was jam or something like that, it starts with a sound in silencer, self start also doesn't work well. Then I again complain about the situation.
      They lastly told me to come on next working day ( Sunday 27th June, 2021).
      Please look into this matter.

            My name is Abdul Alim .I am from madhubani Bihar, I have a hero scooty which Registration number is BR 32 AC 7926, in that due to some fault, it was given for service in SHIV SHAKTI MOTORS MADHUBANI BIHAR on 26th April 2021 today it is going to be three months but till now we have not got the scooty for this we have tool free I have complained three times even on but my complane has not made any difference. If hero motors have the same thinking towards my customer then no matter what .Thanks to hero motors for such service.

                I bought a bs6 hero glamour bike from shree ketan enterprises phusro, Bokaro 829194, on 02/09/2020.
                From After 2 months I am facing so much issue regarding starting problem, I got stucked many times in odd areas too. And still this issue has not resolved from service center.
                I am so frustrated from this bike.

                I hope hero company will provide me good service. So please resolve my this issue as soon as possible. Shree ketan enterprises is not able to solve my issue they use to take extra money only on every visit, not giving proper solution.

                I have already sent this mail to [protected]@heromotocorp.com and I have not received any response from them. I hope the upper level of hero department will support me.

                      I have purchased Mestro edge Registration No. WB 18 S4132 but it observed that if the battery drain out/battery ok but not possible to self start in this situation so many times i.e 30 cicks about trying to reach the start. Otherwise open the battery for charge.
                      I have informed the service center but not yet solve.
                      Please advise the above vehicle hold or sold out.

                            I purchased a motor byke hero splender plus from malkajigiri show room on 07th of this month but still not yet received t/r or invoice, in this reason i unable to bring the byke on the road since 16 days . plz respond immediately. the dealer service is very bad and mannerless, irresponsible. i am not satisfied with the dealer service plz send invoice and t/r immediately to me.

                                Sir, I have purchased the Super splendor on 24.10.2020 from Dua motors Rourkela, Odisha, vide vehicle No, OD14V9425, twice I went to service center for rectify the problem of self and IB3 . They were not responding properly, Today(22.06.2021) again I went to service center, they removed the battery and told that it will take one week time for replace the same. I am not able to understand that till 7 days customer will face the problem. Please look in to the matter and doo needful.

                                  Mai hero ka sataya hua customer hun jabse maine xtreme 200r model 2019 registration no: jk01aj 6699 buy ki hai tabse mai sirf service center ke chakar laga raha hun pichle 2 saal mai 15 baar engine khola gaya hoga aap bataye meri bike ki value toh ab zero rehgayi hai aur 2 saal hone ko hai meri bike ki problem waisi ki waisi hai gatiya bike gatiya company isse behtar cycle hai aagar aapki bike mai maufacturing fault hai customer kyu suffer kare aapke service engineers bhi thak gaye aapne jo jo parts bole change karne ko sab kiya but bike waisi ki waisi hai mujhe har 15 ya 20 din baad service centre jana padhta hai mujhe iska ab full solution chahiye ab mai buhat pareshaan hogaya theek karate karate mai ya toh ab police complaint karunga hero ke khilaf ya consumer court mai case karunga mere saath phr aur bhi hero extreme wale aayenge aur baaki bikes wale bhi ab aapki bikes mai woh quality nahi rahi mere paas ab last option yahi hai because pichle ek saal se aap company wale mujhe sirf ghuma rahe ho ya toh mujhhe refund chahiye ya toh dusri bike bas waise aap refund hi kijiye because hero bikes ab sab gatiya aati hai

                                  meri bike ke engine ka woh koi bhi part nahi jo change na kiya ho phr bhi same problem cylinder kit head camp adjuster timinig change saare brakets lag bhag 6 7 baar aur ab bike mobil oil uthati hai sylencer se aur mobil oil leak bhi hota hai engine se aap bolo ab ye bike kis kaam ki

                                    Im from kerala thrissur in own a xpulse bs6 model 3 months back i met with an accident with my bike my bike had so many issues so i claimed insurance and they deliverd my bike after one month i checked my bike they did not change any parts of bike which is damaged.my bike have full cover insurance.why they are not changing the parts even when i payed insurance.
                                    i claimed insurance at kalyan hero at puzhakkal thrissur kerala.they even charged me around 3000.i need my bike restored as new

                                      I purchased new passion pro bs6 7july 2020.this bike battery failed within 6month and also I facing starting problem now this bike sended for service to ganesh traders mairwa .bike reg no BR29AM4993. it's starting problem occurred three times within one year.I am not happy with this bike
