This is happening to me for the third time with the same vehicle that without visiting a service centre, I have received an sms saying "Your Splendor JobCard is prepared..."

This time I want strict action against the service centre who has used my free service or else I'm left with no other choice than to visit consumer court against stealing my free service.

The very first time it happened, I made a complaint and I was made to visit different service centres to get it corrected. Without even my fault, I had to waste my whole day visiting different service centres. This is very unethical and not professional at all.

The second time it happened, I made a complaint and I was assured that it will never happen again.

Now this is the third time. I want closure to this issue once and for all.

If the steering is locked in our new bike, then there is no need to make a warranty so that this lock does not come in the warranty. If the item does not come up then the customer does not have to make a mistake in front of you that day ...

I have given my hero maestro 125 for repair and it has been more then 3 months they didnt even started my scootys repair work.They dont even pik up my calls and i visited their office more then, 4 times and they r always delaying my work.

Sir would like to tell you that I got the bike serviced last month in which the seller did not work properly and also took extra money, I got the headlamp work done even after paying extra money, even after that the focus is not giving straight and till now not resolved it.

I take my bike from Mateshwari Auto sales semariyawa Sant kabir nagar. last novembur 2020 but my number plate is not deleievered to me. Now. and few days ago a challan is generate rs 5000 for number plate. so plese paid my challan and give me number plate as soon as posdible.

Mene meri gaadi 10 din pehle laxminarayan hero me servicing ke liye diya tha jo aj tak meko nhi mili hai krapya kr meko meri gaadi ki inquiry kr ke batay mene baha pucha to baha ke worker ne miss behaviour se bat kr meko baha se bola gya ki call krke bata denge.aur na hi aj tak koi reply agency se mila hai.

This is subrahmanyambhogolu i bought a glamour bs6bike my complaint is not rectified iam so struggled. So please rectify my fuel indicator in my village glamour showroom not response so please kindly take my complaint.

Jab se passion x pro bike meine kharidi hai tab se aaj tak engine me awaz aati Rahi.Har service me meine iski complaint ki hai par meri samasya ka samadhan nhi hua hai..lockdown k beech me meri bike ki kick bilkul jaam ho gayi hai...16/06/2021 ko jab main bike service k liye le gaya or unko apni samasya bataya.uska samadhan karne ki jagah wo bike me kharcha bata rahe hai.bol rage hi ki bike me 15000 ka kharcha aayega.sir hum sabhi log jo aapke costumers

Gears get stuck while changing. Noise of bike is too much.
I have complaint multiple times in the past but the problem is not solved yet. Please provide solution.

Last service on 3rd June completed, that time also explain oil leaking from front side of engine not packing problem .. They doing every time same mistake.. They did packing and washed out their hands.. Please check my service history..
Till now I am two times changed total engine parts .
I m giving regularly scheduled service below 2000 kms.

I have given my scooty to maintenance two days before. I have seen in your company that
1) behaviour of supervisor and mechanic is not good
2) lack of spare parts in showroom due to which we face lot of problem. They have send to customer to buy. It is like a outside of company
3) less skilled mechanic
4)there is no well settle mechanic and working area
