Last service on 3rd June completed, that time also explain oil leaking from front side of engine not packing problem .. They doing every time same mistake.. They did packing and washed out their hands.. Please check my service history..
Till now I am two times changed total engine parts .
I m giving regularly scheduled service below 2000 kms.

I have given my scooty to maintenance two days before. I have seen in your company that
1) behaviour of supervisor and mechanic is not good
2) lack of spare parts in showroom due to which we face lot of problem. They have send to customer to buy. It is like a outside of company
3) less skilled mechanic
4)there is no well settle mechanic and working area

My bike given after 20 days. But not resolve my bike complient

I have bought Hero Pleasure plus on 9March 2020 only for 6 months the scooter was good till today it makes a complaint so much of complaint in the scooter but in service center they are not caring about that worst service center I made a mistake on buying hero pleasure plus it Disppointed me too

My bike hero splendor plus RJ 29 SY 1467 was left at the service centre for service and resolve the cracking sound on 09 /06 /2021 . Bike was delivered on 10 /06/202 without resolve the problem of cracking sound when I complained about this then they told me to come on next day on 11/06/2021 . I came at service centre on 11/06 2021 then They told me that the Labour is not sufficient so come on Monday 14 /06/2021 .Again I came at service centre on 14 /06/2021 and left the bike then they told me that u can come at service centre till 4 pm . I had gone at the 03 :30 pm at centre but they did not solve the problem n told me to come on tomorrow means 15 Jun. I went on 15 June 2021 at centre but they did not solve the problem of the bike and they again told me to come on tomorrow means 16 /06 /2021 . I hve gone at service centre but they hve not solve the problem of bike . They bothered me so much that I become depressed . So please help me to solve my problem .

Sir I am rakesh parjapat I purchase new hf deluxe for 18/04/2021 then meter no work then showroom staff say 1st service per ap aoge tb kar denge but ab 3500rs mang rahe hai to plz kuchaman se meri gaadi purchase ki hui h plz ap ise sahi karwaye anyatha m consumer court me complain karu jess bhi ho bataye .makrana district nagpur rajasthan mo.[protected]

Facing engine problem so service man in Sri sri sri automobiles, mulugu road, warangal suggested to replace piston and it has warranty too. So he took all the details 2months back. Till now I didn't get any update from him. When ever I ask, he saying parts are not came.

Sarvesh ke against service bilkul jab dobara Gaye two supervisor per behaviour theek nahin aur na hi booking hone ke bad bhi time nahin de raha pahle se kam Sahi nahin kiya upar se time nahin de raha 11:00 baje ki booking thi to Kah Raha hai sham ko 6 baje aana

ओर service भी होनी थी। bike की जिसके वे 700rs मांग रहे है। और rc के पैसे अलग से मांग रहे है।। ऐसे धमदलेबाजी कर रहे है 76500 कि मेरी बाइक दी उन्होंने ।।।।पर rc अभी तक नही आई ।।।।।

Mene 29 may ko dhanshri showroom se service karayi hai bike sifr 5 days chli or bar bar bnd ho jati hai to local macanic ko chek kraya usme engine oil nhi tha, spark plug damage ho gya tha macenic ne injectior mai kachra paya bikr 30-35 km bad chlkr highway pr band ho jati h service ke amount mene showroom ko diya pr oil hi nhi dala H 206A, Sector 63 Rd, near Ginger Hotel, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201301 please help.

I am very disappointed with my vehicle Hero Glamour BS6.I have purchased from Muktapur, Guwahati, Assam six months ago but one engine down clam is cracked automatically.Didn't know how It possible.Is HERO brand flop ? And more problems are found in the BS6 Glamour.Please confirm with me what about the procedure to change the clam and how it is claimed by the nearest dealer.I have sent some Images for your better support and please do the needful ASAP.

Sir would like to tell you that I got the bike serviced last month in which the seller did not work properly and also took extra money, I got the headlamp work done even after paying extra money, even after that the focus is not giving straight.

My bike 4th sevice is not completed and status shown it was done. The dealer was ridiculous and disgusting .
