      Dear team I have purchased hf delux bike on dated 11 sep 2020 from Kahlon motor wadala banger batala.
      And am just visit the agency for third service but it's very disappointed that service done by a 15 year guy and the service of bike is very bad.i have compainted regarding horn but is still not working.After one engine makes sound like 10 year old bike.very unhappy with hero motocorp.

            Respected Sir/Madam,

            With due respect I want to inform you that I am owner of hero bikes since from 2007( splendor). but sadly inform you that last month I was purchased glamour bs6 fi engine. This is the worst bike I have purchased in my life..it sound like I am riding on vintage bike too heavy in gear shIfting, engine stops in between. I save my self in traffic many times when engine stops automatically in 2nd gear. Today I got first services. Totally worst bike. Kindly replace my bike. I don't want this bike. I save my MONEYVfor this bike from last 5 years. Kindly solve my problem

            I have also glamour BS6 & regularly facing issue but after several visits they have not any solution. This bike come with manufacturing defects & failure to resolve such issue.
            They didn, t serious about their complaint just move to consumer court and file complaint through "edaakhil.nic.in".

                  Hi Hero Motocorp,

                  Unfortunately I am one of your old customer as I am using Hero bikes from last Five year and always recommended to everyone just because of its perfect Design and Best Quality.

                  This time also I was purchased Hero HF Delux on 22nd of April but here I lost my trust and value towards a BIG Brands "HERO Motocorp" as your Sale team is not serious about to maintain the Brand Values and people trust.
                  When I purchased this bike, that sale guy committed that you will not have to any charge for vehicle RC as I was paid full amount. He ask me for document and same I was shown him. As there was no any print option available in Very BIG Showroom and not even available at nearby of showroom, That Selling Guy requested me to bring Hardcopy of documents. We clearly said that it’s impossible to come again as already we came from more 50KM to purchase it and asked him to accept doc on mail but he denied.
                  As you are already aware that government announced Lockdown at everywhere we were failed to submit the documents, in between we also called showroom multiple time to check their availability for doc submission but they were closed due to LOCKDOWN.
                  Finally I reached Showroom on 25th May after taking lots of Risk in this pandemic Situation but they want Money to provide Bike number/RC and not hesitating to give it Name of Penalty instead of Fraud.
                  Finally it’s my humble request to educate your Showroom team to get the further documentation complete without any Delay and let me know the timeframe of collecting the Number plate and RC doc.

                    My name is Clinton dsouza.
                    I have purchased a new bike 10 days ago due to lock down I cannot check the bike proper and I guess I have got defective bike because how does new bike kick start does not work quite strange. I am really not satisfied with the bike provided to me I have purchased the bike from Ground, 1st & 2nd Floor, Meru Building Old Jaihind Cinema, Near Voltas Building, Chinchpokli, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400012 the women name is nirmala. Quite strange I informed her that the bike is not getting proper kick start and she told u can Bring the bike and we will check in our showroom with mechanic I went after two days to get the bike and still from of her I showed that bike was having same issue now they r telling me to go to malaxmi service center and get it fixed from Nitin who is head over there. This is quite strange first of all why does the new bike 🚳 kick does not start second I really had a very bad experience with this bike amd hero. Bike details is in attachment Please look into this and help me out. Hope u can go into this matter deep and resolve this issue.

                      I'm Lalit Khanwal. I bought Hero passion pro (Bs6) on 17 March 2021, from Nagpur Unnati wheels motocop
                      I'm facing too many problems in bike since I bought the bike.
                      Right I'm facing big issue with gear kit.
                      I have tried contacting to unnati wheels motocop too many times. Still my issue is not resolved by any one them.

                      Please suggest what to do, or I need positive feedback as early as possible.

                            We bought a scooter (Maestro edge) from "Navya Hero, sudhar, Ludhiana Punjab" and now i face a problem that it stop working automatically when i use to take a ride.                                         I have been complaining the issues since I bought the 2 wheeler (Hero Mastero 125).
                                        It's been 3 months in the service center, and still compliants remain the same.
                                        I bought the vehicle from Sony Motors, Kodungallur, Thrissur, Kerala.
                                        Ever since I asked for proper check, they still do the same.
                                        It went in the service center for 1 compliant and came out with total damage.
                                        I want my 2 wheeler in good running condition.
                                        I didn't bought this to put in showcase.
