Hello Madam/Sir,

Good Afternoon.

With due respect want to inform today I got my bike serviced. And throttle cable was changed. But MRP on the pack was 105 but they charged 115 Rupees. And above that labour for fitting this single cable was charged 200 rupees.
I am surprised if I have given a bike for servicing then there is already labour cost for d. And doing service. Such a small thing for fitting cable is being charged as 200 rupees.
Need help in understanding why the cost is too high.

Yesterday night 9 pm near Murthal NH1 running very good. But Unfortunately engine abnormal sound and bike was stop. Today I am going to Hero motocorp but Workshop was closed mamy dasy asper rools covd19.
Please my bike repair as soon as possible

The engine of my bike has been completely leaked below. All service centers are closed. I got a bike in less than 5 months.

Extremely sorry to say that hero motocorp service is too bad i came to my forst service on time but always excuse of manpower not even wash the vehicle of this kind service is there then how we get warranty on time ..

Through this mail I would like to explain the problem which I’m facing with my bike.

The vehicle has not been satisfactory because the bike engine has been turning off automatically while driving as a sensor related issue. I have approached the near Service centre for the issues multiple times. But I haven’t gotten the proper response from them. Still my bike has a problem and the issue has continued from the first service onwards. The Engine turning off count is increasing day to day and as a user now I haven't been satisfied with bike performance, especially the response from the Hero end. These mentioned issues have been accepted by the service Mechanic department itself.

I would appreciate it if you could organise to resolve the problem As soon as possible. I rely on my bike for transport and apart from the inconvenience, this problem has also caused me to incur additional cost and loss of time. I look forward to settling this matter amicably. If, however, the matter is not satisfactorily resolved by this month (May 2021). I will consider taking further action to resolve the complaint either through Consumer Protection or through the courts.

Sir, I have purchased Mastero Edge 125 from Focus Ernakulam on Spetember 2020. By First service i have front sound issue. After the service after few days Starting trouble started. They replced with one sencor or something under warranty. Again after that the same issue araised. Since it is a new vehicle, my family and friends started questioning me and i got stuck several times. Again went to the service center and they sorted out the issue telling some loose contact. Last service done on April and after that front sound again started. they said it was the cone setting issue and it is solved. But again the sound was ter when i drive to home, again i went to service center and they told that it was from the back side of headlight and need to dismantle whole thing and need more time. after that lock down came and i couldnt reach them. and today[protected], i found that the accelerator is not turing which means cable is broken. Since the lockdown is ter i have no other vehicle option to drive to meet my needs.
it is 9 th month from my purchase. I am working in automobile field and it is in 4 wheeler sector. i am very sad to inform you that the quality of the vehicle is too low. i have faced several issue with this vehicle now, and it will not go above 70km speed. If we are driving constantly on same 60-70 km speed i found a missing like pulling backwards.
Please Advice me Who will sort my issue.
i was using Suzuki Access 125 from 2014 till 2020( i sold when i bought new) i dont have even a single breakdown or any complaints.
I always do my service in Service centers only. since i am too careful with my vehicles i will not keep a complaint for mor than a day. I am caring that much with my vehicle.
Please do something and sort my issue.

Hi this is PUSHPENDRA singh from d15 punchkula chhapurala gb nagar up
I had purchased a scooty pleasure plus lx from singla auto ajencychhpurla girdharpur road Gautambudh nagar in the month of February and I service my scooty timely but after second service there should be a problem in my scooty .it stops while drive on road in a week and problem collected is leakage of oil from engine.

Due to the lockdown! I failed to contact the service agency and I am not happy with the second service provided .

I hope you can understand my problem and recover my scooty condition in good situation.plz

my bike purchase dec 2020 and only 10000km drive but its self not take please help me Dealer workshop say 1st we charge the bettery than tell me what's problem but its not for good other wise bettry problem than change why he charge the bettery please help me .

Recently purchased hero passion pro bs6 drum variant and i have issues with gear shifting and i register a complaint in respected showroom authorities but they does not enquire my complaint and put my vehicle on waiting list so kindly help with this issue.

I am Pranab Naskar, My bike model is Hero Super Splendor reg no. is WB96Q5783, Bad sound coming out of the bike's engine. The service center is not serving well, Service center name is MONDAL AUTOMOBILES, Please solve this problem for me, Wait for your positive reply..

The cylinder kit we have received. Piston in it completely loose, so how can we install it in bike. And how customer are satisfied, so please request to you hero motocorp check every product before packing.
How can we believe you again. We pay for this product is 2950 INR!

I went for service in Hero dealer shop SRI ANJANEYAA MOTORS.

First they said engine is weak. I asked to change engine. And they charged rs.12680

After engine change, but still has same problem, scooty is not going to start. Even after too many kicks in the morning and after 3-4hrs idle.

After this problem.

Again I visited two times to the shop.
First time they said Carbon in battery they cleared it and said "now it's ok".

Second time they come to pick scooty because it's not going to start, and this time they said it's choke problem. And he changed it.

After all this. Scooty work fine at shop because they started it many times. But when I come home and I start after 4-5hrs. Again same probelm... Again I have to give 7-8 minutes to start scooty using kicks.

I have deposited loan amount on same day 3937 but deducted Rs 295 please return it to my account

One month ago my accident happened with my bike then my damage bike submit to the nearest Hero Showroom -Sri Sai Kalyani Motors-Vijayawada Rd, Appanaveedu, Hanuman Junction, Andhra Pradesh 521105 - now they told some parts are not available its take next 1 month, i m request to the hero please provide my bike as soon as possible.

I do my EMI on the 8th.
Cuts between 5th and 8th.
I did not have my balance deducate till last evening on 8th.
So I Pay By Googlepay App.
I have recript also so how to bonus my check.

I purchased a new bike.
It is already 230 Kms run.
It should be 0 kms.
Self starter not working.
Bike making noise.
On off button not working.
I need a bike replacement.
