        Hi,
        This is inform to you I renewed my bike insurance on 9 june 2019 from Auto needs showroom in Gurgaon sector 14. They took the payment of insurance and gave me the ICICI Lombard insurance company insurance copy. Now the scene was, when my bike got stolen on 20 October 2020, I filed an FIR at that time, and submitted all the documents for my claim of stolen bike with ICICI Lombard. From that time the team was earlier telling me that they are doing the formlities but later informed me that they haven't received any payment of insurance from the showroom. They asked me to go to the showroom where I had submitted my insurance money but my question was when I have my insurance policy copy why should I go, but still I went to the showroom the staff said that there showroom manager was on leave, so please come after 8 days. After 8 days I called the showroom but the staff said he was still on leave, come after 7 days. I visited after 15 days but staff behaviour was still same and they again told me that the manager was on leave, come after 15 days. From here on I called the Hero motor company helpline number and they had registered my complaint. After that their manager call me and asked for the copy of my insurance, and had assured me that he will look after my complaint but after no response from him also I called him then he told me I can't help you.Please look into this seriously and help me in getting stolen bike claim

          I purchased hero pleasure bike on sep 2020 now the kilometer is 5000+ i serviced the bike regulerly... Now its aceletor cable cut down and i asked the showroom... But there is no response from them

            In my passion pro bs6 drum variant side indicator sound not available at the buying time the showroom officers told that they does not have those wires to connect now more than 4 months done still they are telling not available in the showroom after sales service is worst to the core does not reply and solve properly kindly enquire and help

                Respected sir/madam, I'm kalaimohan.on feb 2, 2021 i purchased a new bike(passion pro) from one of your showroom named lakshmi motors, Tirupattur, Tamil nadu-635601.It has been 3 months since i purchased my vehicle but it has not been registered yet.That showroom isn't responding properly, they are using such a bad language . I even didn't received my helmet also.they are selling it for cash, instead of giving to customers.i have faced lot of difficulties because of not registering my bike.They even not responding to calls also.I even lost my job due to this issue.So take necessary actions against the showroom and make my bike get registered.otherwise I'm supposed to take necessary legal actions.

                  For the DOP of the vehicle the engine indication light is full time ON when the key is inserted. While given for servicing (2times) they said one sensor is not working and it has to be replaced but they don't have stock, when stock arrives they will intimate. Months have gone no replacement has been done.Now there is a call for 3rd service, even now they are not sure about the stock exist or not.Kindly do the needful

                      My Xtream 160r front socket oil seal
                      damaged. Oil is leaking from it. But the service center is not providing me new oil seal. They told me that company is not providing the parts. So I decided to return the bike. Please provide me as soon as possible. Or I will go to the consumer court.

                                  My vehicle is hero pleasure+ KL-01-CP-5396. Vehicle is not move backward. Starting ok and front movement some sound but moving. Back not moving. Taking vehicle in Diya motors Eanchakkal, TVPM. Today i am calling there, Service engineer told me that far from there shop so please driven there. But The sound of vehicle and movement problems, i am not ready to drive 22 kilometers is risk. The engineer told me that please choose nearest hero service center.

                                    I bought Hero HF Delux i3S Bike from Jalgaon the dealer name is Satpuda Automobiles on 23rd Sep 2020 from the purchasing of bike i am facing issue with i3S function its not working properly from beginning, I am not in jalgoan so i was did my free services in Padagha Tal Bhiwandi Dist thane .Both time i mention my problem but not solved and now the bike cell start buton working in gear also, some noise in engine & bike jerks while running
                                    In the new bike i facing lots of problem & irresponsible service by your dealer, I am very disappointed with hero and lost trust about HERO

                                      I m like hero product and I hv 3 hero bike at my home, recently, I purchased one more a scooty on 24 Feb 2021, now I m unsatisfied with this hero products bcoz after two months, Scooty fuel moter which is electronic, creating problem during starting, I hv done 1st free service but after two days it's start problem in fuel moter pump
                                      PROBLEM IS THAT NO STARTING BY KICK OR SELF START. NIL NIL
