This is inform to you I renewed my bike insurance on 9 june 2019 from Auto needs showroom in Gurgaon sector 14. They took the payment of insurance and gave me the ICICI Lombard insurance company insurance copy. Now the scene was, when my bike got stolen on 20 October 2020, I filed an FIR at that time, and submitted all the documents for my claim of stolen bike with ICICI Lombard. From that time the team was earlier telling me that they are doing the formlities but later informed me that they haven't received any payment of insurance from the showroom. They asked me to go to the showroom where I had submitted my insurance money but my question was when I have my insurance policy copy why should I go, but still I went to the showroom the staff said that there showroom manager was on leave, so please come after 8 days. After 8 days I called the showroom but the staff said he was still on leave, come after 7 days. I visited after 15 days but staff behaviour was still same and they again told me that the manager was on leave, come after 15 days. From here on I called the Hero motor company helpline number and they had registered my complaint. After that their manager call me and asked for the copy of my insurance, and had assured me that he will look after my complaint but after no response from him also I called him then he told me I can't help you.Please look into this seriously and help me in getting stolen bike claim
