My vehicle is hero maestro edge and from the date of purchasing lot of complaints . I use to maintain vehicle regularly and also time to service . Now engine was struck and unable to start . Ratna motors mvp colony vizag, such a worst service and response to the customers

      I have purchased HF deluxe bs6 bike 7 months back only. And now fuel motor is not working, due to this bike doesn't getting start. What people can do if its happen on highway or on off road... i tow my bike from 13 km as not starting...and now due to lockdown since 10 days it's in non working condition. No showroom mechanic is able to solve this issue also, not picking up the phone calls????? All numbers are switched off ???? I have purchased this vehicle from Saideep Wheels, Hadpsar, pune, Maharashtra.

            The vehicle is not properly installed. There are dents in the vehicle and the stickers are not fixed properly. There are scratches at few places. I complaint at the showroom before taking the delivery. I am really surprised to see the poor quality product of Hero Motors. I want to be vocal for local but unfortunately the Company seems to be not serious about the customer experience.

                          Sir, I want to tell you last month on 3rd March, my Scotty destni 125 b6 lee from jaykumar arundkumar modipuram meerut which has not completed 2 months has already run almost 1300 km and since the time this scooter is in trouble, he came running 1 km and half km first come and took 1 km and then proceeded to 500 km, after he had taken rs 490 from me whom rasheed is on me, after that problem came up again. Then got it corrected and now a new problem is coming oil leaks Sir. You tell me I made some mistakes. Did you do it to showroom every 15 days by taking hero's scoty? My contact number [protected]

                            This is not a complaint but a necessity.
                            Your Hero Splendor has been popular in the public for a long time, but till date it has not got any new update except just cosmetic changes, like speedometer's digital ABS system, please make some big changes in your evergreen two wheeler. So that it can also compete with Bajaj's Patina
                            I love this motorcycle myself but due to its old design, I do not buy from it.

                                      I approached KALYAN MOBIKES, to purchase Hero scooter pleasure+B6 through NAVAL BASE CSD CANTEEN, KOCHI. But Kalyan Dealers told us that they are not selling Hero Scooter through CSD canteen in south India. Kindly rectify the issue and enable us to buy it through CSD CANTEEN.
