I gave hero pleasure scooty for service, they told that the wheel bareing was gone, they cheated as .without our permission they did repair . They did not changed .

In proddatur (kadapa dist )show room...

Fuel Moter Hero HF Deluxe not working in my bike, I was taken bike in last year November month...

In goa why the prices are so high. Online pricing is different. And in goa dealers they are saying they can't do anything of it .it should be same price online company and dealers...

I approached KALYAN MOBIKES, to purchase Hero scooter pleasure+B6 through NAVAL BASE CSD CANTEEN, KOCHI. But Kalyan Dealers told us that they are not selling Hero Scooter through CSD canteen in south India. Kindly rectify the issue and enable us to buy it through CSD CANTEEN. Hope you would do the needful.

I bought a hero splenderplus from diyamotors kadapakada my registration number is kl23 t0997, but unfortunately my vehicle Complaint two times when I call their office their behaviour is very bad, l spend above 2000rupees for TA still my vehicle is in guaranty period .please take necessary action against diya motors. Atherwise am moving at legally

Sir i have purchased a splendor plus bike from taranangad motor gwalior. They gave a helmet of abp comany & it was a very low quality and not comfortable .

They are taking all problem and not doing service they only wash the vehicles and giving to us and telling your service is completed I service December I complaint that baterry problem and they tell you come next time we will replace the baterry you have guarantee and next time they did not replace baterry they charge the baterry and give to me and same problem comes no...

I am Y Lokesh I buy a hero glamour bike(bs -6 model) 6 months ago.now my bike self start not working. I informed to showroom people. But they talk like irresponsible....

The customer support is of no use, they are not listening to the query and cutting calls while I am speaking.
My query/complaint is regarding service of my hero destini 125 . The service book says either x kms OR y months . But my x kms are not completed, but the dealer is saying the free service will expire after y months .
He is saying both the conditions are mandatory . If that is so why it is not written AND instead of...

This is to bring a huge issue into your notice that at one of your dealership Chaudhary Enterprises, Tepla road, Banur they are doing a massive fraud with customers where they are being cheated with the quality of service that is being guranteed by your reputed hero moto corp. brand. I went their for service of my vehicle and and was disappointed on seeing the quality of service done as the labour was not skilled enough and the spare parts...

Time has given 9 Am but still not open the shop ( time is current 9:30am )
