    I drive only 500km my new bike and it started oil leaking from engine when I complaint it in first service it was not solved and when I again complaint it they told me it's just dust... I have picture but it is not of the proper size... Please contact me Or suggest something that i can do

                  i nikhil bose has purchased an hero x-pulse on 10/08/2020 from focuz biwheelers in ernakulam panampally nagar kerala 682036.I have serviced my bike since date of purchase till this month last service done, totally till now five services done through the authorised service centre only i have all the bills reciepts and all.Actually my issue is engine oil leakage since the third service i have informed the service centre, technician all they tried serviced three times till now but my issue not get sorted so please kinldy resolve my bike’s engine oil leakage or else i want to go through legally for consumer issue..So please do the needful..

                        On 26 Feb 2021 I purchased a bike of hero splendor plus from the showroom of jasodha hero motorcorp gurugram haryana 122001. On the first servicing of bike on 26 march after servicing my bike is scratched from the wiser and one of my indicator of bike broken. When I complained the manager of jasodha that my bike is scratched and back of the mirror is scratched. Then the manager shouted on me and told me it is not scratched here it was already scratched . I told the manager and request him to see in the camera when I entered in the showroom my bike is new as when purchased. But manager shouted on me again and again and told me if it not broken here than I will seize my bike in the showroom . I told the manager sir you see in your cctv it is happened here. But he didn't listen a single word of me. I am requesting again and again. The manager told me that I am liar. He is senior person that's why I didn't say anyword to him. But manager blaming me again again and shouted me again and again. I am middle class family person. And this is my first worst life experience of my life. This is my first bike of my life and on first servicing they fall my bike in service centre and damaged my bike. Iam not claiming anything but manager behaviour towards me is very rude. So I want take some necessary steps so that a consumer of hero motorcorp is not dissapointed by the hero company.
                        As my family members and I are the regular customer of hero motorcorp but this is my first worst life experience of life. I told my family members and my all friends don't purchased any item of hero motorcorp because the manager of hero motorcorp is very rude and they don't listen and blaming the customer only. And my registration certificate not given me yet till date. My bike number is HR26EN5302. My name is Lalit kumar.

                            Sir i had purchase a scoty hero pleasure on 09 Mar 2021 from chandan automobile patna. They have charged me rs 8250 for RC charge but invoice given me only rs 6200. Why they had charged me extra 2000. sir i had called many times to manager of chandan automobile but they donot respond my call i had visited two times also in chandan automobile but satisfactory reply not given to me

                              1.engine oil seal leakage isssue.
                              2.clutch cable cutdown with in 30 days.
                              again i changed this cable it was cutdown in 15 days.
                              i was very disapointed in this vehicle.

                                  I Lalit kumar purchased hero honda splendor plus bike from jasodha hero motorcorp on 26 February 2021from gurugram haryana 122001. On my first servicing of bike on 26 march 2021 after servicing my bike wiser and back mirror of my bike and one indicator broken . When I told the manager of hero motorcorp that is bijender ( manager) that my bike is fallen in servicing and bike is scratched and one indicator broken. He shouted on me and told me that it is not possible. I told him to see my bike. He seen the bike and told me that your bike is already scratched before the service. I told him my bike is not scratched from anywhere when I entered the showroom. He told me I saw you the camera if it is not happened here than he seize my bike. I told him that you see the camera but he shouted me again and again and went to his cabin. And I am helpless at that time and didn't said any word to him as he is very senior person to me. But his behaviour is very rude to me and didn't listen a single word of me. Than I went outside for my bike repair than repairman painted the wiser but it is seen clearly in the bike. And indicator is broken yet till date. I am very dissapointed by the manager of hero motorcorp. This is my first worst life experience. I told my all friends don't purchase the hero bike because their manager of hero motorcorp very bad. Please take some necessary action for this behaviour. My new bike is scratched in his first service . Not happy

                                    I have give 4th services of my bike at lakshimi motars somajiguda hyderabad service center very worst full service they have given.. not even listening my problem which I had on bike, and customer staff is very worst they are trying to downgrading the name of hero motors if they don't want to know what the problem of the bike by the customers, then what is the use this kind o[censored]nworthy fellows. And the customer support is also very worst fellows., and they don't even know how to speek in proper manner with customers shame on the total management
                                    Plzz note :- this services are very worst and not even understand of the customers. Pls don't give ur bikes at this services point

                                    Iam very sad to inform that purchased Hero splendor + BS6 i3s last June 26 -2020.iam very bad feeling from your dealer Lakshmi motor in somajiguda hyderabad .I given 4 times services but didn't proper solve my vehicle problem already told manager but not care actually my clutch problem from starting time but care issues also uses oil pour in engine not carefully services and water wash also not given

                                        Today morning at nearly 10 o clock visited mythri showroom for enquiring for new xpulse vehicle. But the sales representative is not in a mood to explain any thing. If it is your sales department mind set then how will the customer approach the company. I feel very much disappointed about your sales department. Even though the vehicle is selling good but it is the duty of your representative to convey the details clearly. If it is evening time I can understand his situation but early in the morning only it is very much dissatisfied.
                                        Note:- even though customer will only enquiry about the vehicle if executive correctly convince the customer who knows the customer will buy it within an hour.
