On 26 Feb 2021 I purchased a bike of hero splendor plus from the showroom of jasodha hero motorcorp gurugram haryana 122001. On the first servicing of bike on 26 march after servicing my bike is scratched from the wiser and one of my indicator of bike broken. When I complained the manager of jasodha that my bike is scratched and back of the mirror is scratched. Then the manager shouted on me and told me it is not scratched here it was already...

Sir i had purchase a scoty hero pleasure on 09 Mar 2021 from chandan automobile patna. They have charged me rs 8250 for RC charge but invoice given me only rs 6200. Why they had charged me extra 2000. sir i had called many times to manager of chandan automobile but they donot respond my call i had visited two times also in chandan automobile but satisfactory reply not given to me...

Dear Sir,
I bought hero glamour on date[protected].after buy this vehicle i face lot of issue no one can proper reply.
1.engine oil seal leakage isssue.
2.clutch cable cutdown with in 30 days.
again i changed this cable it was cutdown in 15 days.
i was very disapointed in this vehicle....

Engine head oil leakage noticed.. not yet corrected even repeated complaint...

I have give 4th services of my bike at lakshimi motars somajiguda hyderabad service center very worst full service they have given.. not even listening my problem which I had on bike, and customer staff is very worst they are trying to downgrading the name of hero motors if they don't want to know what the problem of the bike by the customers, then what is the use this kind o[censored]nworthy fellows. And the customer support is also very worst...

1-Engine leak from Gasket L cylinder side cover.
2-money taken during vehicle in warranty period.
3- Service center is full of garbage and spiittig all areaes.
4-Vehicle not washing before rework.
5-more than time exceeded.
6-inssurance policy papper name mismatch.
Many customers are not satisfied to U....

This is Jagdish Marvada From Gandhidham. pincode no- 370205. before 2 month i have purchased new bike hero Splendor plus new model. i getting in this . whenever i push 3rd gear. 3rd gear is not working properly. i already inform to showing maintance team. 2 time also visited. but they team said. issue will resolve automatics after 2k Km done. bike already runned 1400 km done. please suggest here if after 2k done....
