Rear wheel problem

PROBLEM FROM THE DATE WHEN I PURCHASED THE BIKE.

Atleast 5000 ruppes i spend on the rear wheel bit not get my problem solve ...
I complaint several time for my bike but no response from hero motorcorp.

I purchased Xtreme 160R detail are below. When I start the bike go 5km and stop for any reason for 1 minute and again start, the bike was not started (self + kick). Last 6month I faced this problem. I told service center 10 times but problem not solved.

My name is Jitendra Kumar Prajapati. I bought Hero extere 160R bike from Shukla Automobiles, Kutahund District- Jalaun on date 25-oct-2020. He had taken full amount of bike with all accessories but he did not provide me all. He had placed hero passion pro leg guard in place of hero extreme leg guard when i asked to replace it with original he refised me. i asked him for remaining accessories he could not give me appropriate answer ask me for extra money. the seat of the bike is not also ok it is not pacing properly. i have asked him a lot time to solve it but he did not responding me. The big problem is this that he is not provide me any bill of bike. i said him to provide me bill but he refused me to provide it. please do something neccesory about my concern.

As I have just buyed a hero Moto corp. Motorcycle which goes by name and model f-31 deluxe hf..And as soon as I got my first service done the bike gets turned off on a regular basis while driving and when I complained to service centre they just tend to adjust the screw on the oil filter and just say Everytime the same phrase like this won't happen next time now today is the 17th time I came to service centre in 20 days and many time I happen to escape huge accidents due to sudden shut down of my bike and as I reported my bike problem they just refuse to accept that I happen to cross those crisis and when I happen to contact the service manager they start using rude words against me and form a unity telling that I doesn't matter to them that I live or die but I have to always come to service centre and pay them some money even if it is my free service to get proper service for my bike

I bought new bike from west bengal benachity DUTTA AUTOMOBILE unfortunately my bike accident at night that's why I am going showroom DUTTA AUTOMOBILE and registered for claim but after one month they are not calling and not gave me right information.

I drive only 500km my new bike and it started oil leaking from engine when I complaint it in first service it was not solved and when I again complaint it they told me it's just dust... I have picture but it is not of the proper size... Please contact me Or suggest something that i can do

this is regarding the supply of hero OE parts to the mechanics directly from the dealer/distributors, where we who supports your dealer gets effected with such transit.please take appopriate measure both mechanics and we dealers dont get effected

I have purchased spellndor bike from A U Bhurawala HIMMATNAGAR but still not received update about insurance policy and RTO passing.

I deposited above said scooter to authorised service centre i. e Priyanka motors at Pathanamthitta on 06 Feb 2021 but same not yet repaired even after a lapse of approximate two months. I already contact with service centre for early repair at several times but they did not accept my request and protecting several excuses. Request take necessary action with service centre for early repair please

i nikhil bose has purchased an hero x-pulse on 10/08/2020 from focuz biwheelers in ernakulam panampally nagar kerala 682036.I have serviced my bike since date of purchase till this month last service done, totally till now five services done through the authorised service centre only i have all the bills reciepts and all.Actually my issue is engine oil leakage since the third service i have informed the service centre, technician all they tried serviced three times till now but my issue not get sorted so please kinldy resolve my bike’s engine oil leakage or else i want to go through legally for consumer issue..So please do the needful..

On 26 Feb 2021 I purchased a bike of hero splendor plus from the showroom of jasodha hero motorcorp gurugram haryana 122001. On the first servicing of bike on 26 march after servicing my bike is scratched from the wiser and one of my indicator of bike broken. When I complained the manager of jasodha that my bike is scratched and back of the mirror is scratched. Then the manager shouted on me and told me it is not scratched here it was already scratched . I told the manager and request him to see in the camera when I entered in the showroom my bike is new as when purchased. But manager shouted on me again and again and told me if it not broken here than I will seize my bike in the showroom . I told the manager sir you see in your cctv it is happened here. But he didn't listen a single word of me. I am requesting again and again. The manager told me that I am liar. He is senior person that's why I didn't say anyword to him. But manager blaming me again again and shouted me again and again. I am middle class family person. And this is my first worst life experience of my life. This is my first bike of my life and on first servicing they fall my bike in service centre and damaged my bike. Iam not claiming anything but manager behaviour towards me is very rude. So I want take some necessary steps so that a consumer of hero motorcorp is not dissapointed by the hero company.
As my family members and I are the regular customer of hero motorcorp but this is my first worst life experience of life. I told my family members and my all friends don't purchased any item of hero motorcorp because the manager of hero motorcorp is very rude and they don't listen and blaming the customer only. And my registration certificate not given me yet till date. My bike number is HR26EN5302. My name is Lalit kumar.

Sir i had purchase a scoty hero pleasure on 09 Mar 2021 from chandan automobile patna. They have charged me rs 8250 for RC charge but invoice given me only rs 6200. Why they had charged me extra 2000. sir i had called many times to manager of chandan automobile but they donot respond my call i had visited two times also in chandan automobile but satisfactory reply not given to me

Dear Sir,
I bought hero glamour on date[protected].after buy this vehicle i face lot of issue no one can proper reply.
1.engine oil seal leakage isssue.
2.clutch cable cutdown with in 30 days.
again i changed this cable it was cutdown in 15 days.
i was very disapointed in this vehicle.

Engine head oil leakage noticed.. not yet corrected even repeated complaint...
