I bought a new pleasure plus plantinum last month in annaya motors periyakulam 625601..( theni district).they are still not given proper extra fitting spares..and also new bike have oil seal leakage.. worst customer service I ever seen.Kindly do something..

My glamour bike bettery issue.plese solved my problem.

मेरी गाड़ी दिनांक 12 मार्च 2021 को वायरिंग के काम के लिए राजाराम धारणिया वर्कशॉप में गयी थी, वहाँ मेरी बात Mr. Bhawani (एडवाइजर) अथवा उसके मैनेजर से हुई थी, उनको मैंने बताया कि मेरी गाड़ी ऑनरोड वायरिंग शार्ट हो गयी जिसके कारण सेल्फ, इंडिकेटर, हॉर्न, अथवा लाइट यह सब बन्द हो गए थे, इस काम को उन्होंने बहुत लापरवाही से किया और आज दिनांक 18 मार्च को फिर से ऑनरोड यह समस्या हो गयी जिसके कारण वायरिंग से सम्बंधित सारी चीज़ें बन्द हो गयी है, मेरी हीरो कंपनी से प्राथना है कि मेरा ये काम वारंटी के खत्म होने से पहले करवाया जाए ताकि कंपनी की लापरवाही से मुझे भुगतान ना करना पड़े। अगर मेरा ये समाधान वारंटी एक्सपायर होने से पहले नही होता है तो हीरो कंपनी से अनुरोध है कि ये काम कंपनी के द्ववारा करवाया जाए,

अथवा मैं आशा करता हूँ कि भविष्य में यह किसी और कस्टमर के साथ ऐसा व्यवहार ना किया जाए।

टीम को ट्रेनिंग की बहुत जरूरत है

Do the dealer has the right to sell the hero bikes to third party showroom.If there is any right they are not providing any bills for bike service and they are behaving rude towards the customers.Recently i had serviced my bike at (laxmi motors) siddipet(502103) telangana state i was completly disappointed with there service and behaviour.So, i request you to take necessary action as soon as possible

The monoshock was not stock in showroom in alpuzha ...what are you doing guys in there.my bike was not running in 2 months..what can I do...an your service was very bad..replay me..please ...

Mera naam Ajay kureel hai.Mine August 2020 me Hf delux UP35 BB 4809 Li thi. Jab se li tabhi usme oil injan ke uper aur niche se nikal rha hai .Aur humne kam se kam 20 se 25 baar company me dikhaya hai aur customer care ko bhi batya hai aur har baar kuch na kuch saman ke paise bhi dete hai lekin meri bike abhi tak nhi sahi ho payi hai lucknow ke head office me bhi phone milaya tha vo kahte hai ki abhi app ko phone kar rhe hai lekin abhi tak phone nhi hai .

My bike's number plate broken 1st week of this month. I contacted at customer care number of heromotocorp as well the Hero agency Owner, Jewar and tell them that when i make registration online for this the site shown that motor bike manufactured after 1st April 2019 should contact to their respective automobile Dealer.
But they are unable to resolve my issue yet. They told me everytime that call me tomorrow and i called them every time and then they said again me that call you tomorrow and today they even not receiving my call.
I m very very very disappointed with customer service of the automobile dealer

Hi sir. I have purchased Duet from sri lakshmi motors ; hyderabad. I am facing much problems for service of my vehicle and for spare parts. This vehicle is not suggestible because of spare parts availability and quality of service. You can contact me for further details on [protected].

I have purchased new splender plus before 4 months.Now problem of the splender is self start not working. We visit to nearest service station will observed battery discharge found .So we request to you plz replace defective battery.

I bought this scooter on 28.02.2021 from Shiv Ganga Automobile, Pashchim Vihar, New Delhi no DL4SDJ0964. From the very first day Scooter is not starting with button. I have to kick start the scooter. I contacted the seller he responded that you run the scooter daily it will automatically charge, but I drive the scooter only on Saturday and Sunday. I was not told that I have to drive the scooter daily. How it is necessary that you have to drive the scooter on daily basis. Either the battery is faulty or scooter is defective.

Sir there is a bike model;2018, it has 14000(aproxx.) reading .
it has a problem cranck and head, i asked showroom to service. They told to approach you in the year 2020 july to september, iasked them solve the probem of petrol over flow they told to me change the carpeter after five months that problem reaptes, In 5 months how the problem reapts, i want the the company warranty and service.

I have purchased a new pleasuer+ LX from saideep weels On 17th October 2020. I got small accident and I handover the bike to the saideep wheels for repairing and insurance company also clamed the amount but saideep wheels persons not giving my bike. I have been am taking follow-up since 45 days and they only said bike part is not available now I am too much irritated with this service. I am requesting you to kindly give me new bike if they taking more time. Request you to please take necessary action on this. And update me as soon as possible other wise I will take legally action for same.

I purchased a glamour BS6 bike but after some time the piston of bike making so much noise . please help me to solve this.

I recently bought an extreme bike which is from hero motocorp and it was not even 6 months since I bought it and its side stand, side indicator and break support got spoiled and also its side mirror shine already went away. And before this, the bike used to be stopped again and again, the performance of the bike is very bad and disappointing at all.
If you are planning to buy a new bike so I would like to suggest that do not Buy extreme bike from hero.

My loan number 6211456 my emi date is every month of 8th but amount is not deducted from my account I'm sending amount through hero fincorp app in 10/3/2021 but it is not updated in statement please solve problem
