Mene 24 June 2020 ko passion pro bike kharidi or Uske bad se problem start ho gai me 20 - 30 bar service center par dikha chuka hu par koi satisfaction nahi mila . Pahle gear shifting me problem a rahi thi jo ki abhi tak solve nahi hui or oile leakage ho raha tha engine over heat karne laga he . Speed badane par old bike jesa sound ata he or fir wheel band ho gaya chalne me . Or ab service center bale bol rahe he ki insurance claim kijiye...

6000 km after only engine oil changed service center in tamilnadu

I have really a bad experience with you I already suffused from the miss behavior from you staff I have recordings also . I summited the complaint to you 15 March 2021 since I am waiting for the response from your side yet . your customer care agent told me to resolve my complaint within 24 to 48 hours but i think today its 192 hours done . I really regret to deal with hero . worst service in India...

Sir i had bought my xpulse in jan 2020.. i found issue in my abs and i arrived srivari automobiles service center thirumulaivoyal, they said that the abs will work like this only and they convinced me, and once again i approached them they told that they will change the abs unit, , they changed the unit said by them and told that it will arrest after certain kilometers of running. but till now it havent been arrested

The mechanics working in the service center behaved very rudely. Their behaviour was totally unethical. And they even charged extra money which was also not mentioned on bills.

Very disappointed with Hero MotoCorp.

This mail is to bring to yourself on notice that I have booked Her xtreme 200 from Rahul Motors Varkala on 12/03/2021and promised to deliver vehicle on 19/03/2021/evening on behalf of showroom dealer Ms Viji Ratheesh and booked advanced of Rs 100000/- later after improper lack of availability of said vehicle I have requested for a refund on 19/03/2021 as the said date I haven't recieved the vehicle...

I brought the vehicle ( splendor + BS6 ) in valli motors in puducherry on 02 June 2020, clutch and oil leak problem and also vehicle get vibration at 40km speed they cannot rectified the same problem again and again. I leave the vehicle in show room and i told the problem . But they cannot rectified the problem only they wash the vehicle and give returns again ....

I've booked a red color Xpulse 200 model on Feb 4th, 2021 by paying an advance of ₹5000 at Mohana motors, Velachery. They've told us to wait for maximum of 15 days for the bike to be delivered.

Now it has been one and half months since the bike's booking date, the bike hasn't been delivered yet.

Each time they're saying that the bike will be delivered in a few days but not giving an assured delivery date....

I have buy new bs6 xpulse 200 on this Friday 19th March 2021. I observed engine is overheating. On Sunday 20th march I showed my bike in hero service centre workshop in thane . As per technician engine oil level was low and he filled up but overheating problem as it is there. Technician did not checked properly. Service centre technician say .

I have purchased a Supersplender BS6 in the month of August 2020 from the dealer Bajarang Bike, Sonapur-782402, Kamrup(M), Assam. The dealer has not provided the RC within last 6 (Six) months. I have enquired several times during these six months and they have replied the same answer that I will get it by post.

Without the RC I am getting harassed by the police authority, therefore I request you to look into the matter and...

Engine problem...

I purchased new mastreo edge 125 steal from Sarswati motors Rajapur Prayagraj (up) in first week of December. After completion of first service it started pick up problem. After speeding it gives a Jerk. This problem was informed to sarswati motors. Service was done 3-4 Times but problem wasn't detected yet. Now my vehicle is kept in service center till now but problem is same.

Mere bike ka clutch plate bar -bar jal jata hi. Deler se bat karne pr batata hi ki ye problem company ki tarf se assembling me hi. 100- 200 bike me se 1-2 me yesa hota hi. Esme ab kuch nhi ho skta hi....

Bike ke 1st service ke baad kabhi kabhi gear start me perblom aane laga jab hero service ko complain ki to bike ka back light bulb change karke de diya gaya, Aur jab mene iski baat waha complain service incharge ko ki to bole bulb shut kar raha hai isliye problem aai hai aur mujeh bike hand over kar diya gaya.
Mere bike me abhi bhi wahi problem aa rahi hai.
2 mileage ki problem bhi service ke baad hi aane lagi hai jab mene...

Please arrange to provide a duplicate invoice for my Hero Honda Splendor plus with the following details as the present dealer at Royal Motor Company, Panchwati, Udaipur(Rajasthan) is not willing to provide the same. The duplicate invoice is required to transfer my vehicle registration from Rajasthan to Karnataka as I have taken it from fist owner in 2013 .and RC of vehicle I am attaching herewith the 1st ownership...
